Customer Reviews

  • Great Product!

    By A2DTZX88KYDQEV on 2007-08-10
I have purchased this item before to use to put all my school books to roll around campus. This wheeled backpack is great because it has additional pockets for water, calculators and other small items. It held up for the entire school year and I carry a lot of books. Wheel base didn't fall apart...I purchased the same item for this school year. Great value for the price. Arrived within a few days of ordering.

  • 30 days!

    By A382E0B2WNQCDR on 2007-11-30
I got 2 of these bags for my kids. I was initially very impressed. It seemed well made, had a lot of storage pockets and was roomy enough for the pile of books my kids carry to and from school. The price was unbeatable! However, In the month we've had them, one has developed a hole in the fabric and the other, just 30 days from first use, cracked and broke on the bottom, sending the wheels rolling down the street in one direction, and my son tumbling into the pavement as the bag suddenly stopped!

I should have listened to my mother-You get what you pay for! If you are looking for a rolling pack, roll on by this one and buy something with a bit more quality (or a longer guarantee period!)

  • Broken before the end of the month!

I bought this backpack for my 10-year old son. As it came out of the box, there was something wrong with one set of wheels on the left side. I fixed that, and thought the problems were gone. Today, he came home and the wheels were broken. No way to fix them. I'll have to buy something else and it will not be from this manufacturer for sure.

This bookbag did not last long. My son had it for about two weeks before the handle broke on it. Would not recommend this product.

This is a great backpack for my son. I will not tip over because of the legs in the front. He is enjoying it.

You get what you pay for didn't come close. It was worth so much more. Sturdy, roomy and easy to manuver. It came within the timeframe given. I am pleased.

Backpack is very sturdy and durable. Wheels move great along concrete. You fit a lot of stuff in it. My son in elementary school loves it.

  • No good!

As good as it looks, it's no good. We bought two for my boys - blue and black. The blue one lasted a little longer, but the black one It fell apart in a matter of a couple of weeks! The wheel broke, the handle got stuck, the seams started to rip. What a waste of money...

I ordered this backpack for my daughter who is in middle school. It is a very sturdy backpack with nice, smooth-rolling wheels. It was a bargain.

  • GREAT BUY-HIGH SIERRA ROLLING BACKPACK
    By A3TYIFPT49U64O on 2008-02-07
This product was supercheap and works great. I can't say how long it will last with kids' wear and tear but so far so good.

I paid $60-$80 at Target for the last rolling backpack and it lasted 2 school years. High Sierra cost was only $19 plus shipping.

  • Backache relief
    By A3DXQYNN7TMZ41 on 2008-03-31
Wonderful purchase - my daughter was getting backaches from hauling around so many books at school, it was so late in the year I couldn't find a wheeled backpack locally. The pack is very sturdy and roomy, and easy for a rather short/slight girl to control. It was so wonderful to be able to find just what I needed at a reasonable price. I used the free shipping and got the pack with in a week. I love Amazon!!

This backpack is very good for the price ($19.99) and pretty much what I expected --- it has one large compartment and a medium sized pocket with small compartments for pens, swiss army knives, etc. The material of which it is made is a tad thin, and it doesn't stand up when filled to capacity (as it claims it will because of the extra legs), but I personally would not spend $30 more (or more) in order to amend these small problems.

I paid $20 for this backpack for my 4th grader. It's a good size for her. Although, it does get a little cramped when she trys to put her lunchbox with her books. It also doesn't tip forward like rolling booksack I bought at walmart last year. I'd buy again....
