Great product By A178IYDGLTBYV2 on 2006-05-03
After getting a Nano, I had a hard time finding a protective case for use during running that would also allow for easy removal and transfer of my Nano from arm to car mount. This armband case does the job. It is well priced and a better product than any other choices sold in Apple stores and provides solid protection during exercise; running distance in my case. I mounted the case upside down on the armband for two reasons: easier to view the screen as it now faces me and to prevent accidental sliding out of the case to the ground. I don't think the velcro closure would allow this to happen but mounting upside down helps aleviate that fear. I recommend this product. Also, get the Bullet-proof shields from the same company as they are great screen and back protection from scratches.
Great Ipod Nano Armband By A2ZN397D3C8DZL on 2006-04-11
I just received this armband. I like the fact that it adjusts to smaller arms. I haven't been able to find a band that stays put where I want it the only method of adjustment is usually just with the velcro. However with this it stays right where I put it and doesn't feel restraining. You can adjust via the velcro and/or the elastic strap. With the opening on the bottom I was afraid my ipod was going to slide out but not a problem at all. The company it came from (mygear) had great cust svc as well. I received this product overseas in less than 1wk. Thank you.
Not that comfortable for me. By ADM9CVWKI9S5R on 2006-07-24
I purchased this for jogging. I'm an average-size female and found these arm bands (I bought 2 so far) are too large for my arm. The material is scratchy. I found it better to wrap it a couple of times around my wrist as that allows for easy access to the controls. If I were a manufacturer, I would design for females. Guess I just haven't found the right gizmo that works right for me.
Not meant for working out!!! By A1PVNPB89ATSYR on 2006-10-11
Well I now have a handle for my $250 I-Pod Nano. The arm snug would be a great idea if they maybe thought about who is probably going to buy this product and what they are going to be doing. First off I have to wear this arm band just short of the largest setting on my forearm because even at the largest setting it makes my arm fall asleep from lack of blood flow. So unless you are a skinny 140lb biker this probably won't fit you comfortably. The second issue is that there is not a locking mechanism for the strap so when I am working out with my muscles constantly contracting it just changes the strap size and I end up with my Nano on my wrist.
Over all, this product is great if you are riding a bike or doing anything that doesn't cause you to move your arm a lot. So if you if you are planning on buying this for relaxing bike ride through the country it is well worth it. Planning on using your I-Pod to play angry music to help give you the strength do that one extra rep, don't bother.
Bullet proof shield though is a must since those little screens get scratched so easily.
Nice, but not Spectacular By AD51FZF8KULV on 2006-07-08
To be honest, I don't see any real advantage of this armband over many of the others in the same price range. It does come with its own handsome and functional case however - which is more than can be said for most of the others. I do not use the supplied case. My Nano has an iSkin Duo cover, and the belt clip that comes with that works great on the iSnug armband, plus it's nice having a hard screen protector which the iSnug's case does not have. The iSnug case is also single-purpose. I suppose it will fit on a belt, but it's not a quick and easy transition. Maybe I just like the funtionality of a clip.
It seems nearly every time I take the armband off, I have to readjust it before putting it back on. The adjustable strap feature is cool and all, but it's not very secure, in my opinion. I haven't had any noticeable slippage while wearing it though.
While I certainly don't regret paying what I did, I probably would go with a simple, cheaper armband-only purchase if doing it again. If you already have a case that you like, particularly with a good belt clip, then look elsewhere. You can probably find an armband that will be more than adequate at your local megamart for less than shipping costs of an online option.
- Great for what it is supposed to do.
     By A3GIIB619A85NN on 2006-07-11
I ordered this after looking around for quite a while for an armband to use with my nano. This is great. It's comfortable and doesn't slide down your arm and the nano stays safely in it's little case. I use it to run and it has been great. Just what I had been looking for and for a lot less than others that I have seen.
- its a nice!

- Best available iPod armband
     By AG3BAA9F19AW0 on 2007-05-01
The iSnug is the best armband you can buy for your iPod. The iPod perefectly fits inside the case. All controls including the hold button are accessible making the case fully functional and you can recharge the iPod without taking it out of the case. I also love that the case floats on the armband so I can pull my iPod toward me to change my music selections while i work out then push it back toward the back of my arm without having to twist the whole armband around. I tried the one piece armbands and hated that part. The iSnug case and armband are perfectly designed for full functionality plus it looks way nicer than any other armband.
- And awesome armband--even for small women
     By A45V752HS8PQI on 2007-11-17
After reading all the reviews, I decided to try this armband--even though one of the reviews was from a woman who said it was too big for her arms (I am a small woman so this was a concern).
First off, it is well-named as it securely holds the nano. It is very well-made! :)
When I first tried it out I was worried it was too big. Then, I found the big plastic buckle for adjusting on the right strap. Now it fits like a charm and is very comfortable--and not itchy at all (if you are sensitive to spandex you may want to wear it over a sleeve rather than on bare skin).
I only use my iSnug for slow runs which I don't need full focus (it's a real blessing on super long runs). I don't recommend using it on fast runs or races--or any other activity that requires concentration for safety and pacing reasons. I found reaching the controls was easy enough--even under a shirt. However I only use the basic buttons (ex- fast forward, rewind, volume). If you really want more options (ex- menu, specific songs), it's best to set things up (ex- playlists) beforehand.
The iSnug's design has slightly changed from what you see in the picture. Mine doesn't have a silver oval badge on it. The logo is printed/painted on instead. It's still awesome, but it doesn't exactly look like the picture displayed (though the rest of it does).
Overall, this is an awesome little product. It helps keep me motivated to run during the dreary cold winter weather.
- ipod armband
     By AP43FEPB0KFWB on 2007-01-11
This is a very good armband holder for the Ipod Nano, but it is not made for those of us who also use Nike +, I wish the velcro strap on the bottom would be longer, so as to wrap around the Nike + devise attached to the ipod, this improvement would make this item a five star!

Love this band. It stays secure and is very unobtrusive. I bought the bullet shields to use with this and feel my ipod is very protected. I wear it in the gym and when I run. No problems whatsoever - really stays in place.
- comfortable, functional, overall great
     By ARSH6G2FGOMO3 on 2007-02-13
Very rugged enclosure and the band adjusts comfortably around your upper arm. I actually use it not only when I am outdoors running, but also when I am in my car -- makes accessing controls easier instead of fumbling with it on the seat or getting yet another car holder. I pretty much never take the iPod out of it, makes it easy to find and pretty much guarantees I won't loose it.
- arm band for ipod works great
     By A3EJ4JWYCQIO5Y on 2007-05-09
I am at the gym 5-6 times a week and this thing has kept up with me. it is a bit big (thick I mean) so I wear it around my forearm - but it does work very well and is sturdy! good buy!!!
- Best Nano Armband
     By AUAUYBVPUESXE on 2006-06-30
I spent a lot of time researching armbands for my nano. I ordered this product and I am totally satisfied. The armband is made out of a nice, soft microfiber that is very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The armband slides through the case that comes with it, so the nano is totally secure. I would recommend this product, especially for the price.
- Great Item
     By A1PKNN17K271NT on 2007-08-09
I ordered this for my brother who is serving in Iraq and he uses it everyday..he loves it..I would say he is very satisfied :)!!
- Wear it on upper arm
     By A2XFQP9PFKDO4J on 2007-08-28
I love the iSnug iPod holder. I put it on the band upside down. Now I can read the songs, and get to the controls better...the wire comes out the top, but that is OK. Thanks for a good product. I use it while on the treadmill. I like that you have a hook at the top, so I can use it on a lanyard around my neck. I'm 81, but still going strong! BK
- Great Armband!
     By A32WIEHK71DO2R on 2008-01-26
I wanted one that was made of leather or similar material. Armband is washable and easily adjusted. Holder is leather like material and doesn't retain moisture like silicone products.
- Works perfect
     By A1NMSVQAK46CD6 on 2008-02-29
Not much to say here, it hold the ipod, doesn't slide off and looks pretty good. I recommend it .
- NOT WHAT IS ADVERTISED
     By A3TA2S6VNRW0QD on 2008-04-05
The armband itself was not bad, it's just that the logo was NOT the cool logo as seen in the pic. The logo actually just says, "i-snug" in a cheap looking print. I was tempted to send it back but decided against. I would have liked to get what was advertised.
- I love the arm band...
     By AL2JEGRNT5ZP1 on 2008-09-02
Perfect for lots of mobility... I use it when riding my bike, excercising and walking around at work. Its much better than the other brank I had. The elastic wore out pretty fast and looked horrible. Great product...
