  I bought this for my PSP to put some movies on it. Let's just say it does its job perfectly. After reading reviews from some of the gaming websites, SanDisk memory sticks actually outperform the Sony ones...(how ridiculous)
  
  The great thing is the memory stick pro duo adapter is also included, so if you ever need to use it on another Sony product, the memory stick duo could work.
  
  On a 2gb stick, I was able to put a high quality full length movie on it. Who needs to buy UMD movies anyways?

  There are only a couple of manufactures of flash memory chips, all the brand names simply package them up and put their names on them. SanDisk happens to be one of the few manufacturers and they make a top notch product. SanDisk usually betters the Sony price for the same item.
  
  Using this 2G card in the Sony W50 6MP digital camera allowed me to take 400+ photos AND two 1 minute long videos on half the storage. I like the largest card I can get my hands on so I don't have to worry about running out of space and not having to change memory cards.

  A couple of things to clear up about the item. First, the adaptor WAS included with my order (part of the package). Second, Sandisk duo sticks have faster transfer rates than the Sony sticks (even their high-speed line). The price can't be beat and although I selected the "super-saver" shipping (free) the item arrived within 3 days! Super cool.
  
  For those of you utilizing your PSP to the fullest, it's a great thing to step up your storage to 2gb and this is the one to get. It wasn't too long ago that the 1gb sticks were at this price. Double your storage, double the fun.

  If you're looking for a PSP Memory stick, you should buy this one; not only for its good price, but also for its capacity and for being made for an excellent company: Sandisk.
  
  Lets say it does the job perfectly. No problems with my PSP so far.
  
  Another neat plus was that it comes with an MS Pro adaptor, so if you have a PC with a slot for MS Pro, you dont have to worry about buying an USB cable for the PSP, and you can also use them on cameras that use MS Pro.

  I ordered this product for my brand new Sony Cybershot DSC-P200, which uses memory sticks (full size). I did this because it said:
  
  * Adaptor included
  * Compatible to all MS PRO devices with the use of the Adaptor
  
  Wow, there is no adapter in the package, just a plastic case and the memory card. So I can't use it till I go buy a new one. Thanks guys.

  Please be aware that SanDisk makes two version of the Memory Stick Pro Duo. 1) Regular Memory Stick Pro Duo with the adapter and 2) Gaming Memory Stick Pro Duo without the adapter (for the PSP). Amazon description is for the Regular, but they sent out the Gaming card (to me and probably others). I'm using this for my PSP so it worked out ok, but I would like the adapter as well. I have a Sony Vaio laptop with a built in MS card reader (not for duo) and it would be nice to be able to use the card with the adapter instead of plug the USB cable to the PSP and my laptop. Rating for Amazon: 2 Star for error.
  
  As for the card itself, it's working great in my PSP. Transfer speed is good. I now have enough room for lots of music and movies. It's great. Rating for SanDisk card: 5 Star.

  as others have mentioned, amazon has misrepresented the product by sending the "gaming" version of sandisk's duo media. actual product shipped doesn't come with an adapter and looks distinguishingly different from the picture. the 3 stars is for having to ship the item back for a refund. sandisk's media normally deserves 5 stars for its speed (faster than Sony's pro duo media) and reliability. but i can't accurately rate this product because i never opened package.

  We bought the Regular SanDisk 2GB Memory Stick PRO Duo WITH THE ADAPTOR, but Amazon shipped us the "Gaming version for Sony PSP" WITHOUT THE ADAPTOR and this is completely useless for use in our Sony Digital Camera and Sony Camcorder.
  
  Calling Amazon Customer Service did not help.
  
  Trying to see if SanDisk can help us.

• A Perfect Companion For A PlayStation Portable

  I originally bought this for the PlayStation Portable (PSP) system. I wanted to listen to music and watch videos with the PSP, and the included 32mb stick could hold all of 3 songs. A 2gb Memory Stick is more than enough to hold even full movies and a bunch of music albums.
  
  Transfer speed with this stick is fast, as is the initial format that is required to use. The included adapter for a regular Memory Stick Pro slot is a nice addition to the pack.
  
  All in all, an excellent purchase, and it's great for use with the PSP.

  It's what you expect- nearly 2GB of space.
  
  My son uses it in his PSP; works very well.
  
  Please be aware; some others are posting the advantages of storing movies on it (as opposed to buying the UMD movies specifically for the PSP). Based on current law, it is actually illegal to copy your own personal DVDs to your own PSP (thank God we took time to stop that crime instead of stopping less serious crimes, like, say, murder).
  
  So, after some research, I've found that you're in for some shady downloads, some time-consuming conversions, and/or a lot of frustration if you plan to watch movies from a memory card.

  This is an excellent little piece to give your PSP, Camera, or what not, the extra boost of storage. Comes with an adapter and a case. Fits perfectly into my PSP and works like a charm.

  What can I say? This 2GB MemoryStick works way better than expected. I was afraid my older Sony Cyber-shot (DSC-P150) wouldn't work with it becasue of the camera's own capacity handling issues; so I took a chance hoping it would work.
  
  It did and even came with the needed adapter!
  
  I can take about 600 photos at the best resolution and the processing is really fast. This 2GB card has enough space for a 3 week vacation to Europe.
  Not one single issue to complain about. It's been a great purchase!

  Have had no problems with this card - a nice size too - I can have 3 full length movies (at decent compression rates) with plenty of room left for pictures, saved games, and even a half hour tv show.
  
  
• A Must for PSP Movie Buffs

  I am a big movie person, and the PSP is a great portable medium to watch movies. Most movies converted into PSP format will end up about 600 megs or so. I would recommend a 2 gig stick just so you could fit multiple movies one here. You could even fit entire series of shows on a 2 gig stick. Of course if you don't mind spending the extra money, I'd go for the 4 gig stick, but 2 is plenty.
  
  As for this particular stick, it's fast enough to play movies off of it, and for my use, it accomplishes the task.
