• A "must have" party game!

  We first played this at a friend's house and laughed so much and so hard we couldn't believe it! It's easy enough for anyone to play (we had a 7yo join us at one point, and even though it's a little more advanced than that, she had a great time).
  
  The only downside is that once we played the game about 5-6 times (remember, for HOURS at a time - we never just played a quick game), we eventually got through most of the cards and some of the fun (but only SOME!) was gone because we knew what cards to give to each person to "win" the hand.
  
  That said, we have also taken to "editing" the cards on the fly, basically creating our own cards, which adds to the fun. This is in addition to the 25 or so blank create-your-own cards that come with the game, which you really should take advantage of. We were hesitant, but after playing a few games, we knew what kind of things to write down and now some of those are the funniest choices.
  
  This game has been tested with many different people (young and old, good friends, aunts and uncles) and it's always a hit. It's definitely worth the $20.
  
  

• Brilliant, hilarious, very creative...

  This game is a riot! To steal a word from a great series of beer commercials, it's BRILLIANT! We've played this game 4 or 5 times now, and every time, it gets funnier. There are moments where you're fairly certain whatever beverage you're enjoying is going to come shooting our your nose as you or one of your friends read the lines from this great card-based game. "I can't do it Captain, I don't have the power", "I ran over the Taco Bell dog", "I'm big where it counts" and other lines have all left us in stitches. This is a whimsical, entertaining game that draws from both pop culture and history to get some of its best lines, and the ability to customize cards makes the game perfect for close circles of family and friends to be able to poke fun at one another (but surely only in jest, right? -- I don't really need a diet, do I Heather?)
  
  Kudos to the designers of the game, and thanks to the R man for picking this game up for us to play. Will be very entertaining for our New Years' Eve party! Next, we'll need an additional set of cards from the folks at Hasbro/Parker Bros. to add to the collection of whimsy. Keep up the good work!

  I thought this game might be as horrible as that Fact or Crap game, but no way! This was HILARIOUS!! It was tame enough to play with my mother-in-law while at the same time dirty enough to play with my friends. Like the other reviewer said, you do need to plan your sips of drink carefully. Also, head to the bathroom BEFORE the cards are read. I look forward to playing this game again and again. LOVE IT!

  This is a great party game. You can play for hours. It was fun playing with people in our age group, but even more fun when we played at Thanksgiving with our parents. It was really funny to hear my mother-in-law read some of the cards. The only caveat is that you can't play it more than a couple of times with the same group of people. It gets old after a couple of hours.....

  This game is great I played it for the first time last thanksgiving annd was only able to find it on Amazon. This game might have some questionable topics for young players, but we played it with a 10 year old and she was fine. The more people you have, the funnier it is. Especially if they are close friends or family members!!
  
  
• Lots of fun and laughs

  I just got this game a month ago and finally got around to playing it this past weekend. I played it with a group of 8 people and it ended up being a lot of fun. I was worried because some of the answer choices are kind of cheesy, but that ended up making it even funnier. This game is similar to Apples to Apples, but definetly a lot funnier. Everyone I played with didn't know each other that well, but it was still a lot of fun! With people who know you well it would be even more fun! So don't think you have to play it with only your close friends, it works with anyone.

  All of my friends and family love this game, and are always wanting to play or borrower it. So many people have looked for it in stores and have yet to find it, I say you have to buy it on Amazon.
  
  We have played with all types of friends and family, and even our grandparents who are in their late 70s love it, as well as cousins in there teens.

  This was the best 20 bucks I have spent on a game. It is very "simple" in that you have the cards and some tokens, but no board to move pieces around. We had 8-10 people (ages 21 - 70+) playing and laughed and laughed. It is even better than Apples to Apples, but kind of similar.
  You wont be disappointed.

  I bought this game after looking at all the reviews here, when I was looking for something other than Cranium because we play it all the time. It was a lot of fun, but kind of repetitive after a while. Not like Cranium where theres more interaction and movement, its just reading cards and sitting in one place. I think its a lot more fun the more people you read. Sometimes its hard to find a good answer with the options they give you on the cards, so its kind of hard to win without a lot of luck. Its sort of like Apples to Apples, but you're talking about a person instead of a subject. Fun though, its cheap enough that I would get it just to try it!

  All the reviews for this game were good, but we really thought it was terrible. We played it with our friends over Thanksgiving and within 5 minutes our friends were looking at us like "this is supposed to be fun?". If anyone wants to buy mine i'll sell it for $5 plus shipping.
  
  
  
• Enjoyable and entertaining

  A terrific game; my friends and I enjoyed it very much. You learn a lot about people from playing this game with them. It's simple to learn. One player rolls a six-sided dice that says "I am or "I want", etc.. The other players have to pick a card that they think describes what the person likes or wants, or something that the person would find funny. Very easy to play- you can play for hours.
  I highly recommend Boxers or Briefs to any age group.

  We bought this for $19.99 Dec. 2007. We haven't seen this in any stores and after reading the reviews, decided to get it. I was a little worried that it wouldn't be a "family" game b/c some reviewers said it was "adult party" themed. This is not the case. There are some more adult-type humor (eg; questions about farting), but there's nothing inappropriate (there's no sexual content or anything, so you can play this game w/ your kids).
  
  Everyone we've played it with has had a blast with it. it's a great party game, family/friend game, or couples just getting to know it each other. It's a lot of fun. The best description would be like a combination of Apples to Apples and Imaginiff, both fun games that we own.
  
  The icing on the cake is that there's no game board (just a dice, question cards & tokens that you collect when the "it" player picks your answer), so you can play this laying on the couch, just relaxing.
  
  This game has become a huge hit with friends. Another (different type) game suggestion is Sequence, a highly addictive, fun strategy game that's great for 2-6 players. See my review on Jumbo Sequence.

  When I first played this game at a party with friends, I couldn't wait to get a copy of my own. It was around Christmas and the stores were all out and so were the online places. I waited patiently until it became available and now I have my own copy. It's GREAT! Lots of laughs and very fun at parties! I highly recommend it!

  This is a great game - we play it often when we have a house party. It doesn't require great knowledge of language or trivia, and is a good ice breaker. Easy to play after a few drinks, as well!

  I purchased this game for the best friends of my son and his wife who come to visit us with them. They love games and introduced us to Apples to Apples, which is a fun family game. They love this game and have played several times already since Christmas. We can't wait for them to come visit so we can play it with them. It arrived in record time!   Great word association game, that promotes hilarious group interaction. If you're not afraid of people picking on you, and if you like to laugh a lot, than you'll enjoy this game. Surprisingly it accomadates quite a large group without sacrificing the overall game experience. It is simple enough for anyone, yet challenging enough to allow for the competitive spirit in you. The game is not for youngsters as there are cards with quite mature themes, as well as many others that imply mature themes.

  This is one of the BEST games I have ever played. There's not a lot of parts or directions so it's easy for us older folks to play. It's great for a family that "thinks" they know each other and those that are just getting acquanted with each other. Not much competition so there's no arguing. Best part - no batteries or tv required!!! Get to know one another again with big laughs! Only problem I had was that Amazon messed up my shipping and it arrived way after Christmas so we had to wait to play. Shame, but we had great fun nonetheless.

  We first played this game at a friends house and had so much fun we had to buy it for ourselves. We took it home this holiday season and everyone had a blast playing it. It was great for every function we went to (small friend groups to large family gathering). It is not easy to find a game that involves groups of two to TEN! We highly recommend this game!

  I bought this after playing it at a Christmas party. All of your guests will laugh out loud! You can play with a small or big group. My 7 year old son enjoyed playing along with my 87 year old grandmother. If you're looking for something new to pack a punch to your normally dull parties, this is a game for you. Rules are easy, no teams needed.

  This game is very easy to learn and very easy to play and the more people the merrier. We had a lot of good laughs playing it with our friends. The game moves along quickly and every player participates in every turn. Players take turns playing the host. The rest of the group chooses a card from their hand that they think will either match the host's "true" statement or that the host will find funniest. The host is the judge here. First player to accumulate 6 "chips" wins the game.

  I am woman in my early twenties and I have been able to play this game with both my friends and my family. All those who I've played it with have loved it. It's a great game to play with people you don't know as well as with people you've known all your life. I would really recommend this game to anyone over the age of 14 (some of the writing is a bit mature, although I have played it with my 13-year-old cousin and he was fine) for any sized group.

  This game is a based on the same idea as Apples to Apples. Some funny phrases on some of the cards but I think you'll find it's more fun if you create your own cards. My friends and I have played a few times and found the homemade cards more amusing.
