Solid mouse By AS91EJFO25BKZ on 2006-02-06
The great thing about this mouse other then excellent tracking and great looks is that it is built to last I've had mine about 6 months now and it is still perfect. The exit of the cord has an etxra nub of plastic so it takes falling off my desk much better then other laptop mice I've had which have failed due to tired wire connections in fact I think that is the major reason most laser mice fail. The mouse wheel lights up which I find annoying at night but I'm sure lots of people would just think it looks cool (which it kinda does) I'm just not a fan of the glowing computer parts trend thats all. great high rez gameing/laptop mouse, I play DOD,BF2 etc with this mouse and it works great. I'm about to but another for my desktop. The only Cons I can think of are
A) if you have huge hands you might not like it *shrug* don't really know.
B) If for some reason you find that having more then two buttons and a click wheel is not eneugh buttons you might want something else... personally I just end up hitting those buttons when I didn't mean to, simple is better.
oh i just love this By A3KDTUGUJQCSJT on 2006-02-21

This is Perfect Mouse for Notebooks!! By A3VNBL03CGL5V0 on 2006-11-07
This little mouse came to me today and I use it on my Brand New Laptop Computer. This little pink mouse is perfect for my uses, I use it while sitting on my Lasyboy Rocker-Recliner, and the mouse Works Great on the arm of my Lazyboy Chair without a mouse pad!! I recommend this mouse for Laptop Computers, it works Great!!
Plug & Play!! By A280LS1EZV1N24 on 2007-02-02
I bought this mouse because the color matched a graphic skin I put on my notebook computer and the price was within my ballpark. (I ALWAYS pay attention to customer ratings, though, and others like it) Have been extremely impressed with it since I installed it. It IS, truly, plug in and go. No driver software to lose track of. The mouse action is as good as any I've used and it's comfortable enough. Well worth buying!
great little mouse By A1YJ3BSE60XSTC on 2009-04-17
having purchased the saitek notebook mouse for my personal use it was used by my sister when she came to visit me.well she liked it so much i purchased one for her. as freinds came by the house they also admired the
little mouse and said it worked so well and several also purchased it. then my other sister came for a visit and
said she would like one. so once again i had one sent to
her. for now own everyone who admires the little mouse will have to get their own.
- Good mouse in tiny package
     By A1ODE8PXU69YT8 on 2009-03-17
I just received this mouse in the mail after all of the positive reviews. On a positive note, the mouse glows a pleasing white, and connected instantly to my computer - I just unplugged a re-plugged it in again, because a wire was in the wrong place. All the buttons are responsive and it seems sturdy.
The problem this mouse has is that it's incredibly small. I'm 6'0 and have long fingers, so when i try to use this mouse it feels ... different. The buttons on the front are about the space between my finger and first knuckle, and the whole mouse is as long as my middle finger - in short, it's very hard for me to rest my palm on it as I'm accustomed to doing. I'm unsure if I'm going to return it or not yet, but if you have large hands I would recommend buying something else.
Update:
The mouse's glow gets really irritating late at night, as well [I sleep in the same room as my computer].Usually I cloak it, but there's still a bit of light coming from my upturned mouse rest.
It's very bright in the dark.
- Wonderful Addition!

I was so excited to get my yellow Dell laptop, but then I figured I would have to accept a plain old mouse. I was so happy when I found the yellow Saitek to match my laptop. It fits my hand perfectly and I just love the design. Of course, I have to get picked-on by everyone that I had to have a matching yellow laptop and mouse, but some of those same people ask where I got it.
- Smooth and pretty... if you could date a mouse........
     By AS91EJFO25BKZ on 2005-10-20
this mouse is very smooth with high rez of 800dpi, nice feel for a smaller mouse, which is what I like. the sides bowing inwards makes the mouse very pleasent to grip with your thumb. The cord is longer then most notebook mice which is great for me because I use it for a desktop, it is at least 3ft maybe more. The mouse's build is very good. it feels nicly solid and has extra support around the cord so it is less likly to die of a problem with the cord, as I've had other small mice and their cords have not lasted. I'm very happy with this attractive, well built, & simple mouse. I guess the only thing I might add is another button but then it wouldn't be all that simple would it?

Smooth transaction. Order was sent fairly quickly. I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this seller again.
- Excellent execution by Saitek
     By A1UPFNOLRM5XIA on 2009-04-30
I couldn't give it 5 stars because I'm very picky with UID's, but this is indeed a very fine mouse. I bought this for my laptop, thus the lack of additional buttons is no handicap. For my machines in general, I've always chosen corded Logitech mice and have been very happy with them, but this time I decided to try a Saitek. It's small in the hand certainly, being a notebook mouse, but it's not uncomfortably small. The colored panels (whether you choose black or another color) are "rubberized" and have a really nice feel at the fingertips. The two primary buttons have a nice response and are neither too light nor too stiff. The scroll wheel rolls easily with useful detents. The wheel button is rather still which is actually helpful - limits how much it is accidentally activated whilst scrolling. The motion is smooth and the resolution seems quite adequate. It also has blue and red internal backlights that shine through the clear portions of the mouse chassis - looks pretty cool I have to admit.
I've only had it in use for about one month, so no idea on longevity but I'm guessing it should be competative with any decent mouse. So on the whole, I am very pleased with this mouse. And especially considering the price, it's certainly a good deal. The fit and finish is significantly better than those bulk OEM optical units. Saitek has made a good product here and I would definitely recommend it, except perhaps for gaming and graphic design.

     By A2H9G403K64J8E on 2009-02-28
I loved that this mouse came in multiple colors as we are a family of 5, all with laptop computers. By getting different colored mice for each family member, it eliminated a lot of arguments about whose mouse was whose. It is a smaller sized mouse, so my husband tends to prefer a bigger one but for me and the teenage kids, it works great.
- Its nice looking but :

The Saitek mouse' looks nice on my desk., but is too small for an adult hand ! D*
- excellent product
     By A38OOL8EWVDFLS on 2009-01-15
I got this to use with my laptop, and I have no problems with it. I can use it on a variety of surfaces and it works quite well. It would be nice if it has a retractable cord! I would definitely get a few more in different colors.

We gave this to our young grand daughter for Christmas. She says it's "awesome", and it lights up!! That say's it all!!
- good and cute
     By A3G49O74KMIIB on 2009-01-08
I bought the red one of this to match my red Sony laptop and I've been using it for over 3 days now. So far so good. I like everything about it except for the cord. It's non-retractable. I'm right-handed and my USB port is at the right side of my laptop so I have no way of putting away the extra length of the cord but by tying it up in sort of a bundle. I don't know if it's going to cause any problem with the cord all curled up like that. Other than that it's a pretty good and light optical mouse. I've used optical mice before with retractable cords and they last about 2 yrs. Let's see how long this will last. I will never go back to cordless ones though. They're heavier no matter how small they are and I've gotten really tired of changing batteries once a week.
- Cute little mouse works well
     By A2RLSSF0GGVBSE on 2009-01-08
I bought this mouse to replace my wireless laptop mouse - the pointer movement always seemed a little erratic. Anyway, I have a yellow DELL laptop so I thought why not a yellow mouse :-) and this was the only one I found. It works perfectly - it's a little larger than most laptop mice but I find it very comfortable. The mouse moves easily on most surfaces although (as one may expect) the optical scanner doesn't work too well if the surface is all one solid color. The action of the buttons and scroll wheel is very precise and has a quality feel. I'm very happy with my purchase and the only reason I took away 1 star is because of the cord. It is much thicker than it needs to be and there is no accomodation for cord management.
- Neat Mouse
     By A23PC531KYLXUK on 2009-01-05
I really like the mouse. It works great even on my table clothe:-) However, I ordered Metallic Blue and it looks more like dark blue if not black. But the item numbers are the same. Other than the off color, I am very pleased with the mouse.
- 3 years and still a joy
     By AD4FLI6UICZGC on 2008-12-04
It is virtually indistructible. Three years of heavy duty - on four continents. Great looks. Very precise. Small. Love it!
- Its a MOUSE, ITs Comfortable, its Small!
     By A2WLNSZ9U0T1S3 on 2008-11-24
Great small mouse, great for the traveller.
The glow that comes from the built in LED's is a treat....it looks great while you are using it.
We used it on both a pc and a mac with no issues what so ever.
- not so impressed
     By A3LWQ52YJXTVBQ on 2008-10-19
It glows when plugged in, a glaring LED that emits a cold, monochromatic light, just off to the side. It's brighter than my screen. The color of green is an intense lime, yellowy green; not one of the more mellow pastel greens (as shown in the picture) that I find much more enjoyable. The mouse works fine, it's basic, the buttons work, it's plug&play, etc. I like aesthetics--I don't like this. I wish I got a basic black mouse.
- Good little back-up
     By A6FIAB28IS79 on 2008-09-06
I picked this up because 1. I'm a sucker for Gold Box specials; and 2. I'm wary of misplacing my wireless mouse (besides the "attachability" factor, this mouse's siren-pink color struck me as providing insurance against loss). Saitek is a name I trust: I have yet to find a pocket-sized iPod speaker that offers better balance between portability and sound quality than theirs. The mouse evidences the same attention to convenience, design and workmanship and, moreover, is fully functional with Macintosh computers. The only "negative" might be its extreme lightness and small size--convenient for the short run but not for day-in/day-out performance, at least for anyone with large or even medium-sized hands. At the non-Gold Box price, the device is probably fairly valued, though nothing at the moment can beat Amazon's deal on a wireless Kensington mouse.
Note: The Saitek does have precision and feel closer to my Apple mouse than the Kensington, which is hypersensitive (this can be adjusted in the computer).
- Excellent tracking, precision and feel!
     By A12JYLOG4UMP77 on 2008-09-04
My Logitech Notebook Mouse died after 6 months of use. I saw the reviews on the Saitek mouse and gave it a try. You can instantly tell the quality of this mouse vs. the Logitech. It's heavier, ergonomically more comfortable, tracking is precise and really great looking. The bottom lights up neon pink and the wheel is neon blue. My daughter loves it's look!
- Better than Mice Costing $39+
     By AYUMX1UNKL4YV on 2008-08-24
It's pink. It's cheap. And it's got fabulous precision. Tracks as well as expensive Logitech mice I've bought. Perfect size for women too.
- how cute is this mouse
     By A2N7UANAFQ9L5C on 2008-07-29
it lights up and is so easy to use just plug it in. What a value.....would recommend this ...

This product is excellent. I purchased it for my laptop. It's easy to carry. Just plug it in and use it.
- Very comfortable to use
     By A3CZ3DDJFCWIET on 2008-03-31
I use this mouse with my HP laptop. I debated about getting a cordless model but since I usually set my laptop up on a table or desk I decided it wasn't necessary. The cord on this mouse is the right length, not so long it's in the way, but also not so short you can't switch from left side to right. It's also surprisingly comfortable to use. The colored areas on either side are recessed to provide a comfortable grip for your thumb and fingers, and the scroll wheel is slightly rubberized for steady, non-slip scrolling. I didn't expect much considering the price, but I actually like it better than the full-sized mouse I use with my desktop computer!
- This is a GREAT little laptop mouse
     By A19VYTD7W7S08O on 2008-03-04
I bought this and the Logitech laptop mouse at the same time. This is the best by far. Ergonomic to hold. Switches and roller very smooth. I like it a lot. I will keep the Logitech as a backup.

Bought this for my old man's notebook. Works fine, is comfortable to use and rather stylish too. I'd happily buy another for my notebook when the time comes for a new one.
