PEC*PADs are the ideal photo wipes for those who hate photowipes! Until PEC*PADs came along, photowipes fell apart, left lint and scratched emulsions. PEC*PADs are extremely strong, lint-free and so soft and pure (99.999%) it is almost impossible to scratch an emulsion with them. PEC*PADs are so soft they can be safely used to clean all types of sensitive surfaces : scanners, CD's, mirrors, lenses, telescopes etc. When PEC*PADs are used with PEC-12(r), they are ideally suited for cleaning photographic film and print emulsions. PEC*PADs are available in two convenient sizes. The 4 x 4 inch (10 cm.sq.) wipes are perfect for cleaning 35mm and other small areas; the 9 x 9 inch (25 cm.sq.) wipes are best suited for larger film or print formats, murals, scanners etc.

Must have for photographers

Best lens cleaners available. 7 years as professional photographer,
haven't found anything better. Use the Eclipse solution with it, great
pair!! Can also be used for CCD cleaning on paddle and special solution.
Good price through Adorama (Amazon supplier).
As advertised

The Pec Pad is exactly as advertised. I used them to clean archived 35mm kodachrome slides. The pads allowed even application of the cleaning solution. The pads also removed the solution with out leaving any streaks or lint. Overall, the product performs as expected. The only thing is that the package is a bit difficult to open without exposing all the pads. A fairly minor issue though.

I purchased these Pec Pads based on the reviews read here, but when I used them with a cleaning solution that I already had, all I got was streaks on my lenses and LCD. I am going to reserve bad judgment until I receive my new order of Eclipse Solution.
They are really lint free though.

These work absolutely perfectly. These are a must have to keep your lenses and CCD clean. If you use these with the Eclipse Cleaning Solution you should have to problems. And they really are lent free.
