Great price for genuine Motorola

This is a great deal on a well-crafted, genuine Motorola accessory.
It's a necessary item because the battery life of the Razr tends to be rather short-lived. The best part is the cool blue light with the signature M that glows on your dashboard signaling that it is on.
Why four stars and not five? The cord is just a little too short to be able to comfortably talk on the phone while it is plugged into the charger.
Still very worth buying.

This is the original Motorola car charger and is the only one you should consider. It works well and seems to have good protection so that you can start your car with it plugged in without frying your phone or the charger itself.
The Motorola logo on the end of it lights up when it's plugged in, which looks very cool especially at night. I was pleasantly surprised by this as well as the performance and build quaility.
I can't vouch for the company shipping it out promptly since mine was included as part of my RAZR phone bundle but I would recommend this charger to anyone with a RAZR or PBLE phone.
Original Equipment of a decent price

I was surprised that this was original motorola equipment for such a reasonable price. Looking at stores I only found knock-off generics and they were more expensive; even after paying for shipping. The only downside to this charger is that it has a fairly short coil cord that doesn't allow for an easy conversation while charging.
Gets the job done and it's pretty.

Well...This is a cigarette charger for a Motorola RAZR. It's black and it has a pretty blue window that lights up when you plug it into the socket. It also has a clip at the end to clip itself to the cord in order to prevent having the cord sloppily hang around. If you're actually reading this review, be assured that it does charge your phone and that it does look quite nice plugged in.

Have RAZR? Get this charger for the car. Its a known fact that the battery on RAZR is not so great, so you would need this for the car.

Not much to review on this one -- they either work or they don't. This one works, of course. The cool part is that the lighter plug lights up with a blue Motorola logo.

The Moto blue light illuminates when you plug it the car's socket, not when it's charging, so basically it's always on for me. The phone feels much warmer after a hour charge, compared with the regular charger, but my v3 is ok afterward. You pay more compared with other generic chargers, but hopefully without worry because it's a motorola product.

I read the reviews of the other products and decided to buy this one because of the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) description despite the high $6 S&H fee, but I was duped. When you plug in this charger the phone reads "Unauthorized Charger" so it's clearly not OEM. It does appear to charge the phone, very slowly. After an hour of driving charging a fully dead battery it only registered two bars on my Razor.

Bargaincell very graciously sent me a replacement charger and it too is not working. I read in another review that you had to really shove this charger in so I did with no luck. It's just incompatible with the Mini Cooper.

Don't be fooled by imitations, this one is a genuine Motorola product. It's durable, it's very portable, and it even has a blue LED that lights up when it is connected to your lighter outlet. It is virtually impossible to find a car adapter for a better deal than this one!

I wouldn't waiste my money on other cigarette lighter adapters.... go no further than motorola's Adapter. It makes no sense to buy generic adapters plus this product has a slickness to it that others don't offer. BUY IT!!!

Works great. No problems. Reasonably good price. Can be gotten less expensively elsewhere, however, it takes some diligence to find it for less, and considering the cost, possibly not worth the effort to look around.
Complaint is how far it sticks out length wise. Somewhat interfers with either my gear shift or my cup holder, depending on which lighter space I use.
Also, it would be great if the manufacturers standardized parts. For every new phone I've gotten I've had to purchase another adapter/charger, holster and etc. So, even if the phone is free, you pay afterwards finding the add-ons, which really are essentials for most of us.

I purchased this charger to use with my Motorola Razr. I already had one that is essentially identical, except my old phone (Motorola V5510 has a different sytle adapter than the Razr, which uses a 'mini-USB'.
This product is inexpensive, does exactly what it says, which is charges the phone in a car using the auto's power/cigarette outlet, and it comes with a cute little Motorola 'M' insignia which lights up bloue during use. At such a low price - I paid less than $9 on AMAZON - there's really no reason to buy a non-OEM charger.

I've been disappointed in after market cell phone chargers (inferior quality), they seem to fail after a few months usage. That is why I bought a Motorola charger. I've never had problems with Motorola branded accessories.

I love this item! I love the look, it's really cute. The 'M' logo on the adapter lights up when it's on. It's a very convienent product. Much better than the cheap ones they give you for free. Believe it or not, it charges my razr and my nano itrip because it has the same exact plug as my razr. So its wonderful because it's like a 2 in 1. The cord may seem a little short, but then you could stretch it out if you'd like. This is a wonderful product, I love it, and I haven't had any problems with it.

I ordered this charger from BargainCell and received it in 3 days as advertised. I previously purchased one from an E-Bay merchant which didn't work...an apparent counterfeit (see the Motorola Counterfeit Guidebook)...phone displayed "unauthorized charger" and would not charge. The counterfeit was missing the trash can pictogram and the cable was thinner and shinny versus the flat color of the authenic charger.

When I tried to recharge my phone, I got a message tellingme it was an unauthorized charger. No, I did not order the wrong charger. Given the charger's price, my suspicion is the charger was counterfeit. But I will grant the possibility that it was simply a defective charger.

Despite the counterfeit warning right on the same page, this appears to be just that! It comes in a little baggie with no information on it, whereas the real thing does come in "Motorola retail packaging," and lists which of their models it fits, along with other information. The down side is that the real one costs $22 from Verizon.

Item was good, but took twice as long as to arrive (over 3 weeks) as stated by Bargain Cell. Order elsewhere if you need the item inside of a month. They also charge higher shipping rates for these accessories than are set out on the amazon.com website. No bargain!
