Fabrique Delices oven baked Pates and Mousses do not contain any artificial flavorings, coloring agents or MSG. This truffle Mousse is made with creamy chicken livers, truffles and porcini mushrooms marinated in sherry. It makes an excellent appetizer and pairs well with good mustards, cornichons, olives and toasted bread. Many of Fabrique Delices products have been served at the White House, on the Air France Concorde and even to his Holiness John Paul II.

Fantastic all natural product

Every product from Fabrique Delices has exceeded my expectations. This all natural and preservative free product is made in America and surpasses any expensive French import. This is my 3rd order and I'll order more soon. The seller, Le Village, is not the fastest shipper so be patient. Their packaging consists of a thermal bag and a couple of cold packs. All of my orders arrived with the cold packs melted. I wouldn't order from them if it's too warm outside. They really need to use coolers and dry ice or expedited shipping.
