Allsop 28465 Mouse Pad Pro Memory Foam Mouse Pad (Black)x$4.73

(24 reviews)

Best Price: $4.73

Allsop MousePad Pro 28465 - NASA has brought us lots of cool stuff: a greater perspective of our place in the universe, a national unity based around a trip to the Moon, Tang... the list goes on. Memory Foam, or visco elastic, is one of the technologies developed by NASA that is now available to us. Best known in the form of mattresses and pillows, Allsop has brought memory foam to your office in the form of a MousePad. The MousePad Pro is designed with a raised wrist rest and a large round mousing area. The wrist rest keeps your hand and wrist in a more natural position while using your mouse. The memory foam conforms and adjusts to the contours of your wrist to relieve stress on pressure points. And it retains body heat to improve blood circulation. If you've heard anything about ergonomics, these features mean a lot to you. If you've never heard of ergonomics, these features will mean a lot when you do. To put it simply, the MousePad Pro is the sort of Mousepad that once you've had it, you'll miss it if it's gone. MPN: 28465 - UPC: 035286284653

  • Great MousePad

    By AMHKI7LEPYSPG on 2007-05-06
This pad took care of my carpal tunnel syndrome pain. I bought a white thin mouse pad to put over the mouse area so my wireless mouse would work better.

  • mouse pad

    By AR623LDZNLR1J on 2007-10-17
I like this product but hoped that it would be slightly larger than the usual mouse pad. I like the wrist rest but it is somewhat confining and an extra inch in diameter of the pad, would be helpful.

  • Nice

This is a good mouse pad for any mouse, I have a laser mouse and it has worked just fine and the gel works too.

  • Great inexpensive mouse pad that will last you a long time!

    By A3IYM29DFWT6CH on 2008-01-25
The mouse pad is bigger than I had expected, plenty of room.
    The wrist guard is comfortable.

    ----EDIT----
I bought this mouse pad on December 25, 2007 and I am still using to this day November 9, 2008.

Going on one year of extreme every day use and it is still in great condition. The only wear is the ALLSOP printing on the mousing surface is faded and there is a slight dip on the wrist guard where I rest my wrist, actually is more comfortable now than it was new.

I just had to update my comment about the pad, I've had several $30-$50 gamer/precise mouse pads and they always start come apart after a few months of heavy every day use....but after 11 months of heavy everyday use I still have no plans to replace this pad!

Not sure on todays price but I bought this one for $6.99, how can you go wrong for that price?

On my next Amazon order I will be getting one of these for every computer I use, home and office.

  • Excellent product

I thoroughly enjoy this mouse pad. The wrist pad is memory foam and very comfortable. Highly recommend it.

  • Best purchase yet!
    By AQHOAJVY1VY9W on 2007-10-16
Talk about comfort, I think this is the best purchase I have made for my computer system so far. No more sore or tight wrist, the wrist rest makes all of the difference. Thank You Amazon.com!

  • perfect (for me)
    By A2ERPQCDJLS00 on 2007-11-24
I'm giving this a 5/5, but I'm not implying that it's for everybody. It is a bit small, and you might have to increase your mouse sensitivity because of it, and that may be a problem if you like the low mouse sensitivity. So if you're doing computer graphics or you're a hardcore video gamer, then maybe this isn't the right mousepad for you.

If you're like me and don't mind the loss of accuracy, then I don't see how you could go wrong with this. I like how it's so small, it gives me room for the rest of my stuff.

  • Not Really
    By A19A2IUD7K2IF6 on 2007-10-23
I've been using this product for about a year and honestly, I'm disappointed. The memory foam wrist cushion feels nice at first, but it compresses over time and eventually you're resting your hand on a solid rock. I use my mouse a lot, mostly for gaming, and I've been experiencing a lot of pain in my hand, partly due to the constant pressure on the heel of my hand from this mouse pad.

  • No complaints
    By A1KZIIPB4F49N on 2007-12-21
Its a typical mousepad, with a nice wrist support. My desk has a round surface that juts out, specifically for the mouse, so a round mousepad was my preference. It fit perfectly.

  • good quality
    By A1WOLBAUDQZ1W3 on 2008-02-07
received the item in decent timing. very good quality. the padding for the wrist is soft-not hard gel like others. I am very happy with it and my choice.

  • great pad
    By AZAT1Z160HF0I on 2008-02-26
at first, looking at the pictures i didn't realize that this pad has a raised section at the bottom.
so when i received it, i was hesitant at first. but after using this pad for about a week now, i love it. i don't know how i've ever lived without a pad that has the raised "gooey" section at the bottom.
    get this product.

  • Not very comfortable
    By A162B9MOCL4HHX on 2008-04-03
I found the mousepad to be very stiff and abrasive. My wrist became tender after I have used the pad for several hours. I had to finally cover the gel rest pad with a handkerchief.

  • great surface, bad wrist pad
    By AFH1UI5QGDWWR on 2008-06-03
I was hoping that, despite reading a few less than glowing reviews, I would be able to rave about this mousepad. Unfortunately not the case. I have been without a mouse pad for awhile and wanted something comfy for my wrist. I picked this one and got it and it felt great...for about 3 days. Now there is a huge indentation in the wrist gel (I've had it for maybe 2 weeks if that) and my wrist sits on the hard portion underneath. I will be looking for a better pad with more wrist protection and I will be heading the reviews on the next one...I gave it two stars because the actual mouse pad space for moving the mouse is perfect, not too big, not too small.

  • buy something else
    By A194CMWQEVZHXM on 2008-06-28
I ended up giving this mousepad away because it doesnt work with my logitech g5 optical mouse. I suppose if you have a crappy ball mouse or something cheap it might work, but this pad is far from what I expected, I get better traction on a $1 square pad. I'm forced to still use my old pad that I've had for over a year until I find something better. Cheers.

  • Comfortable and affordable!
    By A1JLNRJZF6CLHZ on 2007-10-27
This mouse pad was a great purchase! I do have to admit ... at first, it was a little uncomfortable because I wasn't use to my wrist being up (improper hand placement) but now I can't sit at another computer comfortably without it! My mom came over and liked it so much that she ordered one for herself!

  • Simply the best mouse pad!!!!!
    By A2U2TXPXLDTDN8 on 2008-04-04
Bought it, Love it.......you won't be dissapointed. Anyone who critisizes this mouse pad is simply LOOKING for things to complain about!!!

I have a optical mouse and it works great.....additionally the Memory Foam wrist pad is genunely the most comfortable wrist cusion out there..Trust me!

  • ALLSOP mousepad
    By A1SD08HL9WHUSS on 2008-05-03
Have bought several different mousepads over the years. this one is better than most, is comfortable for wrist, doesn't slip and slide all over desktop, is small enough for limited space, yet has a big enough work area to use with no problems. Price is reasonable.

  • Like a sofa for your hand
    By A94SPCQ65L2SL on 2008-05-28
I've never had a mouse pad with a wrist pad before, at first I didn't like it and felt it was a little too high but I got use to it and like it now. It's like a shoe, you have to break it in a little. I love this mousepad and it was very cheap.

  • Very nice
    By A3F1Q5VB37P1PE on 2008-06-12
It works for me and it was not expensive at all. I would highly recommend it.

  • "A" grade
    By A18TIUO1TYWDVD on 2008-09-07
That's a very good product, but I would prefer that the "Allsop" logo would have been shown on the back.
