Timex Men's Ironman 50-Lap Combo Analog Digital Dress Watch #T5E371x$51.95
    (27 reviews)
Best Price: $79.95 $51.95
The Timex T5E371 blends its signature Ironman Triathlon multi-function, performance sport digital watch with an analog read-out. The dual-tech feature enables you to turn the digital screen off for just an analog watch display, with its luminous hands and blue seconds hand. The large, rounded watch case has a dark gray resin body with a silver stainless steel top ring with 10-minute marks printed on the bezel. It offers a top pusher for easy access to lap and split times, 100-hour chronograph with lap or split option, 50-lap memory recall, 99-lap counter, 24-hour countdown timer with countdown/stop and countdown/repeat functions. It also features built-in reminder settings, forward/backward setting, and water resistance to 100 meters (330 feet). The Indiglo night-light uniformly lights the surface of the watch dial using patented blue electroluminescent lighting technology. It uses less battery power than most other watch illumination systems, enabling your watch battery to last longer. The Night Mode feature allows you to illuminate the Indiglo night-light for 3 seconds with any button press, regardless of the mode or function.

A watch for every one By A3790EF1P55PNB on 2007-02-09
This watch is certainly for every one, it has the month, date and day of the week that other wtches usually do not have.It also has a chronometer and a count down timer, also not available on most digitals. It also has multiple time screen to be able to tract times at differing time zone in addition to an alarm. It also, has a great nite lite system.Last but not least the face of the watch can be cleared of all digital information if so desired, with the pressing of one button. I picked the white screen.
T5E371 Ironman Triathlon Timex Watch By A1K3OMN5U6NGK4 on 2007-06-26
I am very pleased with my T5E371. I wanted a good water resistant watch with an alarm, analog display, and digital dispaly and got it with this watch. I don't like metal or leather watch bands, so the plastic/rubber band works nicely. The Indiglo light makes it easy to read in low/no light. The timer and chronograph are nice added extras that have come in handy along with the 2 time zones.
Great watch, but the band stinks By A1LM925THKZVN on 2008-04-23
The watch is a great time piece and looks good too. The only problem is that the band broke and I really didn't abuse it or put it through its paces much. This is a drawback to the whole design as the band is a seamless/one piece affair that your average retailer cannot replace. The whole watch needs to be sent back to the factory and the cost of doing so is just not worth it.
I found many of the Ironman/Triathlon watches have that same design in their bands. Not sure what Timex was thinking.

Planned Obsolescence By A3A5LW1FZR2YJR on 2007-09-07
A good multi-function watch, but the watch-band is integral to the body of the watch and does not look like it can be replaced. A decent watch will last forever (and I expect no different from this one), but I've never had a watch-band last longer than a year, and I'm not interested in having to carry it in my pocket after it tears. The band even has ready made tear lines on the inside. JUNK.
I love this watch By A2LHEWR1SHI9ZP on 2007-05-30
This watch is GREAT. Exactly what i was looking for. I've been very happy with Timex products before, and this one is holding keeping up with my expectations. I like the option to "blackout" the digital part so that only the analog hands are visible.
the only drawbacks or suggestions for future improvement would be:
An easier way to turn the chime on/off;
smaller band-length adjustments.
That's it.
- Band problem
     By A89I2S13IDRCT on 2008-01-24
I bought it about 6 months ago and the band is broken now. I am a thought guy but I bought it thinking that an ironman was made for that for thought guys... Not this watch or at least not this band as it is one peace only and can not be replaced... what a waste!
- Timex Men's Ironman Triathlon 50-Lap Combo Dual Tech Watch #T5E371

I have had this Watch for 2 weeks it's grate and i have no problms at all
- bit disappointed
     By AZEBZFR74I490 on 2008-01-08
Like many people I suffer from poor eye sight and love the indiglo back light as it makes reading the time so much easier. This is my 4th Timex with indiglo and unfortunately the most disappointing of all of my watches. The indiglo is only functional on the LCD numbers not the background so if anything it makes reading the time more difficult.
Its a pleasing time piece to wear and many people have commented on the good lucks.
Such a shame the indiglo feature is different from every other Times watch I have.
- well built, handles a lot of abuse.
     By A1JXP2C8J2RL0Z on 2008-04-30
after a little over two and a half years of abuse from a farm kid that includes being worn in the sun and sweat on constantly, having gasoline, paint thinner, acetone, and some other chemicals from my organic chem lab spilled on it, and being way too close to a welding arc it's just now starting show wear. the band is nice and adjusts to the perfect spots. i'll defiantly buy another if this one ever dies.
- Short-lived, unreparable band on a very nice watch
     By A227EXM3SEKQBE on 2008-07-04
The watch is both nice-looking and very functional. I woudl give it 5 stars if not for the band. The band and the watch are one resin piece, hence once the band tears, it is unreparable. I liked this watch so much I tries to repair the band but it kept breaking in different locations.
- Great Watch

Gave the watch to a man who LOVES watches. He thought it was awesome.
- Typical "muscular" Timex Sport Watch with optional digital off
     By A2MHS0WRV1JALZ on 2007-11-08
Typical "muscular" Timex Sport Watch with optional digital off - This watch is a bit large, but "muscular" and manly looking. I use this watch for casual wear, with digital display being turned off (optional feature). I turn on the digital display for sports/exercises. This watch is one of the most favorites in my sports watch collection.
- Nice, but sync problem
     By A2ZU2656QXIPW9 on 2007-12-04
Nice watch, but Timex should have made it so that the analog and digital sections stay synchronized together. You have to reset one or the other every few days if you want them in sync.
I have a Casio watch that was half the price that keeps analog and digital in sync automatically.
- Great Looking, Great Value!
     By A267SB5TU3PC61 on 2007-12-13
I purchased this watch about two months ago, it looks great, watch face is scratch resistant and it is very easy to set the features. As I wear reading glasses, I find this watch is easier for me to tell time when not wearing my glasses. For casual wear at the reasonable price Amazon is charging you can't go wrong. You do not need to be in a triathlon to enjoy this watch. Go for it you will not be disappointed. It keeps on ticking!
- Great Watch!
     By A2T4YKM1A1JK80 on 2007-12-23
This is a great watch. I have abused this watch over the last several years and it has held up great. It has been under water, covered in mud, scraped on rocks, etc. and keeps on tickin'! I finally broke the band so I am buying another one. The analog and digital do not sync but I have had no problem with either keeping good time as indicated in the other review. If you experience that, I'd send it in to Timex as it s/b covered under warranty.
- Great gift item
     By AJGEJF3H78D4P on 2008-01-19
Gifted my 23yr old, raft-guide son for Christmas. He loves the look and functions of the watch. Yeah!
- Great watch slow shipping
     By A26VGMSPK5ELXC on 2008-01-29
The watch is something I would recommend for someone like me who is hard on watches and wears it almost everywhere. Swin in the lake or working at the firehouse the watch meets all my needs.
- Takes a Licking and Keeps on Ticking
     By A316X2193UB1AY on 2008-02-09
Simply put, great watch! Stylish, easy to use and offers a ton of functions.
- Nice watch
     By A7FCOVLWPE2RI on 2008-03-23
the only problem that I have is that the seconds goes faster than the digital, go figure out. is like 5 seconds ahead every week. funny!! overall, very nice watch
- DIGITAL DISPLAY GONE WITHIN 4 WEEKS
     By ARFH63PXLWNDT on 2008-04-05
The digital display disappeared within 4 weeks. I'm not sure whether or not this is due to a weak battery or not.
- Great watch
     By A1FP00A8RM3NPY on 2008-04-06
Had the watch for a couple of weeks now it is great. Haven't had any problems it is easy to use. I love it!
- Great Watch
     By AOSC040G81IM1 on 2008-07-05
This watch is wonderful. No complaints here. Had it over a month with NO problems.
- Excellent display and night time viewing.
     By A1R0LNM873ALSV on 2008-08-23
Great watch! The display is great especially at night. Setting the time and alarms is extremely easy with on-screen help.
- Watch is great but useless without a band
     By A1XWT7U1G4EOQ6 on 2008-09-18
I cannot complain about the watch itself - but like others in this review section, my band is now broken (in a little more than a year) and my $75 watch is useless to me. The band cannot be replaced, its part of the watch itself. I will double check this on every new watch I buy. This is the first time a TIMEX watch has let me down - and it wasn't really the watch itself. Poor planning at TIMEX.
- Band Breaks Easily
     By A2712J6U2JFODZ on 2008-10-03
I have had this watch for over a year or so, and it was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the band broke pretty easily. I, too, did not put it through anything incredibly rough. It was just everyday wear and tear. Needless to say, I'm pretty disappointed in the quality of this watch.
