  This is an outstanding canine shampoo. Being an allergy-ridden owner of 2 dogs, I have tried countless dog shampoos to find something that will both (1) lather well and rid the dander completely and (2) also leave the coat shiny and silky. My chocolate lab is 7, and I still use this shampoo on her. Provided your dog has a normal coat with no major skin issues (e.g. Cushing's Disease or Thyroid condition, etc.), you will be impressed. This also leaves a noticeable and long-lasting baby scent, which is a pleasant plus for me! (*I use Nova Pearls Coal Tar shampoo on our black German Shepherd, a 12-year-old with suspected Cushing's and characteristicly thin, dry, scaly coat and "rat-tail.")
