very good By A923TQFWLPMU on 2005-05-29
it improves overall appearance of my ipod, but it doesn't work on deep scratch. for 15 dollars a bottle it's worth it.
Worth a Try By A3L17P59SZVFX0 on 2006-02-22
This product did exactly as promised. It completely removed the scratches on my Video iPod. Although it may take more than one application (as stated in the instructions) the results were nothing short of amazing. Bottom line: When this bottle runs out, I will buy another.
Try it, it works By A14O1SGOGVPY9F on 2006-07-10
This is just what the iDoctor ordered -- an easy way to take out the annoying minimal to moderate scratches on an iPod screen.
It Works, with PATIENCE and ELBOW GREASE, Careful around pinted type...! By A3E3MISWTTTNLK on 2007-01-11
Okay, iDrops works--as just a mere polish, it's marvelous--makes your device look shiny and spotless. It can remove scratches, but you gotta use some elbow grease, lots and lots of cotton balls, and be patient--repeating over and over, and then over and over again, and then, over again. After that, you'll probably have to do it over and then over again, before having to do it over, and then over again... But you will see results--the scratches are greatly reduced, and if you stick with it, you can remove them comletely (but again, it'll take a while and your arm will be sore the next day)... Patience and muscles are the keys here! But with diligent effort, it can make your device look brand shiny new. Your biceps and delts will look more toned too!
One thing--I bought this for my new MacBook. Most of my scratches were underneath, on the back edge, where the printed insignias and Apple information is; thinking iDrops safe and mild, and not realizing the printing is actually on top, I quickly removed one of the insignias and where is it says, "Designed by Apple"--POOF, polished it almost all off--BE CAREFUL around printed areas!
Gets Rid of Most Screen Flaws... By A18CTHXKXEYFHD on 2007-12-30
I bought idrops because the screen on my ipod had a few annoying scratches on it, and I like a flawless screen. I used idrops as instructed, and used a cotton ball to rub it in. The idrops did get rid of the scratches, but it created some very faint marks on the screen. It is unknown if this was because I used the cotton ball, or due to the idrops itself. But, I must say that when I purchased the idrops, I also purchased a plastic screen protector. After I used the idrops and the screen protector was affixed, the screen looks completely flawless. I don't see the original scratches that annoyed me, and I don't see the faint marks left from rubbing in the idrops either. I recommend this product with the plastic screen protector, for a flawless screen and to prevent any further damage to the screen. I am pleased that I bought this item. It worked for me. Good luck.
- If you want to make you device look WORSE, get this!!

This product is an absolute joke, the only good thing about the company is its customer service. I mean seriously, the idrops dont do anything. I even followed all of the directions carefully and repeat the step way over an hour, and just saw more scratches. MORE SCRATCHES!!!!!! how could this be, im using a microfiber cloth and rubbing lightly.....i just dont get it...i had high hopes for the iDrops but they just ended digging deeper into my mp3 player.
- Almost new after using iDrops

My son got an iPod Video for Christmas, and carried it around in his pocket with who knows what... got deep scratches in the screen and elsewhere on the iPod. After using the iDrops 2 times, the scratches were invisible. We loved it and are using it on other items that have similar screens. I will buy more iDrops after we've used these ones up. I would also like to say that I really appreciated the handwritten thank you in the package with the iDrops. It's nice to know there is an actual person on the other end fulfilling your order.
- I'm proud of my iPod again!

I received a black video iPod as a gift and immediately bought a case to protect it. Unfortunately, sliding the iPod in and out of the case caused scatches. Using iDrops as directed really polished the iPod and removed or disguised nearly all the scratches. Thanks iDrops!
- Saved me $400.00!!!

I am a professional photographer and use my iPod to show and sell my pictures, so it is a must that the pictures on the iPod show as clear as possible. My 60GB Ipod was getting pretty scuffed up through use so I bought another one last week. At the same time, I heard about iDrops and ordered 2 bottles - one for me and one for a friend. Happily I have to report that I returned the new 60GB iPod yesterday because the iDrops removed ALL the scuffs and scratches from the one I already had. The iDrops saved me $400.00!!! THANK YOU iDrops!!!
- the only review you need really
     By A3FJ94QCJ6UVU0 on 2007-01-04
i never did enjoy reading long reviews so i'll get straight to the point. idrops works but like all stratch removers it needs time and many applications. 5-10 for minor stratches, 15-20 for medium, and 20+ for deep ones... don't worry this bottle can literally do a thousand applications... the cloth you use with idrops is VERY important... i recommend the eyeglass microfiber cloth... about 1.50 at walmart... i tried using soft tissue paper and it actually added more scratches... okay, the actual process is...
1. use 2-4 drops at a time on the screen
2. take your microfiber cloth and with SLOW and HARD PRESSURE go across the screen
3. do this for about 15 seconds and STOP (after that time it starts to dry up and the dry idrops actually starts to sratch your screen)
4. its important to remember that when you redo the steps again that you use a different part of the cloth cause the dry part restratches it.
okay now thats about it, it seems a bit nit-picky but hey thats what it takes. you might end up running out of room on your cloth to apply idrops so just wash it with hot water throughly and wring it and throw it in the microwave for a minute and go at it again. make sure its dry. it could be a whole hour before you finally finish especially with deep stratches. idrops looks like it makes your stratches a little more faded each time.
well thats all i got. enjoy your new looking screen. God Bless
- An IPOD MUST HAVE!
     By AWU0CEKCHEYOL on 2007-03-14
ok so heres the deal, i was very skeptical about buying a scratch remover for my ipod video so i did more research. i came across many different kinds promising the same thing but in the end it was IDROPS that stood out. i rad an online review about it and it claimed it to not be so good. HOWEVER that one review was outmatched by the other 200 i came across all claiming that this product atually worked. i was caught and had to try this stuff and the price is not bad at all so i bought it. it came in very nicely packaged and i was very excited to finally try it and to my amazement it did wonders for my ipod. it had some deep scratches on the click wheel and i used the idrops after about an hour of rubbing and buffing the scratches were almost gone and since i have been using the scratches are gone. this product is amazing it just depends on how you apply it and what you use to remove the scratches heres what i did try having someone on the side to apply the drops:
1. apply four drops to the face of the ipod
2. rub with a microfiber cloth for about 15 to 25 seconds
3. apply more drops and repeat
4. after about 4 or five applications your cloth will be pretty soaked with the solution so you can apply about 2 drops in the cycle. keep doing this until you get the desired results
a tip is to rub across the scratch but if you have light scratches it really doesnt matter you should do the across movement on the deep ones and try not to apply so much pressure do it once in a while during the rubbing
alltogether this product is AMAZING! give it a chance and play with it youll become a scratch remover pro in no time :)
- Cheaper than a new iPod!
     By A18POSL7HH51QW on 2006-02-22
I bought this product when I noticed a scratch on the screen of my 30GB Black Video iPod. I used it to remove that scratch and then again a week ago someone set a pair of scissors on top of the iPod scratching it again. A half hour of elbow grease with these drops restored the screen to as-new condition. I highly recommend this product!
- We are really pleased with this product.

My husband's iPod was severely scratched from months of carrying it around in his pocket with loose change, car keys and who knows what else. It was so bad that he could barely read the screen anymore. After about an hour of dedicated polishing with iDrops, literally all of the scratches were gone. The time and effort required were definitely worth the end result.
- Great Stuff
     By A1246EB3EDW365 on 2006-03-09
This stuff worked great on my iPod Nano wich if any one dosent know scraths worst of all the iPods out there. It did take a little work to get it to remove all the scratchs but after about a half hour it did the trick.
- Amazing!
     By AT8DPSSJKSEFL on 2006-03-24
Wow this stuff is great, at first no stratches were coming out so I e-mailed him and he gave me some adivce and now i barely have anyoen scratches. Please everyone don't get upset if they don't come off on the third or second try. This product requires a lot of pateints but it works. thought it was a scam, but it wasn't. Also the guys working customer service are great. HIGHLY RECCONMEND!!
- Great Product for an inexpensive Price

I have had a black ipod video for about 6 months now, and those things scratch very easily. after 3 months, my LCD screen was engulfed in scratches. (which was mostly my fault considering i dropped it many times without any protection on my ipod lol)Anyways i bought another brand of scratch remover which didnt work at all!!!! Just before i was about to give up i came along to this product, iDrops. i was a little skeptical at first, but i read the good reviews and thought i would give it a try. I was surprisengly satisfied on how it removed my most obvious scratches on my ipod. But im gonna be honest, like the other people said before me, it requires lots of patience and time....However it is well worth it. I reccomend it for anyone who owns an ipod, or laptop or even cell phone..i used it on the screen of my pink razr, and it worked just as good.
- Not bad if you use it correctly!
     By AMNOMARB5UBWW on 2006-05-10
You might have noticed that I previously posted a review that wasn't too favorable of iDrops. I'm submitting another one to explain that part of my problem was a result of vague instructions on the bottle. I strongly suggest that anyone using this product to check out the FAQ on the PodShop website (podshop.com/beta/questions), which has more detailed instructions and tips for use. The bottom line is this: don't rub too hard, and make sure to use a clean, dry part of your cloth for each application, otherwise you will cause more scratches (like I did). The process will take a while no matter what, so just be patient and don't overdo it. I might add that PodShop gets big points for their exceptional customer service.
- Can't Remove Scratches,But Polishes it good

This was the worst thing i ever bought. i looked up all the instructions from the bottle and from other sources and i spent almost an hour trying to fix up my ipod and nothing happened. This product was a waste of my moneyy and a waste of my time!!!!!!! my black 30 gig video ipodd is still full of scratches andd hopeless....
- It takes some elbow grease, but the results are fantastic!
     By A1FX32EH474LDB on 2007-01-05
I have never in my life been so incredibly satisfied with a product that I felt compelled to write a letter of thanks. Until now.
My darling 3 year old daughter decided to use a black Sharpie marker on the top of my 2-month old MacBook. The sheer thought of the act still makes me cringe. I tried several gentle cleaners to remove the marks to no avail (only later did I learn that a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser may have done the trick). Out of sheer desperation, I finally used a chemical that I knew would damage the acrylic surface of my MacBook. I didn't care. I just didn't want to see the black scribble anymore. So, chemical to computer I wiped off the marker. For weeks I touched the scar and fumed. Then I found out about iDrops. I decided to give it a try, but I wasn't holding out much hope because this was more than a scratch. The acrylic surface had been "eaten" by this harsh chemical. Much to my amazement your product is working! I've been buffing the scratches for nearly an hour and what an improvement! The lightest area of damage is totally healed and the worst part is significantly better. I know with a little more iDrops, elbow grease and time my Macbook will be as good as new. Who would have imagined!
- hey! it works! and well!

hey! it works! and well! Highly recommend and FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS.
- great, just follow directions!!!!!!!

Idrops are a fantastic product. They saved my screen. I chose this over similar products because it is a all in one product. I dosent even smell bad. The bottle is small, and you think you will run out, but you wont, there is enough here to do 5 or more ipods. It does however take time. Use a couple of drops, wipe accross scratches and use a lot pressure and you will produce results. It can take upwards of an hour or more, but hey it works. I would defienetly recomend this along with some clear film covers to protect your ipod once it is scratch free.
- DO NOT BUY THIS
     By A35G54MAO8JF19 on 2008-01-02
First of all, they hardly worked at all on the scratches.
Secondly, these drops ruined my iPod!
The liquid got inside of the clickwheel and messed up the electronics.
I repeat, MY IPOD BROKE, AND NEVER WORKED AGAIN BECAUSE OF THESE.
DO NOT BUY
- WOW!

I was so mad at myself when i scratched the face of my iphone with my engagement ring. It was a pretty deep scratch that was about 1/3 of an inch wide. I thought I would never get it out! I searched online for ipod scratch remover and found idrops, I thought I would give it a try but had no big expectations.
I started with an old cotton shirt and followed the directions exactly. After an hour, I started seeing some results but my thumb was starting to blister - then I switched to Q-tips. Best idea ever! After about another 60 minutes (and a few dozen Q-tips)the scratch was just about gone. I worked on it a little bit over the next few days with Q-tips and the scratch is now gone!! My boyfriend thought I got a new phone!
It took a lot of work, and a lot of Q-tips - but my idrops purchase was well worth it!!!!
- It really works!

It did require a little effort. About a 1/2 hour to polish up my very worn ipod screen. But the effort restored both the appearance and clarity of the LCD.
- Excellent Product - Good Value For Money

I was a bit hesitant about ordering this product because I live in the United Kingdom and I thought the international shipping would be expensive. I need not have worried. The shipping was reasonable, the product came in under a week and it really seemed to clear up the scratches on my iPod Nano. I will not try and pretend that the scratches disappeared immediately, you really need to apply about half an hour of time and effort. Also if you have a lint free cloth similar to those used for camera lenses or spectacles or supplied with many mobile phones, this helps a lot. I have also successfully used this product on a Motorola Razr mobile phone, this is a flip phone where the screen can pick up dirt from the keyboard so it has proved very useful in all sorts of ways. You only need a few drops so one bottle of the stuff lasts for ages! I am really very pleased.
- There is better
     By A1PCW9WIKF5QA0 on 2006-03-19
If you have really obvious scratches on your iPod then this is the product for you. But if you have those small ones its not that great. It dosent work good on the back side.
- very good
     By A2L1GZZ8KDJ3J8 on 2006-04-05
the product is very good, bought a black ipod and, stupid me, did not protect it with anything. After one week it was all scratches. Ordered idrops and fixed it, works better if you buff hard. Then I installed an invisible shield, which is super great too.
- It works!
     By AGKCZZELG8A83 on 2006-05-09
After kicking myself for buying a seemingly sketchy product on impulse, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it actually works, and I can once again see my iPod screen after it has floated around for months in my pocket full of change. (And it even inspired me to finally purchase a case!)
- iLove iDrops
     By A1YSHQIK32JWL9 on 2006-05-23
I was a little worried when I bought iDrops, but am glad I did. My black iPod looks great! I spent a lazy Sunday afternoon watching poker and putting on drops, polishing for 30 seconds, and repeating and repeating and repeating.... After five applications I noticed a huge difference in my screen. An hour later it looked like I had just taken it out of the box.
