Same as the podiatrist provided

Five years ago I was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis. One of the doctor's recommended treatment was to use special shoes and he provided a set of insoles for $80. These are EXACTLY the same and work as well. I now have several pair as a convenience to moving them from shoe to shoe.

I was looking for a product that would help with my plantar fasciitis. These insoles have helped a great deal along with stretching. they offer great support and slipped right into my shoes after removing the insert that came with them. Great product and I recommend to do the stretches as well.
Great for water sports

I also have plantar faciitis and was looking for a durable insole for use with water sport shoes (jetski, kayak, beachcats etc). These are made of hard plastic and closed cell foam, ideal for aquatic environments. The directions indicate not to put them in the washer...go figure. I've used a single pair in the water for two summers and they are still intact.
