Great board book

This has been one of my 14-month-old's favorites since he got it for his birthday. The pages are hefty and easy to turn, very durable, and the bright colors and range of textures is great- he especially likes the rough trailer and the scratchy seat. He brings it to me to read to him over and over, and flips back and forth through the pages himself. It is holding up well, both physically and in keeping him interested.

This board book is cute, durable and has lots of nifty textures for babies to feel. My daughter can't be trusted alone with Pat the Bunny because she still loves the sound of ripping paper -- :-) -- but she knows how to turn the hefty pages and feel the generously-sized textures in this book all by herself. Plus, the words are cute, the cartoons are well-drawn, and it's one of those books you find yourself joking with your spouse about later. ("That's not my laundry!") I plan on buying the rest of the series.
not the run of the mill touch and feel book

I love this book. The cover is enough to hook you, as you get to touch a shiny & lumpy tractor engine. The cover & title essentially serve as the first page of the book. On each page you get to touch some unusual thing with varying textures. Toddlers will love it!

My 3 yo loves this book, has since I bought it almost a year ago. He LOVES tractors, and can just about quote this book word for word. He LOVES to touch the pages, we have to read this almost EVERY night.

Fiona my son has had this book for a little over a year now. He currently is 27 months and HE KNOWS that the smoke stack, exhaust stack is NOT a funnel. He may know that because we farm and he knows almost every part of a tractor, but for future printed illustrations, you may want to think about changing that word. A funnel is used for adding oil and liquids etc... I'm sorry this may be petty, but I have wanted to bring it to your attention for quite some time. Otherwise a very good, cute book that is Great for sensory issues.

My son loves this book. By the way, Renee, please look at a dictionary, according to Webster the second meaning of funnel is: a stack or flue for the escape of smoke or for ventilation (as on a ship)

Bought this for my son when he was 16mos old and he loved it. He still has to read it over and over. It's one book I recite to him in the store and when we come home he runs to his room for it.

My one year old grandson who lives next door to us loves to be read to. He loves this book and can't wait for you to turn the page so he can "feel" each part. His favorite thing to do each afternoon is go for a tractor ride with his Paw Paw, so having a book about a tractor is really cool.

My son loves tractors! This one is great because the tractor pitures are very big and the book itself is short and sweet! (the way I like them!)
