  These frames are extremely fragile. Half of them were broken when they arrived. Most them developed cracks later on. Also I replaced the cardboard inside them with new matte boards but they barely fit. I bought lots of them too. I'm really sad.

  i ordered 16 of these frames and they all came packaged securely and in perfect condition. I mean they are picture frames, they are 11 x 14 just like they're supposed to be, they look just like what they're supposed to look like in the photo provided by amazon.com and as an added bonus they are pretty lightweight.
  
  i'm a bit surprised by the other persons review, i mean, if your order comes in damaged you have to remember that the merchant didn't send it to you damaged on purpose and it's not the frame making company's fault if the frames were broken during transit I mean its plastic and glass not steel and titanium! just return it and either get a refund or a replacement!
  
  

• Good frame for a good price

  I've just started getting into bigger prints, trying to make the most out of my new DSLR. I don't believe photo frames should be expensive, unless you're framing up some exotic and really expensive art piece. With that rationale, I decided to give MCS Plastic Format Frame a try. If it turned out to be shoddy work then at least it wouldn't be such an expensive mistake.
  
  But it lived up to its expectations; maybe even exceeded them. This frame is front loading, so you push the glass out from the front. It's fast and easy. Perhaps some will be worried that the glass (yes, not plastic) will fall out, but the catches are pretty sturdy and I haven't had any problems.
  
  On the back, there are holes on the cross-frame structure for you to hang on the wall, either by landscape or portrait orientation. This 11x14 doesn't come with a stand to make it a table-top frame, but the smaller MCS frames do. Overall, I'm really pleased with this product and will buy many more in the future to frame up any nice prints.

  I was very happy with my purchase from Adorama. I ordered thirty-five 11x14 MCS plastic frames, all of which were packed securely and arrived undamaged. The frames themselves aren't anything fancy, but they're lightweight, adequate, and perfect for someone with a modest budget in mind who also has a lot of pictures to frame. I liked these frames so much that I placed an order for twelve more several weeks later.
