Can't say I recommend this one... By A16KGSUO4U6F0L on 2006-04-17
Right after I bought it, I swam while wearing it and pool water changed the color from pink to a cantalope orange and the white to dingy yellow. Then the thin straps on both sides fell off the buttons. Also, the round thing that is supposed to hold the strap in place never worked. I was always having to tuck the strap back in. All in all, I was happy to throw this one in the garbage yesterday (I wore it a total of 14 months) when water somehow made its way inside the watch and it completely died.
A watch well worth the money By A2I7H7Y9P7W1DS on 2006-05-30
I've had this watch for a few months now, and am very happy with it. First, thanks to Timex for making some women's digital watches in colors other than black and silver! The feature of this watch that really benefits me are the three alarms, each of which is independently programmable for a specific day, or for weekdays or weekends only. When you have kids with sports practice, music lessons, etc. these alarms serve as a handy reminder. I have had no problems with the craftsmanship of this product, and have worn it while swimming, landscaping my yard, and working out. So far, it's taken a licking and is still ticking! I'm considering buying another one of these for when I can't find the one I already have (the baby likes it, too!).
only one complaint with this watch By A21ZGQBZG315O4 on 2007-03-29
the alarm on this watch is too quiet. if some cars go by, or a lawnmower starts up or some geese are getting riled up, the alarm can not be heard.
other than that i found it easy to program; the directions are clear and easy to understand. the buttons are easy to push and get to. the band is soft and non irritating.
i like the way it looks on my wrist.
timex women's watch By A3JVV9QMYS4O69 on 2006-10-10
Although I liked a few things about the watch (color, features, easy to read), the color faded the first time i swam with it and was no longer pretty pink AND it stopped working! I was just swimming laps for an hour and it completed died maybe 20 minutes after i got out of the pool. So, if you want a watch you can swim with I would NOT recommend this watch!
The Perfect Watch By ATLOWYOXIYLT5 on 2007-08-27
I am one of those 24/7 watch wearers. Where I go, my watch goes. I even sleep with mine on. This watch is so good, that after the face of my first one got smashed in after a year of wear (it got ran over) I went out and bought the exact same watch but in this light pink color.
This baby has got everything you'd need on a watch and will last you a long time. The review I read about it not being waterproof must have been caused by a malfunction because I've done many a lap and taken many a shower with this watch on.
The only minus about it is the color, which does tend to fade. I had a blue one that was the exact same model that did not fade, however.
Overall an excellent watch.
- Great Bargain
     By A29Q6CGX6CDEIO on 2006-11-07
Bought this for my wife a couple months ago. Dual timer function was mandatory for marathon running practice. Has seen plenty of use with nothing but good things to say.
Hasn't seen much water use, but has been out in the rain.
- Love the 2 timers
     By A2LRAIF42B32E1 on 2008-02-08
If you train using walk breaks or intervals, this is the watch for you. The 2 timers are fantastic. This is my second Sleek and I would get another or buy one for a friend.
- Cool Watch
     By A1XHWRX95ITDX9 on 2006-11-06
I get lot's of compliments on this watch. People like how it looks. I like all of the various features, yet it is easy enough to figure out without reading the directions. I use the 3 alarms in my occupation which has been helpful. The only dislike: the band seems to get dirty easy and does not come clean with just soap and water.
- Best watch ever
     By A1VNL3G5A24M73 on 2007-06-27
waterproof, states date (numbered month-day), states day of the week, digi-clock (so much better than analog), seconds, 3 alarms, stopwatch+laps, timer, indiglo light, you can't get a watch with more/better features. I have been wearing Timex Ironman watches since grade school, and now I am a college student. I wear it everyday except days such as prom and competitions in which formal dress are required. I've had to purchase a new watch about every 2 years due to wear of the wristband. Otherwise, I've kept my old watches w/the broken wristbands and its still running on time.
Hope Timex never stops selling these watches. =)
- Very good watch
     By A1O8ORP7W1SKOA on 2007-07-04
I've had this watch for almost a year and a half, and so far, it's still working, even though there are several problems. The thin straps on the side that are supposed to hold the watch in place are peeling, one of the buttons has fallen off, whenever the alarm rings, the screen goes blank, indiglo no longer works, and the wristband is dirty and won't get clean. I've swam in it and ran in it, but the indiglo and the watch display problems are probably not from that. I'm planning on getting a new watch exactly like this one and taking better care of it because this is the best watch ever.
************UPDATE*******************
Write after I wrote the review, the watch has died. I rodered a new one just like it from amazon. The new one is so much pinker and prettier than the old one. I think the straps fade quickly if you swim in them, and so I won't be swimming with the wtach to protect the lovely pink color. Also, the gray straps on the sides fade, too, and I beleive the indiglo could have stopped working because of me swimming in the watch, so be careful. Other than that, this is a great watch. It is very easy to use, an easy to read display, is very stylish, and has 3 different alarms, a chronometer, and a night mode, a timer, and so muhc more. That makes up for the hard to clean and easily fading strap.
- Dirty!
     By A3DT36GDCWQBB3 on 2007-12-22
I really loved the way this watch looked out of the box. It fit nicely and was functional and pretty in pink. After only 2!! days, the bottom ont eh strap looked like it was dirty. I tried washing it, but it would not come clean. Now, after wearing it for about 2 weeks, the entire strap looks dirty and dull. I havent even done anything dirty in it that would warrant it getting this way. I do wear it 24/7, but I go from work to school and to home, and thats about it. I am going to contact Amazon and see if I could maybe replace it with the black one.
- not waterproof
     By A2IECQH7MC644G on 2007-07-13
i have been very happy with this watch for the past year and a half and had been swimming with it before, but after a recent swim in the ocean, it completely died. i was very disappointed.

I bought this watch for my wife. She loves it, it has all the features she needs at work and at the gym. I have always bought Ironman watches for myself and have never been let down.
- Awesome Watch
     By AJYUBNNF4BGXD on 2007-07-08
I have a different version of the Ironman Watch, but the wrist band is fabric, and is no longer clean! This watch has all the same great features, but is smaller, lighter, and the band is washable!!
- Love it!
     By A2LV2AT13TLCW1 on 2007-09-27
Great for lap swim! I use it all the time. Don't expect to get the same color they show in the picture, I ordered one that looked lavender and the one I got is pink, but I really like the pink so I am happy.
