Custom LeatherCraft 1132 75-Pocket Tool Backpackx$84.00
    (15 reviews)
Best Price: $88.61 $84.00
Made of DuPont Cordura? Plus fabric. Enough interior panels to hold a multitude of tools including: 14 pc wrench sets, electric drills, extensions cords, pliers, screwdrivers and much more. 7" x 5" Multi-compartment plastic tray included. 13"W x 17-1/2" H x 9"H. There's no getting around the fact that tools are heavy. And awkward. And it's a real chore to haul them around, especially up and down ladders. We think Custom LeatherCraft's backpack is a great solution, with 75 pockets and a place for everything - even a drill. It's made of DuPont Cordura Plus, a fabric that DuPont has been improving for decades and using for luggage, sporting apparel, boots, shoes, and golf and ski bags. It's a rugged nylon blend that stands up to abuse, weather and wear. There's plenty of room for everything you have to haul around: a 14-piece wrench sets, cable stripper, screwdrivers, rasps, pliers, hammer, locking pliers, clamps, you name it. We like the compartmentalized plastic container for everything from wire caps to screws and fuses, keeping everything sorted and at your fingertips. It slips neatly into its own hook-and-loop strapped pocket. There's even a convenient spot for your corded or cordless drill with a hook-and-loop fastener that keeps it secure. If you load this backpack up, it's heavy. But like we said, tools are heavy. This just makes it easier to carry them where you need them, with your hands free for toting more supplies or hanging onto a pole or ladder. We like it for convenience, and we love it for personal safety.--Kris Jensen-Van Heste What's in the Box Backpack, 7-by-5-inch multi-compartment plastic tray

The Custom LeatherCraft 1132 75-Pocket Tool Backpack was requested by one of my employees. He has used this product at previous places of employement and finds it very useful.
I used the internet to price this item at several loctions. I found Amazon.com to be the best value.
Not worth it By A1M55A612H7J7S on 2006-07-14
Great idea, bad design. Although the pockets are neat and convenient, the back pack is uncomfortable. The weight of the drill and hardware case (when full) pulls the pack down and away from you. In addition, the shoulder straps are cheap and not well designed. It would help to have a chest strap to clip the two shoulder straps together like on the hiking packs. The pack is also too big and bulky. Back problems have occured. Im going back to my $40.00 NorthFace pack. Much more confy.

This tool pack is perfect for technicians that need to have their hands free for climbing or whatever. It has many pockets and slots for nearly everything you'll need in the field, and if the slot isn't large enough, it's easy to cut out the stitching to customize it to fit you needs.

I am a Communications Tech, and this back pack is awsome. I can have all the tools I could possibly need for any job all in one bag. Including my 18volt Drill. I just put it on my back and it leaves my hands free to carry all the other stuff I need, like boxes of wire. saves me trips back and forth to my truck. It is great. Although you may have to customise the pockets a little for some tools. This is the perfect tool bag!
My review By A3BFE5TMP4F2ZV on 2007-02-07
I work in theater and trade shows. I like the bag and what it can hold. I dont care for what it cannot hold. It's pockets are very shallow, even though there are over sixty of them. Unless all of your tools are 4" long the bag wont hold it too snugly.
- The best thing in tool cases ever!!!

I love this, it beats me having to carry around a tool box all the time. Highly rated!!!
- Tool Backpack

This has been the best tool bag that I have ever purchased. I do a lot of climbing of ladders. This leaves my hands free to hold on. The only suggestion that I would make is a smaller version.
- Works great

Holds everything I need. Best bag I've had yet. I've been carrying tools for 15 years.
- A great Tool bag

I hadseen this bag about 5 yrs ago but could not find it,I had looked everywhere including where the guy who had the one I had seen told me he bought it,which was at a Grainger store, but i could not find it,but now that i have it,I believe it is probably the single greatest investment I have gotten for my tool collection.I am an electrician in a union,IBEW Local 613 and probably my greatest gripe is having to dig through my whole tool bag or box,I have both,to find a tool, but with the backpack i no longer have that problem, everything is very organized and easy to get to,I truly enjoy my bag and I am constantly showing it off
- almost perfect

All the pockets are great, but by the time I got all my drill bit containers in, there was no pocket big enough for my tape measure. Fully loaded it's really heavy. Probably won't be a problem for a man, but for an average sized woman it kills my back. I have to take my drill out to make it possible to carry it on site, at least I don't often have to use my drill, so no big deal. All in all, it's much better than having to carry 3 separate tool boxes.
