Gotta love perfect digital quality. I'd never go back to analog.
Very Good Quality Low Price By A2R52HT84G9ZPV on 2007-10-19
Very good cable and cheap on price, just what I needed to hook up my flat screen monitor.
Works as good as the overpriced cables in stores By A20SWEYR4AS875 on 2008-08-30
I would not hesitate to buy one of these cables. I purchased a $70 dollar cable at Office Depot, and then found this online. Amazon had it to me a few days later, and I returned the overpriced cable to Office Depot. This cable works just as well, I notice no different in performance or connection. Go ahead and get one!
Good Cable By A1YWDUY6ZD1CVW on 2008-09-08
I am using it for about a month now. The picture clarity is noticeably better that VGA cable I was using before. I think with digital connection, there is no need of using really high quality and expensive cable. A simple cable like this can do the job just as well.
Great Value and Performance By AKBI7KWOYCXD4 on 2008-10-18
I have a vga/dvi monitor and I always felt like I was not getting the best out of my monitor using the VGA connection. I saw how inexpensive these cables were and read reviews and articles about how there is no improved performance in name brand cables over generic ones when it comes to the cables transmitting digital content. (e.g. Fiber Optic) I received the cable and hooked it up with no problems. After messing with the resolution settings, I finally ended up with a picture quality that seemed sharper and brighter. At this price, I recommend these cables to anyone who wants to make the switch to a DVI connection.

Great cable, and at an excellent price. This is a huge improvement over my old VGA cables.
- Great buy

No need to buy those expensive cables at the retail stores. This cable for the price is a great buy. It is of decent quality and delivers just as good an image as the higher priced ones.
- Good product, prompt delivery
     By A3BMJ4FEPRSAQH on 2008-08-28
I left the actual cable which came with the monitor or Graphics card at my native country.
I ordered this one. Prompt delivery. It worked well. Earlier I thought of using splitter to split my computer DVI Video out to monitor and LCD TV (DVI to HDMI). But splitter did not work. So I went back to VGA card to connect monitor. So now I am not using this product now.
- misnamed product

the name of the product does not include "cable", this is not a "flat Panel Display". I don't have one of these yet - so my 5 stars are pending.
- Throw away your crappy Apple DVI-VGA adapter... Maybe.
     By A2Z27ZS0E6G1WV on 2008-07-07
I bought two of these cables since I have two Mac Minis, which have only a DVI port (not a VGA port) and my LCD has both VGA and DVI ports. I wanted to avoid having to use the crappy DVI-VGA adapter supplied by Apple. Upon connecting these DVI-DVI cables, I had issues with the monitor recognizing that the Mini was connected and powered on. I finally was able to get the monitor working, but each time I rebooted, the monitor had issues recognizing the Mini. I ended up going back to using the DVI-VGA adapter (with a VGA cable) and I no longer have the issue of the monitor not recognizing the Mini. This occurred on both Mac Minis (with identical monitors).
I don't know if the issue is with the monitor DVI port or the cables (or perhaps even issues with the Mac Mini). I'm not impressed with the hardware quality of the Mac Mini, so there could be issues there.
The cables don't feel cheap and are 6' which gives plenty of length. I'm thinking they are not the issue, but the monitor or Mini may be at fault.
