DietMinder Personal Food & Fitness Journal (A Food and Exercise Diary)x$9.00
    (145 reviews)
Best Price: $9.00
The DietMinder is a deluxe food diary with plenty of room to record quantities and food counts (calories, fat, carbs, protein, etc.) of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. A special area for daily totals makes it easy to see at a glance how you are doing. Each "day" consists of two pages with space for exercise details, too. There are other helpful sections in the book such as the Favorite Foods listing which provides food counts on over 100 common foods and has space to add your own favorite food information. The Goals section of the DietMinder is also important. Here you can list your starting statistics, state your goals, and even paste a "before" picture. This is a great way to stay motivated! The DietMinder can be used with virtually any food or fitness program. It has been proven that keeping a food journal helps people focus and stay more committed to improving their eating habits. It really works!

Journal Your Way To Fitness By A10N3QGXIZN1JL on 2007-10-21
The spiral bound "Dietminder" is a good tool of choice if you're looking for a handy and convenient way of keeping track of your food intake. While there is a space provided to write down your daily physical activity, it is minimal. Readers wanting some serious space to record exercise should check out this author's other "Bodyminder" book.
Okay. The "binder" starts off with tips for using the journal- and includes a general overview of what's contained on each page (remember, this is a journal filled with pages that are all the same). Essentially, this section shows you how to use the journal. Some dietary web resources you can refer to follow.
Next comes a section on setting your goals, complete with pages for before and after photos of the new you. After this, the pages are all the same. On the left side page are places for you to record your breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with columns for calories, as well as fat, carb, protein, and fiber grams. The right side page contains a place for snacks, vitamins, daily grand totals, as well as vitamins, supplements, and medications. A small space for physical activity is placed at the bottom, along with an even tinier spot for miscellaneous notes. All-in-all, there's plenty of room on the pages to write down the things you bought the journal for, and the spiral binding makes it easy to write on because you can flip the pages over for a thicker writing surface!
The book ends with a kind of "wrap up" section that contains favorite food facts (i.e. like the number of calories or fat in common foods), a place to graph records, weekly progress charts to write down info such as your weight and other measurements, and some reference calendars. The last page is a plastic page to store things (no,not your snacks).
As you can see, the Dietminder is a compact little tool filled with all the right spaces to keep track of all the right things. This journal, plus a healthy dose of get up and go, should help anyone reach their fitness goals. Readers who have trouble sticking to a diet or exercise program long enought to see results may also be interested in The Sixty-Second Motivator. Good luck!
The Most Important Dieting Tool Out There By A25VKDVNPI7727 on 2001-05-30
I became aware of the importance of recording what I eat while partaking in a "Rapid Results" program at my local gym (with a personal trainer). I was given a small pocket-sized food log, in which I recorded what I ate and when. This really forced me to take a look at my eating habits, and change them for the better. However, with the small food log I was using, I couldn't record other useful information, such as fat grams, protein, carbs and fiber. So after I filled up that food log, I purchased the Diet Minder's Food and Fitness Journal. This book contains everything you would want in a food journal and more. First, there are sections in the beginning in which you describe your current physical condition and your goals (there are even places for you to put "before" and "after" pics. Then, on the pages where you record your daily records, there are sections to record calories consumed (as well as fat, carbs, protein and fiber), water consumed, snacks consumed, Vitamins/supplements/meds, physical activity, calories burned during physical activity, weight, and any notes you wish to add. The Diet Minder's Food and Fitness Journal is perfect for anyone who wants to keep track of what they eat (or how much they exercise), especially if your on a "special" diet where you have to have a certain fat/protein/carbohydrate ratio. It is small enough to take anywhere, but large enough to comfortably record necessary information. From personal experience I believe that recording food intake and exercise is extremely important when it comes to health and weight loss(of course there are also studies that prove this to be true!). Doing so motivates you to stay with your plan, and try harder to reach your goals. It also gives you a dose of reality when you have to record that piece of cake you had after dinner that just tacked on an extra 350 calories! I highly recommend this journal to anyone who wants to lose weight and improve his or her health.
There and Not Back Again: My Journey From Boxy to Foxy By A19M235PQ9QFD7 on 2004-05-25
I'm not sure at what juncture I went from "Foxy" to "Boxy" but any delusions I might have had to the contrary were shattered when my teenage son quietly took me aside and whispered, "You're not wearing THAT, are you?"..."Oh...doesn't look good, huh?" "No, it doesn't." "I'm not that overweight!... Am I?"
Thus I started on the harrowing, fraught with temptations, Road to Recovery. Unfortunately, the Road was littered with diet books, diet plans, a lot of "I'll start Monday(s)" and a few too many candy bars. My 25 extra pounds wanted to stick to me like a bad hairstyle on a special day.
Finally, I realized that the only time I had any success in sticking to a diet was when I wrote down what I ate. But the 79 cent notebooks I used to record my daily food consumption always seemed to get lost after a few weeks and I would go back to my old eating habits.
Enter the DietMinder. Realizing that if I wanted to be healthy and lose weight I decided I needed to take more stringent measures. But I truly believe that "diets" don't work and the only sensible thing to do was to be sensible about how much and what, I ate. So after reading some of the other reviews here, I decided to order my own DietMinder. To make a long story short, IT WORKS! Here, at last, is a journal that gives you a permanent place to record what you eat, how much, calories, etc. There is a small, but certainly adequate, area in which to record what vitamins/supplements you take, the amount of exercise you do, etc. Without having to be fanatical, the journal offers a lot in the way of flexibility. You don't HAVE to write down how many grams of fat you eat or how many carbohydrates, but you CAN if you WANT to. You can record you blood pressure, your cholesterol, your measurements, etc., and there is a small "Favorite Food Facts" list in the back.
As of today, I am into my third DietMinder and it has been exactly six months since I started recorded what I eat. No special diets, just a complete awareness of what I am eating. The journal is just enough a reminder that I don't stray from writing down what I eat and gives you a psychological edge by making you aware whether you eating habits are healthy or not. [We all know that without some self-discipline that piece of cake you eat gives you an automatic excuse to eat everything because, after all, now you've blown everything]. The result is that, seemingly effortlessly, I've lost 21 pounds and can easily fit into Size 10 blue jeans (with the button, not the elastic waist)!
And to keep me honest, well, I anticipate buying many more DietMinders. As they say, try it, you'll like it.
DietMinder Hits the Spot By A13J6LMWG4XM0T on 2000-01-22
I just received my 1st copy of Dietminder and I absolutely love it. This is just what I have been looking for. Six months ago I typed up this same format on my home computer, and placed all my paper in an 8 by 11 notebook, but I became frustrated with that b/c it was to big and bulkly. Ever since then I started looking around for a book similar to my home version, but small enough that I can carry it in my purse & bingo I found it.Dietminder has everything you will need to help you keep track of your weight-loss process. You can make note of any nutritional and/or dietary supplements you take daily as well as keep track of your calories, sodium, fiber & fat grams etc. It also provides you with a place to record your goals, present weight, physcial activity performance & your before & after photos. I love it and would definetly get it again, but keep in mind if your not the type of person who is detail oriented when it come to your weight loss process then this journal might not be for you.
I LOVE this food & fitness journal! By ASQBDY2WPQZ6M on 2001-03-11
I recently ordered the DietMinder journal, based in part on the good reviews here on Amazon.com, and I am truly impressed with it. I've read in many different sources (most recently, in Kirschenbaum's "Nine Truths about Weight Loss") that writing down your food and exercise greatly improves your chances for success. This journal is a great place to do just that, on a daily basis. What I like most about this journal is that it can be easily adapted and used for whatever plan you choose, from counting calories, fat grams, and/or fiber to making incremental changes in your eating habits (the latter is my approach). The authors don't have a program or agenda to push, which is a refreshing change from most health/diet books. I'm currently reading another new book entitled "The Power" by Sue Ellin Browder, who happens to go to my church. There's a section of her book that is aptly titled, "YOUR WEIGHT, YOUR WAY". That's how I think of this journal. I'm using it as a valuable tool to help me make healthy changes in my eating habits in the way that works best for me. A journal format works much better for me than miscellaneous pieces of paper which can get lost, and which don't show progress over time. With this DietMinder, I'm now on track and excited about the future, as I continue to take steps in the direction of a healthier life!
- A must for anyone embarking on a lifestyle change.
     By on 2000-03-26
I've always hated the idea of writing down my food intake and counting calories but this journal actually makes it a pleasure. Since I have gotten this book I am able to track every little thing which has been really great. Since starting this journal I have lost over 30lbs.One aspect it provides is an incentive when I hit a plateau. Seeing how long it takes my body to acclimate to a lower weight makes getting over those plateaus just a bit easier. By tracking my progress in this much detail I can see where problems spring up and deal with them before they sabotage me. Another plus that this journal has that I have not found in others is a space for fiber intake. As this is a very important part of my lifestyle change it has been a godsend. While I wouldn't attribute my weight loss to keeping this journal, (that comes mostly from eating right and exercising) I will give credit to the designers for making it easy to use and a wonderful helper on my way to a healthier life. I will never be without one.
- Finally, a good food journal!
     By A30OQESEHSU1LK on 2001-07-12
Finally, a good food journal! The last food journal I bought (The Corinne T. Netzer Dieter's Diary) was totally useless. The DietMinder is wonderful! It has 3 months worth of pages to keep track of your daily food intake, calories, carbohydrates, fat grams, protein, fiber, water, vitamins, herbal supplements, medications, and exercise. It has pages for a "before and after" photo of yourself and for your "personal goals". Pages in the back to list your favorite foods and their food values. Also has pages to chart your weight, measurements, blood pressure, and cholesterol level. It has a pink cover (not blue/green like in the photo). I thought I'd mention that because I didn't expect it to be pink.
- No dieter can be without this valuable tool.
     By A1THARQ4M3WZM5 on 1999-05-27
This journal is a compact record-keeper, information source and progress monitor. For those who make a project out of diet/fitness routines and who love to see a visual representation of the progress, this is fun and motivational. It provides enough space to completely monitor and record a three-month program, after which another journal is necessary. I am delighted with this book.
- Good for Food Journaling/Not Great for Workouts
     By A1V52OBQDA6CCG on 2003-03-01
I really love the food tracking aspects of this journal, it is by far the best I have used. The calorie listing in the front is really useful when faced with a mainstream food that you aren't sure what the nutrient breakdown is. Also the goal setting pages are great. I just wish the training portion was as good. There is little space to write in weight training exercises, especially multiple reps of the same exercises. I can fit a short lower body routine in the space provided(maybe) but forget an upper body, even with just one exercise per bodypart. You couldn't fit a whole body workout on 3 days of the log. It is a shame because I haven't found as good a food journal in any other log book I have tried.
- The best diet journal on the market!
     By A2HZ7QF9FWEDXM on 2001-08-22
If you are serious about following a healthy diet and excercise, this is the journal for you! Each day is represented in a 2-page spread that includes space for the nutritional breakdown of everything consumed (broken into 3 meals and snacks). The accountability doesn't stop there-you also get a checkoff list for amount of water, supplements, excercise, etc. etc.I also loved the size of the journal-perfect for a medium sized purse or briefcase. The beginning of DietMinder is filled with tips on filling out the pages, nutritional guidelines, serving sizes and calorie expenditure chart. There are also pages for your goals and before during and after pictures. The back of the journal gives you food facts and a place to graph your results. I plan to purchase several to continue watching my nutritional habits once I achieve my target weight.
- Not what I expected
     By A2NBQJY8EDKHAP on 2002-01-08
I was a little disappointed in that I wanted more of an equal journal - Equal for food and exercise. This is more of a food journal than an exercise journal. If that's what you're looking for then this is great but if you want a journal that's more equal for the amount of food and exercise plus a writing journal laid out on two pages and is for 6 months then I'd suggest The Phoenix's Guide To Self Renewal by Melissa Alvarez(available on Amazon). After purchasing her book I loved it so much that I gave my Dietminder to a friend who is dealing more with food intake than food, exercise and journaling.
- Flexible yet comprehensive
     By A3EP0NL4F7RF1E on 2002-04-27
I liked it enough to buy another one. It's flexible enough to use as you like--room for goals, measurements, pictures, foods consumed, exercise, etc. Feel free to use as much or as little of this journal as you are comfortable with. While it allows you to track calories, fat, carbs, protein, and fiber, it has two blank columns for whatever you wish (I use one for sodium). This journal is packed with information, yet it's easily carried in purse, briefcase, or daytimer. It leaves plenty of space for you to make entries (and that's what this journal is all about--you!).
- Helpful little food diary
     By AZXSLJXOUFGE3 on 2003-03-02
If you want to be sure that your diet is working for you, you have to write it down! This little book has everything covered for you--it takes the guesswork out of your notes. It has separate areas for your calories, macronutrients, daily activities, weight, and a space for you to write down how you feel throughout the day. It also has an area in the back where you can graph your progress for some extra motivation & spaces in the front for before and after pictures and physical stats/measurements. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone that wants to see serious changes in their body composition.
- THE WAIT IS OVER
     By A19P8FKY7BO3RZ on 2001-01-09
I have tried for years to find a perfect book for writing down my food intake and exercise. I even tried making my own. I have purchased in the past the 'The Pocket Food and Exercise Dairy'. It was too small and fell apart rapidly. I also purchased 'The Corinne Netzer Dieter's Diary'. When I came across this journal when ordering Christmas items, I decided to give it a try. When it came it was a struggle to hold onto it since my 20 yr. old daughter wanted it. I purchased another one for her that will arrive soon. I urge anyone that feels that writing down food intake helps dieting to get this book. I plan on ordering a year's worth for myself and my daughter. It is funny how you will think twice about that Dairy Queen (my downfall) when you have to write it down.
- Interesting
     By A3KRZDWHU4AYQA on 2003-01-11
This is an interesting book/journal. I like the idea of keeping track of what I'm eating and drinking and this journal does very nicely in that regard. It's basically what you'd expect: a journal. Not a preachy diet book, not a cookbook, and not a bunch of pshychobabble or advice. In truth, a spiral notebook or Excel spreadsheet would work just about as well. Really. Nevertheless, owning this journal has proven a little more motivating than simply using a spiral notebook or scratch paper. It's more official and the price is fairly reasonable. I've had a great time documenting my goals (less meat, less carbs, more fruit, more vegies, less beer, more water) and an even better time documenting my failures (example entry: 12/31/02: Intake--8 oz filet, mashed potatoes (the works), Anchor Steam draft (x7), champagne, cheesecake, champagne). All in all, a worthy purchase. Get it!!!
- I'm never without this book!!
     By A8YAFDMYTQZ71 on 2006-07-10
I started using this journal 6 years ago and have never left home without it in my purse or tote. There are so many lines that I actually use some of them to jot down my errands and appointments so that I don't forget. There are boxes in each category (breakfast/lunch/dinner/snacks) to list the amount of calories/fat grams/carbs/protein and fiber along with 2 extra boxes where I list the 'weight watcher points' of each item eaten as I've followed weight watchers way of life for 6 years now and found this to be easier and more comprehensive than the little papers they give you to record your daily intake. It also has a place for physical activity which I like as I can list my walks, bike rides, spinning classes etc. I hate writing down each and every gym move I make and would rather just write 'gym workout;1 hr:abs/high intensity and approx calories burned. This is just my preference.
It also has a place to list your weight and notes and yes/no for meeting your goal. I find that if I use this daily, I'm more likely to keep to my diet/fitness goals than if I don't. In addition, when you look at your grand totals for the day you can decide whether you should adjust your intake the following day. I'm also taking medications and it has a place to list vitamins/supplements/meds with description and qty in the am and pm which comes in really handy as I tend to forget and when I go to the doctor I can pull out the journal and go over days and weeks with confidence and accuracy. Because of this journal I was able to work with my doctor and find that I'm allergic to gluten and dairy. I had written down 'stomach upset' in the notes area and by going over the pages in my journal we found a pattern and if I had tried to go on memory I'm sure I would have left out 95% of the items I had eaten. I'm now on a gluten free diet and in 100% excellent health!!
I think I've just about covered this...buy it and see for yourself how you can feel and look better by journaling!!
- dieting...ick!
     By A4YGV8R9E5TJY on 2001-10-02
I LOVE this book! I am following a 1700 cal ADA diet with the guidance of a registered dietician. She suggested a food diary to help keep track of my food intake. This book is so simple to use. You really don't know what you are putting in your mouth all day unless you have to become accountable for it. This format makes it easy for me to track what I have had, and what I have left for my alloted food intake. I would highly suggest this for anyone seroius enough about their diets to keep daily food diary.
- This Journal Is A Great Management Tool!
     By A30PNJVDCZLVFS on 2002-10-03
If you want to hold yourself accountable and manage your food and fitness goals - this is the journal for you. I was very impressed with the detail, DietMinder put into their product. Plenty of space to write/record. I never kept track of my calorie/fat grams/ etc. of foods that I consume. This has been an eye opener, to realize just what you consume in a day. The only drawback for me personally was their food lists. In the back they list several foods with all the nutrition information you need. They also have spaces for you to add your own products that you eat. BUT, if this is suppose to be a food/fitness journal you really wouldn't be eating whoppers, Haagen Dazs and Dove ice cream bars. I feel all fruits and vegetables should be listed, along with more healthy foods - legumes, nuts, more fish, condiments and salad dressings. Otherwise, I highly recommend this journal.
- Journal Can Help a Lot. Good Journal for food & exercise...
     By on 2004-01-27
I lost a ton of weight using discipline, of course, and journaling. If you are willing, having a journal like this to write down what you eat and what exercise you do can make a big difference. It's worth a try if you have not tried it before. Also, to help with self-improvement of any kind, including weight loss, read Effortless Wellbeing by Evan Finer. That book will help you feel better, more in control, happier with where you are now, and more well and powerful in general. There is actually a small journal in there too, but not for food... Highly recommended!! Good luck!!
- Thorough but flexible
     By A1ONWXCQ07KCR5 on 2006-08-10
When you decide it's time to get serious about taking an honest look at your food intake and activity level, you'll find DietMinder to be a thorough and flexible tool to help. Regardless of the food plan you're following (South Beach, Weight Watchers, Atkins, etc.) you have a tool that can track fat, carbs, protein, fiber, and overall calories, and has an extra row for any other nutrient you want to track as well. (I track sodium.)
There are some helpful goal-setting pages at the front, and a short generalized nutritional listing of some common foods at the back (although using nutritional info on food packaging is always more accurate.)
My only caution would be to be careful not to get too obsessed with tracking - it would be very easy to get caught up in "do I round up the 1.5g of protein" or "my goal was 120g of carbs today and I ate 125 - oh no!" kind of thinking. For the first two weeks, I tried not to change my eating habits, but focused instead on getting a clearer picture of exactly what I was eating. Then I reviewed each day and decided what I needed to work on moving forward.
- Wonderful Journal
     By A34GXYEHY8U3H7 on 2000-08-21
I have been using this journal for the past 3 months to record my progress with WeightWatchers. This journal works well with any type of diet, with plenty of space to record the information you want. I highly reccommend it to anyone who wants to examine what he or she eats.
- This will help you find success!
     By A1ZREXEZ9K6RH5 on 2002-11-24
This book is fabulous. Buy it. Commit yourself to it. You set your nutritional goals and then write down everything you put in your mouth -- there is room for 3 meals and snacks. You can also record what vitamins and medications you take and how much you exercise. I've lost 10 pounds so far -- and I've lost them in a healthy way. The book won't make you not cheat -- but if you lie, then you only lie to yourself. Get this book, and take it with you everywhere. You'll be surprised by the totals at the end of each day -- and you will be able to poinpoint problems (i.e. too many carbs). Good luck!
- DietMinder-A great mind for my diet
     By on 2001-12-07
The DietMinder is a great tool to track food intake(calories, fat grams, protein, etc--plus a couple of column for your own personal tracking ideas). It gives you a good view of you entire day. It also includes a small section for exercise. I would like to see it bigger to track my weight training sessions--just not enough room for the different exercises, reps, weight etc. Hard to track your progression in this area. All in all tho' I am very satisfied with this book. In fact, my gym partner and I are ordering our second book right now!
- Good idea
     By A1PR6W7U7Y3K4B on 2004-01-05
I really like the idea of writing everything down, but once I got the book I realized the hassle of writing all the time. So, I developed an Excel spreadsheet that's just like the book and I use that instead - it's just easier since I'm ALWAYS near a computer.
- Must have diet journal!!
     By A1B9CQI2EHEHBJ on 2004-04-07
This journal has been very helpful with my diet. I have lost a total of 44 pounds and the dietminder has helped me very much. I highly recommend this journal to any dieter.
- this book does what it says
     By AVPNIT4SIO4I2 on 2005-10-29
I've ordered 5-10 of the food & fitness journals as well as the workout and exercise journals over the last 2+ years. The book contains the same material as the title indicates. This is a journal. Simply put, in a journal you write things down. Additionally, this journal is simple, spiral bound, and nicely sized (5.5 * 8.5).
Both the food and workout journals have introductory pages to write down personal goals and keep some statistics. This is fantastic for somebody just starting out. The key to using any journal is to write things down consistently. A journal is similar to a timesheet at your office. If you enter your timesheet each day, no problem. If you enter your timesheet Friday before you go home, you obviously forget things that happened earlier in the week.
Since bodybuilders have the epitome of a perfect physique; large muscles and literally no fat, what is the secret to fat reduction? It's not about cardiovascular exerice. Bodybuilders do very little cardiovascular exericse. It's all about knowing how many calories you consume each day. It's also knowing the breakdown of your daily food intake into percentages of fat, carbohydrates and protein. This is the secret!!!!!
In summary, I higly recommended either the food or workout journal. Knowing your caloric intake is absoultely critical before starting any type of diet or weight loss program.
- This book will help you get to your goal! You WILL Lose LBS
     By A2WOCB2MJOU62W on 2006-03-15
I thought this might just be another scam, but I have to tell you that after having my baby, I was in a quandry. I had never before struggled to lose weight, but I had gained 60lbs with my daughter and was really depressed. I lost 30lbs before I got home from the hospital, but stuck at that weight for months, nothing would get it to drop off. I didn't understand what to do. Well, I starting reading around about how to loose weight and basically, the only way to loose any weight is to watch how much you eat. It doesn't seem to matter what you eat, although you should try to eat healthfully, you just have to keep it under control. As soon as I got this book, I started to change my eating habits, which I thought was impossible. I found out that what I thought I was eating vs. what I was really eating were two different things altogether. And what a wake-up call. I also recommend that you read the mayo-clinic's guide to weight loss, they have this free on their website or also in a book.
Well, for me, I needed to keep the calories at 1200 a day (which I must admit has been impossible, so I just try to keep it at less than 1500 daily and that works for me). Since I bought this book 2 months ago, I have lost 13lbs! And we even moved in the middle of this, accross-country, but because I had to record everything, I didn't get out of control. I still have a long way to go, but I am working on it, and I see a future where I will no longer be fat. And this is all because this book really helped me figure it out. And it can help you too.
There are also sections to record your work-outs in this book, which can help you to stay focused on your routine. I highly, highly recommend this book to anyone!
- No More Excuses
     By A1VUUE1TN884J2 on 2002-01-16
This Journal, finally left me with no excuses! No more excuses why I was gaining weight, it's allthere in black and white. Once I began using the Journal I felt like I finally had to be honest with myself, and found that evn though I eat healthy foods during my meals, the real culprit was all the between meal snacks. Thanks for finally making me tell myself the truth.
- On track to losing weight
     By A3AOUZSXYNYMTG on 2006-08-28
This journal starts with a Personal Goals page to record everything from calories, fat,& carbs to workout goals, to your measurements. You can also tape a before photo for extra motivation. I look at this daily to remember my goals. The remaing journal has 3 months of pages to record food. The pages are organized in an easy-to-follow layout. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner on the right side. Snacks, Vitamins, Physical Activity, Water & your Daily Totals on the Left side. It is easy to keep track of all your eating habits and go back over the days to see how you can improve your diet. I plan on buying another journal when this one fills up.
I would also recommend buying "The Calorie King, Calorie, Fat, & Carbohydrate Counter" Book.
- Very Few Criticisms
     By A8XLQA0Y03Z5E on 2008-05-01
I bought this journal as a back-up to my computer-based journal, mainly due to the fact that I couldn't always have my computer with me when I needed to enter foods, specifically the nutritional information. When I used the basic spiral notebooks, I often only wrote the name of the food and had to guess info (and calories!), or I forgot that it was in my bag.
I echo all the positive 4/5 star reviews, but do offer the following criticisms:
1. This journal allows for only 3 months of daily journaling. Most of us will be on a diet for well over 3 months, especially if we have more than 20 or 30 pounds to lose. I want more pages!
2. Only 4 mini-graph sheets provided.... If you want to track more than one progress for the full duration of the journal, you S-0-L.
3. Weekly Progress chart: allows only 15 weeks, again not good for us long-term dieters.
4. While I do like that this notebook encourages you to take your inches measurements, for the times where you lose no weight, but do lose inches (due to muscle increase), there is no diagram illustrating the correct places/tips on taking measurements.
