A Life-Changing New Audiobook From The Author Of The New York Times Bestseller, The Power Of Now.

In this original audiobook, bestselling author Eckhart Tolle continues to teach us how to let go of the past and future to live in the now. Tolle urges to shed our mind-based sense of self, enter the portals of the eternal present, and live vividly in the present moment.

He guides us through these gateways: The Gateway of the Inner Body; The gateway of Silence; and The Gateway of Accepting This Moment. By moving through these openings, we will let the power of now transform our lives and achieve spiritual and psychological enlightenment.

Gateways to Now includes a Musical Reflection CD which offers quiet contemplation time -- a chance to acquire a reflective anchor that intensifies the integration of the listening experience into our lives. This Musical Reflection CD features Resonance by Jorge Alfano's World Ensemble. Drawing from South America, Africa, Tibet, Japan and Spain this ensemble creates universal music that crosses all borders and musical styles.

  • Profoundly Transformative

Gateway to NOW is a profoundly transformative audio version of Eckhart Tolle's teachings that will help you release the past, the drama, fears, uncertainty, and need for future events to happen in order for you to find peace within.

The music is soothing, and brings you the opportunity for inner contemplation and absorption of the teachings so you can fully integrate them.

I find the teachings of Eckhart Tolle to be profoundly beneficial, and listening to his voice helps the messages sink in deeper, as he stresses certain words in his own style. By moving through the "Gateway" and genuinely taking in what he says, you are well guided to uncovering and bringing out from within you the peace and joy you deserve. HIGHLY Recommended!

  • Music a no-go

As always, I loved listening to Eckhart. The guided "Gateways" are great but I feel the music was awful. I found it to be very irritating. I am sure I will not listen to the second CD that has the music on it again. There is music here and there on the first CD too and it would have been better had it been left out.

Eckhart Tolle is my most recent mind bending discovery for life changes. He is wonderful to listen to. His voice is soothing and such a joy to learn to, along with his wit, which is simply infectious. I listen to this CD in the car on my way to work and his tips about being present translate throughout my day into a more productive work experience. I have even learned to look at the traffic on the interstate in a different light....imagine that!! :-))

This CD continues the journey to enlightenment with Eckhart Tolle. It's short and sweet, and some may not like it because his methods are so simple it appear unsatisfying to the mind. He provides simple and yet effective ways to move forward in raising consciousness. I really enjoy it because it's so simple and often the pathways are complex and rather time consuming. The music is interesting although it's definitely not the pop variety. I enjoy instrumental and so enjoyed it. It's great to watch your own reaction to the content and music as a way of watching yourself and checking out your level of consciousness.

  • What the world need

I think this program is excellent: it should be available to every adolescent, it could change the orientation of their life. what the world need is a new generation of people starting their life in awareness.

  • simple, yet profound

The information that Tolle shares in this audio CD are simple, yet profound. We spend so much time thinking and over-thinking that we are trained to believe this is normal. We over-think ourselves into stress, worry, and illness. Listening to this CD, I was able to clearly understand and practice the gateways to now. I was able to turn my ever thinking mind off and appreciate the moment. I feel so at peace and enlightened.

This CD has incorporated beautiful music in it, to increase our levels of awareness. I have not listened to the music CD yet, but I imagine it will be wonderfully inspiring.

  • Eckhart Tolle Fan

Disc one is another wonderful Eckhard Tolle lecture. I purchased this one because I wanted Disc 2 which is just music. The music on his lectures/audiobooks are wonderful and I thought this music disc would be the same. Unfortunately the music was a terrible disappointment - but Eckhard never disappoints.

  • ENLIGHTENING AND BEAUTIFULLY EXECUTED

I have only just learned about E. Tolle. Over the past weekend a friend of mine mentioned the class series at the Oprah website for his book "The New Earth". I signed up but couldn't sit at the pc for that long. Instead I went to purchase The New Earth audio cd from my local book store last night. They didn't have it in stock but they did have The Gateway to Now, so that's what I got. When laying down for bed I started the cd (disk 1). How amazingly comforting his voice is! How amazingly simple his message is. I want more!!! I also listened on the way to work this morning. I didn't want to get out of the car once I got there.

I'm so happy to have found E. Tolle. Ten times in this short review the "I" is mentioned. Oops make that 11! If you are looking for a new direction of thinking, get this cd!

Even though I love to read, because of a life long engagement with ADD and insomnia,it is not often easy to obsorb or retain the contents of any book let alone one such as this. One that requires serious contemplation and quiet reflection. However I found this book to provide,a meaningful metamorphosis to this mecurial mind, a soothing serenity to my secluded spirit, and a sedative to my oft troubled soul, things that I seldom enjoy. I completely agree with many of his points, such as the eternal nature of our Spirits. Also the concept that all living things have presence and Spirits. In fact I have I personally found that while riding my bicycle in the nearby mountains(for me by keeping my body active seems to quiet this overactive mind)I can actually hear and feel the presence of life forms around me especially durring early spring mornings. On several occcassions I hold my hands close to the long grasses, trees, or whatever life form is near and feel it's energy and each ones' very discerable Spirit/presence, which is exciting to be part of. Additionally on such mornings it seems that the annimals, insects, etc. do not fear me and will often come out and seemingly greet me. They know I come in peace and love, with an appreciation for each of them and their Creator. It is also interesting to note that most of the indiginous peoples of the earth were very much in tune with all this. I believe this book can help all of us get in touch with the spiritual side of all that exists on this planet. It sure makes it a much more interesting and beautiful place to live!!A New Earth
