  I only ordered one, and now I wish I had ordered another while it was still $10! But this is still a great deal when you compare it to other products out there. I've made chocolate cakes and cheesecakes in this pan, and it's not disappointed me once. There was a little leakage though when I was making the cakes, so next time I'll be sure to place a baking sheet underneath when working with thin batter. The cheesecakes came out so cute and perfect--they slid out so easily without any greasing. This is also a very sturdy metal pan, which also surpassed my expectations.

  I made German Chocolate Cheesecakes in my new pans. They came out so impressive. If you really want to impress your guests, make your individual cheesecakes and decorate your dessert plates with swirls of a great sauce and place the cheesecake in the middle. They will never believe you made them yourself.

  THIS PAN IS VERY WELL MADE WITH THE RIVETED HANDLES AND EXTRA TOUCHES SUCH AS THE BOTTOM BEING ABLE TO PUSH UP FOR EASIER ACCESS AND CLEAN UP.

  I bought this item hoping to gain some control over portions of such a delicious dessert such as cheesecakes. This pan has worked as expected and is very low maintenece because of the nonstick and pop out bottoms. I keep the bottoms in a ziplock bag when not in use so as not to lose them, but over all...a very wonderful porduct.

  I love this pan! It makes the cutest cheesecakes. However, be sure not to fill the cups too full and the cheesecakes are best if you press the crust up the sides (use a shot glass to do this). I found a recipe online after some hunting that turned out great. I can't wait to experiment more.

  This baking pan is wonderful.....got one last week for $9.99 and came back to get another for $14.99 for a gift. The recipe they supplied was super easy....the cheesecakes were wonderful...now I want to try cakes and pies in this......so cute and just the right size.......excellent quality also.

  These pans are so easy to use. They turned out such professional looking mini cakes which got plenty of compliments. The removal bottoms made getting the cakes out of the pans a pleasure and they clean up in a snap!

  I was so excited to find this pan. It is absolutely wonderful. I ordered two and if I had more kitchen space I'd get two more! I used them to make mini lemon cheesecakes for a wedding shower and they were a hit! Removing the cheesecakes was simple and clean up was a beeze. VERY highly recommended!

  This is a great mini cheesecake pan. It is nonstick and the bottoms pop right out for easy removal. Chef's catalog sells this same pan for much more and you have to pay the shipping. After using my pan for the first time, I had to order a second one. The price had increased from 14.99 to 19.99 but it was still cheaper than Chef's.

  I often bake cheesecakes in the regular round pans, but when I used this pan, the oohs and ahhs of those who saw the cute cheesecakes made all the difference. The portion of each small cheesecake is just right per serving, so everyone will want to have a piece. (Be sure to have a cheesecake for everyone!) It's also so easy to release the cake because of the removable bottoms. The baking time is about 15-20 minutes only for a tray and cooling time is also faster which are really conveniences of using this pan. From now on, I will bake cheesecakes using my Norpro!

  I bought two of these pans and will likely buy one or two more. I made mini pumpkin spice cheesecakes, and they turned out perfectly! 15 minutes at 325 and that was it. I used refrigerated sugar cookie dough for the crust, baked for 7 minutes at 325 and then let them cool before I added the batter. They're a little too big for Nilla wafers to fit whole, but Oreos will fit. Try different recipes and have fun wowing your friends and family. They won't be able to eat just one!

  I had purchased one of these pans, and quickly decided that one was not enough. I have worked with my regular cheesecake recipes to adapt them to the special pan, and given the long baking and cooling times, three work better! The little cakes are always a hit based on their looks alone, and everyone enjoys being able to try different flavors without having a whole piece from a larger cheesecake. The pan itself is very durable and cleans up like a dream.

  I have two of these and I love them. They make perfect size cheesecakes for gifts and entertaining. The nonstick cleans up great. One hint, keep the box and store the pan in it or else the little disk bottoms will be everywhere.

  Its amazing how people react to something small. I use this pan to make mini cheesecake for family functions and people absolutely love them. Anywhoooo i do love the pan. The clean up is easy and the storage is pretty good also.

  I love this pan! Makes the perfect single serving size. The first time I used this, I baked single servings of chocolate mousse cake. It was simple to use, and it was pretty easy to clean too. It was really helpful as making single serving chocolate mousse cake before was tedious as I had to use a cookie cutter to shape the cake and mold the mousse. Wish I had bought two instead of one when it was on sale.

  I'm doing a desert bar for my wedding and I wanted a lower cost option for individual cheesecakes. I ordered two pans. I've tried them several times and they are wonderful. The cheesecakes bake up perfectly and come out of the pan easy. Clean up is easy. I've recieved complements everytime I make them!

  My husband bought this pan for me for Valentine's Day (hinting helped) and I have been experimenting ever since. I started with brownies since I had a package at home. They turned out great. Easy to push up from the bottom once it cooled. They looked like perfect mini cakes then I decided to experiment some more with decorative icing on top. I've never done icing before on anything and I rec'd so many compliments on how professional they looked. I may need to buy another pan since one is just not enough - the cakes go very quickly since they look so good.

  This is a great pan for individual pastries. I have a great cheesecake recipe and friends are constantly requesting I bake up a batch for them. These are better than slicing up a whole cake. Less waste from folks who cut slices that are bigger than their stomachs!

  I bought these pans because I needed to make a bunch of mini cheesecakes for a graduation party and thought they were the perfect size. The cheesecakes were a little difficult to get out at first, but I soon mastered a technique that worked great. Everyone loved the cheesecakes and I can't wait to use them again.

  I have used these pans many times already, and I absolutely love the results. The cheese cakes come out easily and look adorable. I have received many compliments when I present them. Everyone is amazed by the way they look and always ask how I made them. If you enjoy experimenting with your baking, I highly recommend these pans. Other reviewers have mentioned that it is quite difficult to store the pans without losing the bottoms. I bypass that problem by putting the bottoms in a small ziploc bag; it only takes a few seconds to insert them into the pan.
  
  
  
• If you lost your bottoms...

  This little pan is great - leaps and bounds above the mini-cupcake pans I used to use for mini-cheesecakes! I lost a couple of the bottoms, so I just shaped some Reynolds Release foil, since it's non-stick, into rounds to replace them. I smear a little butter in the well before I put the foil in so it sticks in there a little better, then pack in the crust. No leaks at all - hey, whatever works! :)

  I bought two of these pans and love them! They are great not only for mini cheesecakes but for tiny desserts using ice cream or custard. The removable bottoms of each compartment allow you to pop the tiny desserts right out, to be placed on a serving dish intact! They are also non-stick and a breeze to clean!   I only wanted to buy this after experiencing Cuisipro's Snap Fit cookie cutters. America's Test Kitchen has a great cheesecake recipe that I want to try using cottage cheese and yogurt cheese with neufchatel cheese (lowfat cream cheese.)
