Great Home Theater Speaker System! By A3IJRT8OX88PTE on 2007-01-19
I have not written product reviews on Amazon before but I find them to be extremely helpful and want to give some payback. In particular, I found the home theater system and home theater speaker reviews to be very useful.
The Polk Audio RM6750 5.1 channel home theater speaker system is phenomenal and an outstanding value. I had originally been looking for a home theater in a box system to mate to a newly acquired 37" LG LCD HDTV. The search was partly precipitated by the demise of the older generation DVD player we owned coupled to a failing 10 year old Onkyo surround-sound system. As I poked around on-line reviews and shopped Circuit City and Best Buy it became clear I could get more value and flexibility buying a receiver, an upscalable DVD player (improved picture with regular DVDs on HDTV) and a new speaker system than with home theater in a box.
The room housing our entertainment hardware is a family room -- 20 X 20+ with a vaulted ceiling, fireplace and hearth on one end and lots of upholstered furniture -- a relatively big space to fill. However, I did not want bulky speakers. I was initially intrigued by the Amazon reviews on the Yamaha NS-SP1600, quite favorable, great price and describe great sound output for small speakers. Sadly, I couldn't find these to purchase anywhere locally, nor get them from Amazon or even from Yamaha. I heard a set that I think were badly wired at a Best Buy -- good sound, not much power. Yamaha's next higher line NS-SP5700 were bigger and clunkier looking than I liked and I couldn't find reviews. They sounded OK in a poorly set up demo.
I kept shopping and was very happy I did. I looked at speaker manufacturers' websites and rapidly coned down on the Polk Audio RM6750 as looking to fill the niche I sought balancing size, quality and price. I was able to listen to them in a well set up home theater showroom at a local Circuit City and was immediately sold on the clarity and power. I bought a set for $299; they're a steal at that price and better on Amazon for $249.
I brought them home, hooked them up with the Yamaha 5930 receiver ($179) and upscalable Toshiba DVD player with HDMI ($89) I had also acquired and connected to the HDTV. This is a true dream system! The speakers generate enormous high quality sound. We tested them out with "Master and Commander" -- clear highs from all, natural voice from center channel, terrific oomph from the subwoofer and amazing surround sound experience in the early battle scene. Next test was a Down to the Waterline on a Dire Straits CD -- I heard notes I never knew were there with great balance and driving bass. (The Yamaha gives multiple modes of play including 2 concert hall variants, 2 movie variants, 2 and 5 channel stereo and a few others I haven't played with yet.)
I have filled this large room with amazing sound without going beyond 60% of full volume. I am a very happy customer.
I had looked at the low end of high-cost speaker lines -- Bose and Cambridge Soundworks. With them, you get single speakers in front and surrounds as opposed to 3+" plus tweeter in each of the Polk Audios. Also, the Polk Audio RM6750s sound better to my ears and cost much, much less.
Speaker wiring is straigtforward; wire is not supplied and best to buy/use thick gauge to handle power. Speaker set up instructions from Polk are relatively meager, especially about the subwoofer, but their website is very informative and makes a compelling argument for hooking up subwoofer in parallel with front speakers rather than using subwoofer port and sound is terrific this way.
Fantastic Speakers By AYE42C0WS2ZPU on 2007-06-24
I do consider myself to be picky when it comes to electronics. And I am absolutely floored that speakers this good can be had for a price this low. If you are reading this review, you are probably asking yourself the same question I was this time last week. That being: Are these speakers too good to be true?
During my buying process, I read about these Polks and consequently made a trip to a dumpy Circuit City with a poorly set-up sound room. Before the speakers were played, I picked up one of the sats. and was extremely impressed with its build quality... nice materials, very attractive... and the speakers have a solidness/weight to them that let you know these are not those cheap pressed-wood speakers you'll find in most HTIB systems. Secondly, I was impressed with the sound even though the rears weren't hooked-up and the sub-woofer was poorly placed.
After my trip to CC, I called J&R Music World and had a set of RM6750s shipped to me (J&R is a great store, by the way).
Yesterday I finished installing the speakers... largely using the rich amount of educational information available on the polk audio website that helped me with speaker placement and hook-up. Note: I did NOT use the sub jack on the sub woofer.
The sound is phenominal... especially considering I paid $245. There is no doubt, that if told that these speakers only were sold for their MSRP of $599... that I would still buy them. These speakers meet so many of my requirements:
(1) Great Sound
(2) Attractive
(3) Blend into the environment (i.e., they are small)
(4) Great price
(5) Quality Name
The sound image created by the front 3 is amazing and the rears are perfect.
I am not one to crank my system (I have young kids)... but the sub puts out a great bassy sound that is not too over-powering (note, when I heard these speakers at Circuit City their sub was poorly placed and hooked-up with a sub jack... and it sounded very boomy and over powering).
I am driving the system with Pioneer's top of the line VSX-1016TXV... which is another item, like these Polks, that I probably wouldn't have purchased (I was ready to go the Onkyo/Dennon route with my amp purchase) if someone walked-up to me on the street and recommended it. But after careful research... it, like these Polks, offers an astounding value for the money.
So... long story short... I thought I was going to have to spend $1,800 on my home theater system. I was convinced that a bottom line price for speakers would be roughly $1,100... and the receiver would hit me for another $700.
But, this long story has a really great ending... thanks Polk for a really great product... and for all of the knowledge information you have on your site.
PERFECT!
Fantastic System By AA3Z6MJ2MWIXW on 2007-05-13
There are tons of speakers out there, and many of them are quite good. What sold me on Polk was the wealth of information the company publishes for its customers (and prospects) on its website. While some companies will try to sell you on prestige or fancy finishing, the Polk website lays it out clearly and explains the best way to evaluate a system in terms of performance. As a self-proclaimed audiophile, and having worked in professional theatrical sound, I appreciate a company that is dedicated to quality and technical mastery, and less concerned with marketing.
They make fantastic speakers, and their detailed information on the perils of the "sub jack" on most tuners, along with their innovative solution, has me listening to pristine sound with no hassle. This sounds way better than other systems I've heard (at friends houses and whatnot) that cost many times more than this.
These speakers are pretty incredible for the price.
Great for the price, but don't expect jaw-dropping sound. By A1O7FOP3CYN3P8 on 2007-10-22
These speakers are a great buy if you simply want an affordable 5.1 setup. They work fine and do fill my room with sound decently. For such small satellites, the quality is pretty decent.
That said, they're no replacement for larger, more powerful speakers. They lack strength at some lower frequencies, and I've frequently noticed that deep male voices aren't particularly clear or powerful through the speakers. It's particularly noticeable with the center channel, since that's where most dialog will be placed.
Unlike some reviewers, I actually do feel that the sub is an adequate match for the speakers. A bigger, better sub WILL be bigger and better, but the included subwoofer isn't worthless and certainly does add to one's experience.
On my setup, I replaced the center channel with a Polk Monitor series speaker, and found that the upgrade improved my sound greatly. The other sats and sub provide decent positional audio, while the upgraded center provides fidelity for dialog. I'd recommend a similar upgrade for anybody considering these speakers.
Great value for surround - average value for music By A29X7ILB0I44FF on 2008-01-11
Polk RM6750 5.1 Speaker System
Before reviewing - "thanks" to everyone who did likewise. I recently upgraded a few elements and placed a lot of emphasis upon user reviews to guide decisions between rival components.
As for the review, first a description of my home theater and audio system: Dell WD4200 1080i HD Monitor, Yamaha RX-V661 A/V receiver, Toshiba HD-A2 HD DVD player, Polk RM6750 system as the "A" speaker set, Klipsch Forte's as the "B" speaker pair. The listening/viewing environment is a carpeted, 12 x 14 room opening on one narrow side with an archway into a larger room, with the TV, front speakers, and subwoofer placed on a long wall. The RM6750 center speaker is installed immediately underneath the wall-mounted TV, the front right and left RM6750 surround speakers atop the Forte's in the room corners, the subwoofer on the floor, and the rear right and left surround speakers ceiling-mounted and directed downwards to a sectional sofa at the rear of the room. Since my receiver allows user-defined selection of the LFE crossover frequency, I wired the RM6750 sub to the receiver's sub-out, set the receiver LFE lowpass at 160 Hz, set the sub LFE lowpass to 160 Hz, and set all other RM6750 speakers to "small".
My view based on both surround and stereo playback programs is that the RM6750 represents a huge upgrade for folks interested in a basic surround system - particularly if the alternative is listening to standard TV speakers - though the system is not a substitute for more refined audio monitors if the primary content is music. At this pricepoint what are remarkable are not the system's weaknesses but its strengths: the center provides clear dialog, the four surrounds are bright and forward, and the sub adequately if not accurately renders the "thumps". "thuds", "whacks", and harmonic base tones associated with studio music tracks. Using a variety of Dolby and DTS-encoded film audio tracks, the surround-scape created by the RM6750 was unexpectedly good: clear, defined, well-separated, and without obvious flaws in stand-alone listening. The subwoofer pumps out a lot of sound - even with the volume set to the unit's midpoint - but it tends towards the "thumpiness" I associate with over-driven car audio: no buzzing or rattling, but just short of that. However, as movie audio effects emphasize presence over accuracy, this may be by design and the results for standard surround-sound movie audio are impressive.
The system's weaknesses stem from the inability to accurately and smoothly reproduce standard music. To minimize listening bias, I performed several hours of A/B testing of the RM6750 in most listening modes provided by the RX-V661 with the Forte's as reference using classical and rock CDs as input material and my wife and daughter as blinded panelists. The Fortes were hands down smoother, crisper in the highs, and more accurate, deep, resonant, and non-boomy in mids and the lows. The largest difference was in the low-base response, where music material with complex deep-base (some Floyd tracks in particular) was boomy and mushy on the RM6750s but clear and seamless with the higher frequency tones on the Forte's. Pound for pound, however, the RM6750s were surprisingly good competition for the more expensive horn-driven tweeters, midrange, and base of the audio monitors playing music: the Forte's, though aging, were among the best speakers made at the time I purchased them (I replaced a set of Bose 901s), cost 5 times then what I paid for the RM6750s now, and do not provide a dollar-for-dollar linear sound advantage. One would be hard pressed to say the RM6750's suck for music listening and minor deficiencies in accuracy would be difficult to detect - expect for obviously inaccurate deep base - in the absence of a superior comparator.
The bottom line in my view is that if you bought a big TV and don't have a surround sound system, spending another $250 for the RM6750 will render an outsized improvement in your home theater experience. For those who like loud low-bass and don't necessarily care if it is a bit jarring and "thumpy", you could use this system for both home theater and music listening. For those who prefer accurate music reproduction, only the most budget conscious should consider the RM6750 a standalone solution to all their listening needs.

Do not buy any products from this seller, Electronics Expo. They do not stand behind their products as they advertise. "Customer satisfaction is a priority" should read "Customer satisfaction is definitely not a priority." I bought a speaker system from Electronics Expo for Christmas. It wasn't exactly this speaker system but a very similar one that they apparently no longer sell. It didn't work at all. I called and the person that I spoke to assured me that since it was a Christmas purchase it could be returned. He said I would be receiving an email that would give me details as to how to return my purchase. I never received that email. I finally made another phone call and was told that my 30 days for returning had elapsed. How convenient! DO NOT buy anything from Electronics Expo. Look for another merchant that truly stands behind its product. Be wise. AVOID ELECTRONICS EXPO.
- I love these speakers!
     By ANXK2L22E2D2K on 2007-03-05
Let me start by saying that I am not an 'audiophile'. However, I do know when something sounds good. These speakers sound very, very good. My setup consists of an Onkyo TX-SR604S, a 36-inch Toshiba HD TV, a non-HD Panasonic DVD player, and a PS2. I've had the HD TV for about a year now and wanted to finally upgrade my sound system to something that would really compliment the excellent HD video with excellent audio. One of the major considerations in my purchase was cost (this consideration was imposed by my wife...). The other was that whatever I purchased had to have received high end-user ratings (I find them much more reliable than the critic's reviews). I searched for a couple of months and finally settled on these speakers and the Onkyo receiver.
I am exceptionally happy with my purchase. These speakers sound great. I have 'tested' them out with two of my favorite surround sound movies: The Matrix and Disney's Atlantis (yes, this is a kids movie, but it really does have great surround sound)(besides, my kids love the movie). The speakers are crisp, clear, and loud. The subwoofer is so powerful that I am only driving it at a level of 1 on my receiver (my living room is 15ft x 24ft). If I increase the audio level above that the base thump gets downright obnoxious!
For a live comparison test of these speakers I went to my local Circuit City and listened to all of their surround sound speaker systems. For the most part, I couldn't tell the difference between these speakers and the more expensive speakers. Again, I'm not an audiophile and I'm sure that someone with a more finely tuned set of ears could probably have told the difference. However, for my untrained ears these speakers were every bit as good and a lot less expensive than the 'high end' speakers systems.
Bottom line - I highly recommend these speakers for anyone who, like myself, thoroughly enjoys great audio but who isn't yet in the audiophile class of consumer. I love these speakers!
- EXCELLENT SPEAKERS
     By A9SYR03L1BWQJ on 2007-03-26
This speaker system is exactly what I was looking for.
I've searched for a couple of months, online, talking to people, and going to listen to different speakers in stores. What I needed had to meet two requirements: 1) satellite/sub configuration (to make them "disappear" and have a high WAF - Wife Acceptance Factor); 2) Below $500. I am a true music lover, but am not an "audiophile" so don't have a trained ear to understand fully some of the technical comments made on speakers. However, I can distinguish what sounds good and what doesn't. Plus, I needed a speaker system primarily for audio, to use my dvd player as a cd player.
I have a pretty simple Pioneer receiver (110w), a JVC non-HD dvd player, a Time Warner Scientific Atlanta HD cable box, and a 32 inch, 1080i Sony Bravia. So nothing great, but ok for home use. My TV's speakers are truly awful, so I needed a speaker system to improve that, make better use of the receiver, and help out with stereo music listening. The "surround" feature was not priority, also given my non ideal living room structure.
I went to J and R in NYC and listened to a few speaker systems (didn't want systems that came with receiver/dvd sets). I listened carefully to the Bose AM III (VERY poor, both in very high and mid freqs). Plus, that was just below my budget and needed something cheaper as I had to buy wall/ceiling brackets, etc. Then I listened to a $699 Klipsch system, way beyond my budget, but excellent sound. Finally, I listened to the Polk RM 6750 and realized that it sounded just like the Klipsch, did not capture the difference, but did notice that it cost less than half ($250!).
Bought the Polk system on the spot. Added some cables (the best they had for the satellites, and a sub monster cable), and two ceiling brackets to make the satellites disappear. Took a while to figure out connections and wiring at home, but I LOVE the way my Polk sounds, even if, for now, I only installed the bare minimum for stereo sound (two front satellites and the sub).
- good speakers / great price
     By AGUWJMILJWVWA on 2007-07-29
These are good speakers for a great price. They aren't intended for hard core audiophiles. The nice thing about these speakers is that if you ever want to upgrade, you can ditch the existing subwolfer and go purchase a high end sub (i.e. velodyne) while keeping the existing satellites. I listened to the Bose Acoustimass systems prior to purchasing these speakers. The Bose speakers are nice but very pricey. These speakers sound just as good as the Bose speakers but for less money.
- Great entry-level speakers from a solid brand
     By A3RKU759SKOW6G on 2007-02-18
Even these low-end Polk speakers blow away the competitors. I can't believe the volume these tiny speakers push through without any hint of distortion. Only complaint is the subwoofer is a little weak.
Overall, my rating depends on how much you paid for these speakers. 3-star if you paid the MSRP of $500, 4-star if you bought them at Amazon for $250, and 5-star if you bought them (like I did) at Fry's Outpost for only $199!
- Speaker + Stands
     By A3J0PQOGJ0WZO3 on 2007-06-06
I have a rather large great room and these speakers work/sound great. I'll let other's who know better talk about sound quality.
But for me, once I figured out I wanted these speakers, a big dilemma was what stands do I get. Will the two work together?
I ended up choosing the Atlantic 77305018 Satellite Speaker Stands (Black). The stands work great with these speakers.
There's a slot on the back of the speaker, right in the middle, where you can screw in a bolt. These stands come with a bolt and washer that fit perfectly. The stands are very stable on carpet ... providing my kids don't knock them over :)
- Impressive performance with movies but not music
     By A2NIC7PN6UXLEX on 2007-10-15
I used these with a HK AVR 146. I bought them to replace some old Sony HTIB speakers I got from Wal-Mart a few years ago. I hooked them up and watched a movie. I was impressed at how I could hear more detail and gunshots actually had a kick behind them from the actual satellite speaker and not a rumble from the sub. However this was a downside for listening to music. The speakers have too much bass and rattle when used for music. It makes them sound really distorted and cheap. I tried turning the bass down to them but it did not help much. So I ended up returning them. Perhaps other people who use them for music can give tips on this?
- Excellent sound quality - very sturdy speakers
     By AFCIKJU8Q9N04 on 2007-09-24
I bought these from Fry's Electronics for $199. Awesome deal! (I think Polk may have a deal going on with Fry's because the guy from the first review on here got his for the same amount.) I compared these speakers(PA RM6750's) side by side with the $500 Harmon/Kardon's. These had a much richer sound and much better price. The guy in the Fry's audio department said that he used Polk in all of the car stereo's he installs. You can't go wrong with Polk.
- Polk Audio RM6750 Speakers - a best buy!
     By A2SZJ62GR3FYTA on 2007-07-12
I purchased these speakers to support surround sound in a new movie theater in our basement - the room is approximately 15 x 15. I'm using these in combination with a Pioneer receiver/amp.
The sound quality of these speakers is completely amazing and I would recommend these to anyone. They can easily handle a much larger room without any difficulty and the range of these speakers is magnificent.
These are a must buy for anyone who is looking to put together a home theater with surround sound - there is no better product for the price on the market.
- Good sound but fragile
     By A3K11X1QOQ8ZQS on 2007-08-14
These speakers sound very good but be sure to attach the rubber feet. I had a speaker temporarily located on top of the 50 watt woofer which fell off on my wood floor and the speaker completely separated from the external plastic case resulting in much rattling when this speaker is used. The plastic is as hard as glass but also fractures like glass.
- Excellent sound quality!!!
     By A2U316LK1PPNMD on 2007-01-25
got a great deal... love the quality! sound effects are extremely good, crystal clear sound.
I compared this with "Paradigm" (forget the rest!). Honestly, does not cross Paradigm, but meets expectations. Mix it up with a nice Onkyo receiver and you will feel the beats!
Very satisfied.
- Polk RM6750
     By A3LUYRP91QSP6D on 2007-03-31
These speakers have a very good response. The subwoofer puts out plenty of bass--I actually had to adjust it down. It was booming on the initial setting. The speakers are small emough to be fairly unnoticable on the wall--yet large enough to cover the full range of sound. I would buy this product again.
- Great Speakers for the Price
     By A3G858M40UFJ8Y on 2007-04-27
I spent a long time looking around for an affordable set of 5.1 speakers and the Polk Audio RM6750 speakers perform very well and you can get them at a reasonable price.
Like most things that I buy online, I went out and took a look at the speakers at Circuit City, where they listed for $399. I bought mine here at Amazon for $199 plus S&H(slightly used, in good shape). The speakers are good quality and sound nice with my Yamaha AV Receiver.
As others have mentioned, I am not an audiophile. I will be using these speakers primarily for watching HDTV/DVDs and so far the sound has been great.
I value other peoples opinions and experiences when I look for items online so hopefully this will help.
- Excellent buy.
     By A7HYQ9AI8CEY8 on 2007-05-13
Very pleased with my purchase. The order was shipped on time, wih no problems. It was an easy set-up with my entry-level home theater system (a Denon 687 Receiver and Sharp LC-42D62U LCD TV), and the speakers work just great. They sound fantastic for such small speakers. Very pleased with the quality. I also got the Atlantic 77305018 Satelite Speaker Stands for the rear speakers and they fit perfectly.
- great sound affordable price

Installed with THX cert. Amp for Theatre and Audio in my small media room, Really enjoy the quality, clarity and rich depth the Polk delivers. My last system was a older Bose system and I'm more satisfied with this system.
- A good choice

I replace my Toshiba speakers that came with my Toshiba Home Theater in a box with this set. I am happy so far. This set gives you two choice as to how you connect the speakers depending on what kind of receiver you have. The subwoofer allows you to connect four speakers (satellite+rear) on it directly. In this case you will have to figure out how you are going to connect the center speaker (also base on your receiver and what kind of sub-out you have on your receiver (or your DVD player). :-) Don't worry, you brain storm and work it out. It is not that hard, it is just that you have to choose one option. Subwoofer is powered so it has a lot of power. I don't know what other reviewers are saying about the sub but I have to lower it down to only 20% when I watch South Park. Yes, there is a knob back of the sub that allows you to adjust the sub level depending on the type of movie/music that you're watching/listening to. You can manually turn of the sub without unplugging, keep it on auto off mode that turns it off when not in use, or keep it always on (another knob on the back that allows you to do that). There are two more knobs that I didn't really use so you might have to visit Polk website to find out what purpose they serve.
I don't know how other people connected their sub but here is how I did. I didn't have sub out option on my DVD player (which is also receiver combo) so I used audio out (left right) option on my DVD player and plug it in to the Sub audio source in using the composite cable. It works fine but it became different volume control for speakers (using my DVD player remote control) and for sub (using the volume knob on the back of the sub). So if you lower the volume on the speaker, you also have to go lower the volume behind the sub. I don't mind it actually.
If you know any other way to control the sub volume through your remote control's volume control, let me know.
I didn't understand when some of the reviewers complaining about the sub not being powerful or the sub being weak. I have to keep it on less than half before I go deaf.
- Great speaker package for the money!

Polk Audio RM6750 5.1 Channel Home Theater Speaker System, Black Finish I have been using this speaker system for about a year with a Sony STR-DG810. I am very pleased with the performance of this package especially at the price point. My friends and family have all been impressed remarking that the system sounds like a movie theater. Bass from sub-woofer is deep and powerful and the center speaker reproduces dialoge beautifully. What is also nice, Polk sells seperate surround speakers so I can make a 6.1 system since my Sony receiver has that capability. Don't worry if you are thinking about RM6750, I have enjoyed mine from the start!
- Very good system for the price.
     By A2BBE44COOXA1O on 2008-01-13
I got this system as a gift for Christmas. This was a replacement for a home theater that I had put together. These speakers are a lot smaller then what I had, so I decided to use them. They do look a lot better.
The sub sounds good for an 8 inch woofer. However, it does not do the trick for my front room...lacks power. The speakers are great for home theater, but not to good listening to music. Just need more low end power.
- Fantastic Sound

Installed the Polk RM6750 speaker system with an Onkyo SR-605 receiver and Onkyo 704 DVD changer. Awesome results!!! Would recommend this system for a 14X24 room in which it sounds WONDERFUL!!!
- Good but not enough
     By A1P7XWKJYDMY65 on 2008-03-10
I had been an audiophile person since 1979. I hooked this system on a pioneer vsx 917. It was kinda of dreadfull. Then I hooked it up with a technics sae 303 w Built in parabolic equalizer still so so. Then I hooked it up with a sansui tube 300z. It was better. This speaker set is a home theater speaker. Not a stereo speaker. Lows as for movies and high are design for surround only. If you are going to use this as a movie only system then a 5.1 channel amp should do the trick. Don't expect it to produce good stereo sound because a good stereo repro must have at least a 10 inch woofer minimum. This set has a subwoofer with an 8 inch driver. You will not get much bass on it except highs from its miniature speakers. Perfect only for home theatre set up.
- Great product at a low price!

I bought the Polk RM6750 speakers after listening to my dad's polk system for the past 10 years. These speakers have excellent build quality that you would expect from Polk Audio, and a great sound. If you go to a place like Best Buy and look at the home theater in a box systems you will never find as quality of speakers as these Polks. If you want an awesome sounding 5.1 channel surround sound system for the same price as one of the fore mentioned home theater in a box systems I would suggest that you buy these Polk RM6750 speakers for $230-250(whatever it may be that day) and the Onkyo TX-SR505 7.1 channel receiver for $190 with free shipping. This killer combo is much better than anything that you can find in a bundle and works especially well if you already own a DVD player. Also, if you ever want to upgrade to a 7.1 channel system you can always buy two more satellites(RM6751). A really cool feature about the TX-SR505 is that it has Dolby Digital Pro Logic IIx which converts any 2.0 source such as a non-HD TV station to 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound(whichever you have). Another great bargain that I found on Amazon is the Monster Cable XPHP 12 gauge speaker wire for $60 (MSRP=$130). All put together this system sounds great in my living room and I'm so happy that I spent my stimulus check on it.

After hooking up the speakers, make sure you place them at the right height and center from where you will be sitting to get the most sound out them. All in all,i give them from a scale 1 to 10 an 8,but for the price you can't beat them!

I ordered this item after reading a lot many reviews. I hooked it up with Onkyo SR-700 receiver. I must say that the speakers are truly good when you play audio cds but when you play movies, it is less dreamy.
- Great speakers for the money!
