  • Great idea, worked well!

    By A16W1QA0E0855D on 2005-06-13
The chart and the stickers were exactly what we needed to get us going. My daughter actually preferred to wear the reward sticker, and we kept track by drawing smiley faces on the chart. It was a very positive motivation for her. She was almost fully potty trained within about 10 days or so. I only have her wear a pullup at night 'just in case'.

  • My daughter loves this

My daughter was having a hard time potty training until she knew she could get a girly sticker for each step of the potty process. She has now peed at least once a night for a full week...this was certainly the best motivator she had...feel'n'learn diapers were a waste of money...

  • WOW! Wonderful stickers & Colors!

"My Potty Reward Stickers" is exactly what I needed to help my daughter move forward in her training. She simply loves the idea of getting a special reward sticker. Tracy has done a fantastic job of putting together this very helpful & motivational tool for toddlers. I highly recommend this book to any parent looking for something special and fun to help their toddler during training.

My three year old has never really given much interest in potty training the "what's in it for me" attitude! She'll fight just to be changed and prefers to stay wet rather than stop what she's doing. She loves stickers so when I saw this I thought it was worth a try. Its basically stickers and a chart with 9 spaces for stickers across and 14 rows down. I taped the chart on the wall besides my daughter's potty and told her that everytime she goes in the potty, she gets a sticker. Then I upped the ante by telling her that everytime she reaches the end of the row she gets a prize/present. Well within 3 days she already had her first present (something small like M&M's or a book is a treat to them)! A couple of mornings she woke me up to sit on the potty because she only got stickers if she actually did something so she didn't want to waste it!! Here it is only 10 days later and she has one more sticker before she gets her third prize--that's about 3 trips a day! I never pressure her, I just ask her if she wants to, if she says no, I drop it but now she's asking me!

I know this book (and the small prizes) is the reason for her sudden excitement in using the potty. She keeps saying she wants to get a sticker so that she can get her prize... DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS!!!

  • Great motivation

I purchased this item for the stickers and I have found that they really do motivate my 16 1/2 month old to use the potty. She started asking to use the potty at 16 months so we jumped at the opportunity to train her early. She really enjoys getting the sticker after she has gone, so it has been a great motivation for an early trainer. ** added** She is now 22 months old and wearing underwear and rarely having an accident. We moved to putting stickers on a calendar at the end of the day if she doesn't have an accident. Great motivation tool.

  • A Great Motivational Tool
    By A2F881CAAPIEMT on 2001-07-25
We have been trying to get my daughter potty trained since she was two years old. We started because she showed interest in the potty, but she has not been consistant. We purchased many "potty books" so we could reinforce the importance of using the potty, and to give her something to do while she was sitting on the potty. However, our approach was lacking the motivation to keep her consistantly trying to use the potty on a regular basis. This book provides that motivation. It is a book of 126 stickers with a fun chart which maps out my daughter's progress. She loves the variety of fun stickers, which are definately original and found no where else but this book. We just got this book, and I hope that in two months, at age three, she will be on her way to "big girl undies."

  • Positive and Motivating

This book motivates and increases self-esteem with positive reinforcement. I'm a new mother and dreaded "potty training" yet I found this creative book FUN. Tracy Foote has created a wonderful sticker book to ease the stress of potty training and as a new mother, I for one appreciate it.

  • Great motivation for your toddler to use the potty!
    By AC43OOV7Y6XX1 on 2001-07-24
Although my 2 1/2 year old daughter has never actually used the potty for anything other than a reading chair, she is very aware of what it is for. I have been at wit's end trying to find reasons for her to try to use her stool (other than the obvious) and didn't want to bend to the whole bribery thing for fear it would get out-of-control. Enter the sticker rewards book which is actually a booklet with 14 columns of 9 spaces to put a sticker every time your child has a potty accomplishment. Since my daughter isn't really interested in ditching diapers yet, I haven't pressured her, but at least now she is telling me when she has dirtied herself and is willing to try to use it for it's intended purpose. She is thrilled to put a sticker on the page everytime she sits on her potty, and I have told her that she will win a prize for every row she completes after having actually gone to the bathroom. I think she's starting to get the idea!

  • Potty Training Fun
    By A1SJMBIYQHX4UB on 2003-08-21
My daughter LOVES stickers and band-aids. Anything she can decorate herself with!! She loves receiving a sticker for trying out her new potty!! We decided not to put the stickers on the chart and to just give them to her. We use her favorite color crayon to color in the chart instead. it's fun for her and rewarding!! It gives her something to look forward to!! GREAT IDEA!!

  • My Potty Reward Stickers is EXCELLENT!
    By ADTMSM4LFVLRH on 2002-07-02
I love this. I had no problems potty training my first child and assumed it'd be just as smooth with #2. Wrong. #2 was half attempting for the last couple of months with no consistency. The very day the book arrived (she's about 2 1/2) she got so excited. She wanted all the stickers but I told her how she had to "earn them". About a half hour later she came up to me and said "I want to potty train and get a sticker". And that's exactly what she did! I didn't think I "needed any book or stickers" but had I known this book would be so helpful, I would have gotten it months ago!

My daugher is 2yrs old and really enjoys getting to put a sticker on the chart next to the potty. It has helped a lot with her potty training since she doesn't get a sticker unless she goes. I would recommend the book to anyone.

  • It Helped Us Potty Train Our Daughter!
    By A6824YQ5B58AS on 2007-02-03
My daughter couldn't wait to pick out a sticker every time she went potty. It was a real motivator for her. I'm going to buy another sticker book for my son as soon as he's ready to start potty training.

  • Fun, motivating stickers!
    By A29VNEYUHDG4OE on 2007-12-25
2 full pages of original, potty-themed stickers and a handy chart to put them on! My daughter loves to look over all the stickers and pick one out while she's sitting on her potty. At 2 yrs old, it doesn't really matter what's on the sticker (she loves ANY kind of sticker!) but the varied pictures of potties, toilet paper, and big girl panties make it extra fun for her to talk about these things and feel proud of her accomplishments. She's just completed her first row on the chart! :-)

  • Great

  • Great Motivator
    By A28CP3NGNTIG8R on 2001-08-25
This was a wondeful system for my child. The stickers included all relate to her potty training challenge, this combined with the chart is a great motivator. I will order another set for my next child when she is ready to potty train. Overall this book and a little patience is all a parent needs for a postive potty training experience.

  • Great Motivator!

I just started working with my 2 year old daughter on potty training. I am using this book as positive reinforcement and it is working great! We have it hanging in the bathroom and everytime she uses the potty she gets to add another sticker to the chart. It is helping to motivate her because she really looks forward to putting up that next sticker! I like the pictures and phrases on the stickers because they are potty related and I can encourage her according to the sticker she picks out. I recommend this book for anyone who is potty training. So far, the results are great for us.

  • This has been great with both of my kids.
    By A1EAP7VN303GW4 on 2006-11-10
The reward chart is awesome! It's a fun incentive for getting kids to use the toilet.

  • Rewards Stickers are Motivating
    By ADYESONCFR1AQ on 2007-01-14
I had a really good response from my 2 1/2 year old using these potty stickers. She looks forward to adding one to the chart everytime she uses the toilet. It really made potty training easier!!

  • Girls potty stickers and chart are OK
    By AG78IVNZTARJ5 on 2007-02-21
There are indeed 126 stickers included in this book. And there is a chart. The chart is enough for all. However neither the stickers or chart are what I'd call motivational or exciting to look at. We had to suppliment the stickers with some of our own, because our daughter likes ones with faces or animals or things like that. These are mostly illustrations of things like pottys or toilet paper, etc with motivational sayings that would be interesting if she could read. I supply enough encouragement, and I wish that the program was more visually compelling.

  • Both of my daughters used this!
    By A2EN3IHWSX2VSZ on 2007-07-18
I used this for my first daughter [...] when she was going through potty training, and am now using another one for [...]old. Both of my girls love using these stickers - it really encourages them to use the toilet...just so they can add a new sticker to their chart! Love it!

  • A big disappointment
    By AFJCR1J29H2ZO on 2007-10-17
I assumed these stickers would be geared towards younger (toddler-aged) children. My daughter will be 2 in November & these seemed way too "old" for her. I was disappointed.

  • Waste for a girl who is refusing to potty-train
    By A1EPS8189T68RG on 2007-08-12
My daughter didn't want to potty-train because our lives were so hectic. New home, a recent move, and a new baby. She was physically ready to potty-train, but not emotionally so she was refusing to potty-train. I tried this book for her to see if I could motivate her, but she refused.

Eventually, my daughter became potty-trained with outside help. Her playgroup teacher took one day to potty-train her. My daughter played with the stickers, but the chart was useless.

I would suggest that if your child is not completely ready to potty-train, don't buy all these extras. If your child is ready and you just want some little rewards to help, this would be fine.

  • Good Idea for young toddler
