  This has got to be the best pokèmon video ever. First of all, all 3 shows have a different personality then all the other pokèmon shows, especially island of the giant pokèmon. I recommend this video to everybody!

  This video is about how our heroes and Team R. on the submerged S.S Anne.They must escape before the ship falls into a deep canyon. They encounter giant pokemon and giant Tentacruel.

  The story was exciting and funny. But it was a little sad. I would recommend this video to pokemon fans.

  I love this tape even though it rejects the pokemon episode "Battle aboard the st Anne". The episode "Island of the Giant pokemon is my favorite among this whole tape. I would have been more pleased if they actually put "Battle Aboard the st Anne" on this video instead of putting on "Tentacool and Tentacruel". It would have went along much neater and better, but still I rate this A 5 star video!

  I like the part when they thought the giant pokemon were real. team rocket tried to get rid of the tentacool. then the giant tentacruel attacted the city with little tentacools and the giant tentacruel.^_^ (that's pikachu's face)

  I haven't bought the videos yet, but I've seen the episodes on TV. The last episode in this series, "Island of the Giant Pokemon" is possibly one of the best Pokemon episodes that I've seen. It's almost beyond cute when the pokemon are interacting with each other and with subtitles you can understand what they're saying. All-in-all, a great series. ("Battle Aboard the St. Anne" in "Thunder Shock" is how we find Ash, Pikachu & friends in the predicament that they're in.)

  As a young adult pursuing a career in the animation industry, I have to say I was very impressed. Pokemon is an all-ages show - I'm 19 and love watching it! Parents, if you watch this with your children, you're gauranteed a few laughs at both the slapstick parts, and plain sillyness that can arise! This particular episode isn't bad - from Team Rocket's antics over the purchased but worthless Magikarp, to Nastina's hysterical outbursts over the destruction of her hotl (how do the people doing the voices of this show keep from snickering throughout the recordings??!!) Definitly worth the 5 stars and suitable for children.

  Came from japan it's the best thing since ... i cant remember you guessed it-it's pokemon (o'.'o) pika! sea side pikachu is great just like pikachu i chose you etc. Team rocket is shocked by pikachu, don't worry.THe video starts off with our hero's sinking to the bottom of the ocean in the S.S.Ann.Who thinks they wont'get out? In the 2nd episode, Ash & crew + team rocket are ship wrecked and get sent to the island of giant pokemon by garadose's dragon rage and the rest of you'll see for your self ! In the 3rd episode our heros find a bunch of tentacool's and a tentacruel and they all learn a lesson in homes.
  
  
• Quit killing the romance, Misty!

  Well, that's the only complaint I have about this video. I like Misty, but she interrupted a romantic part . . . . Oh, well. It was in Episode 16, when, wouldn't you know it, you first see for real how much Jessie and James care about each other. Their first cute part started, and Misty went and interrupted them. Who cares, though? That love makes a comeback a few scenes later. So I don't have a real complaint against this. I'm not even complaining about not getting to see "Beauty and the Beach" in this video. In fact, that's a good thing, since it lets you see "Tentacool and Tentacruel" which is a very cool episode. It shows Misty in a nice way! ^_^ Oh, yeah, what about the middle episode, "Island of the Giant Pokemon"? I liked that one too. Especially because of the tie-in with Giovanni. That was funny! Also, that episode sort of gives a reason why Ash said, "Pikachu, it's Zapdos," in the second movie in such a weird way. Or does it? Maybe that he said that has nothing to do with this episode. Oh, well, whatever.

  Trust me when I say this: Pokemon is obsessive, stupid, and a money pit. If you give your kids anything thats Pokemon, they'll think, see, and breath Pokemon. Another thing thats stupid is that in order to catch all the Pokemon, you have to get a biggilian games and a game boy conecter. All the Pokemon movies have piontless and retarded morals. Trust me cause I've been through all of it along with my friend and we were smart enogh to get out of the hopeless Pokemon Worshipers Croud when we still could before it took over all our common sense. This Pokemon program is the worst yet.
  
  
• THIS MOVIE RULES! THE GYARADOS' DRAGON RAGE WAS SUPERB!

  This has got to be the best Pokemon video in the world! I especially liked the part when the Pokemon talked to each other in their own language! My personal favorite is Island of the Giant Pokemon because it showed Zapdos, the Thunderbird! Overall, I really liked the Gyarados and their Dragon Rage attack. A definitely must see for the true Pokemon fan.

  I think that the first episode on the tape is good because Ash, Misty, Brock, Pikachu, and team rocket actually form a truce and help each other to get up to the surface of the water. The next episode I think is the best of all because I was always eager to know what the pokemon are saying and now I finally get to know. The third one is very violent I think.

  I have seen this movie, and i watch it again and again. It is great. i just keep watching it over and over again. Contrary to beleif, pokemon is not just for children it's for anyone who enjoys cute little "monsters". This is by far my most favorite episode.

  This movie was really good! I recomend it to all Pokemon fans. The Pokemon Shipwreck one was pretty good, but one flaw. Dragon Rage is a fire attack, not a water cyclone!

  Pokemon is one of the best shows I've ever seen. I would recommend it to all third graders. My brother likes it also and he is a sixth grader. We think it has a lot of action, but is also funny. My favorite character is Pikachu. My brother's favorite character is Charmander.

  The first segment of this tape is so shamelessly derivative of "The Poseidon Adventure" that I half expected to hear Maureen McGovern on the soundtrack. ("Pikachu be a morning after?") By the time we got to the end, I felt as battered as if I'd survived a shipwreck. Characters with no depth; illogical plot twists; dialogue that sets your teeth on edge; why my 6-year old likes this stuff, I'll never know. I can't wait till the "morning after" this whole Pokemon craze blows over and we can go back to watching REAL cartoons like Jonny Quest.

  This is an interesting movie. I love the episode when the lost pokemon start talking to each other and it has subtitles underneath them! My favorite Pokemon in the episodes is Magikarp. I love how he is useless and ends up shipwrecking them. Dragon Rage is powerful!

  if a slowpoke dips its tail in the water it evolves. its the same thing every time. but in this video theres a slowbro that runs a restraunt and another one that does nothing . theres subtitles in this video and tentacruel is cool . horsea is cute .   I saw this movie to see what all the hype was about. It was the stupidest movie I have ever seen. The plots were completely farfetched. (That is if you could even find a plot behind all of those annoying little "Pokethingies") Please everybody save yourself and do not think twice about even considering seeing this video.

  This is a disgrace to the real oceans! The pokemon have no chance against real fish. Jaws should be put in their to chew on Pikachu and the pokemon trainers! I once liked pokemon when I was 8 yrs. old or so, and now I have REALLY outgrown it and think it is retarded!!! P.S. The pokemon fish is a total insult to real fish! • Woo Hoo!! Banned (clean) Episode Ahoy!!

  This is a great tape, as it is pokemon. This has the episode "Tentacool and Tentacruel" on it. As i said in a different review, this episode was banned in America due to the large ammount of destruction to large buildings in a big city, causing some people to painfully recall 9-11. This episode was only banned in the United States, it stills plays in Japan, like "Holiday at Alcaupolou" (Beauty at the Beach), and "The Legend of Dratini". Those were both banned in America, but they still are played in Japan. In Beauty at the Beach, James gets an inflatible womens bathing suit, i think you can guess what happens next. In The Legend of Dratini, guns are pointed at a man, and Ash's heads. So in conclusion, this is a great buy for any Pokemon fan.
