  I had my first Wahl "massager" for almost 15 years before the cord frayed. It is such a great and reliable product and the two-speed function allows you to control the intensity. I also appreciate the various attachments which allow you to pinpoint just the area you want to work on. May I risk saying I find this a multi-purpose massager and have found many marvelous uses. For the money, you can't get anything better.

  I must say I was very skeptical when I received this massager as a gift. It looked a little clunky and is pretty heavy. However, once I turned it on and gave it a try I was pleasantly suprised.
  
  It has a really nice vibration speed and motion that is a little different compared to most massagers. Also, the rythm really is relaxing for the whole body, not just the area you have the massager directly on.
  
  I would recommend this product but wish they made it a little lighter. The wieght of it is a little cumbersome and could be a little too much for smaller individuals.

  Unlike my previous Wahl model, which is no longer available, this massager makes a loud noise when applying firm pressure into a sore muscle. A muscle massage is supposed to be relaxing but this noise ensures that the experience is not as pleasant.

  As other reviewers have pointed out, it IS heavy. But, that does help keep it centered on the muscles being massaged and not bouncing around willy nilly.
  
  This does wonderful work on my feet. It's very soothing on the temple. And it can really dig into the shoulder muscles.
  
  It's solidly made, too. Feels like a real quality piece of work.

  I had a massagers wahl for 15 years with speeds too, when the wire became frade I had a hard time finding another wahl until I again checked the Amazon and was so happy to see the name (Wahl) again. Conair was all I could find, good, but not the power of Wahl.

  Received merchandise timely and in good condition. This product is great for relieving muscular pain and stress. Its a bit heavy for its use but a good product and durable. Could not find this model in the stores. Thank you Amazon.com

  Love it, love it. I have fibromyalgia in my back, and NOTHING hits those muscles like the Wahl. I use several different attachments that come with it, depending on the severity of the fibro attack, and it works like a charm. I love the new improved cord too, no more short-outs from twisting wire. The Wahl is just the best!

  This little guy is great! Easy to use, powerful yet gentle at the same time. The high and low settings are a good way to get rid of those stubborn sore spots. Also works wonders with my girlfriend ;)

  This is a lot quieter than I thought it would be! And all the attachments make it perfect for just about any sore or tense muscles. Kinda hard to get to the middle back by yourself though. Overall, very happy with it.

  I chose this massager to replace a big noisy one that I'd had for over 20 years... this was an EXCELLENT choice! It is the perfect size, has all the perfect attachments, and is very quiet. I was pleasantly surprised by the power, since it is pretty small. It is very easy to hold (unlike the old one) and the two power levels are perfect. I'm very glad I found this and would highly recommend it.

  After reading numerous reviews, I read that you should buy the one with the black electrical cord versus the white one due to some electrical problem. So I was pleased to see that this one arrived with a black cord.
  
  I bought the Acuvibe at the same time and have to compare: Acuvibe is a enffective cordless jackhammer....Wahl is with a cord, very quiet, and not effective for me....BUT if it does the job for someone and they don't mind the cord, what a GREAT price!

  This type of massager was surprisingly hard to find in stores like Rite-Aid, etc. We had gotten one that was not powerful at all. This one worked great.

  I use this massager for my knee when the pain flairs up. I must say it does help. It's nice to know that whenever I have this problem there is a device that will make things better. I used to have a cheap massager that I used and it doesn't have the power the Wahl has.

  The Wahl 4120-200 is very good. It produces excellent vibrations at a very good price. Don't be fooled by the price, it is every be as strong as the much higher priced massagers. The only drawback is it's corded and not cordless, so for use with a partner it is not as flexible as a cordless might be. I have never found a cordless massager as strong as a corded one. If you want good vibration, you'll want the Wahl.

  This is a great product. It is small enough to be easily handled, and powerful enough to actually do some good for sore, tense muscles. The shape makes it easy to get the massaging action into sore places on the back unlike many of its larger, clumsier counterparts.

  Very well made. A bargin for the price. I have seen really expensive ones that are not so good. Great on low speed, but on the high speed setting, my hand starts to feel the vibrations from the massager.

  This is a wonderfully effective massager that comes with seven different attachments to meet specific needs. I find myself utilizing the deep muscle and the spot application attachments for my chronic neck and shoulder tension. I don't find this model to be particularly heavy or noisy, as mentioned by another reviewer. It is designed well for hand-held, personal use and having the two speeds is ideal, as my neck and feet prefer the less intense speed. Another nice feature is the long cord. You can't beat the price and the company All About Massagers was very professional.

  I am very happy with this purchase. I got it for my husband who has some problems with his shoulder. It happened so that now we are both using it. It gives a great relieve for my tired back and my husband's shoulder is doing better. Also, try special attachments for head and face, very relaxing. I strongly recommend this product.

  I had one of these, only single speed, back in the early sixties. It was noisy, got hot (metal housing), and vibrated the hand as much as the targeted muscle. But it seemed to massage pretty well. In comparison, while the new one is quiet--if not forced--and runs cool, I found it useless for deep muscle massage. The high setting is fine for facials, and possibly the back of the neck. The low setting is a joke.
  
  I thought I had a defective item, but when I plugged it into a watt meter, I saw it was delivering the correct ten watts. Maybe that's the problem. Ten watts isn't much.
  
  On the plus side, it's cheap.

  it is overall not bad. not very powerful for men or post-sports massage. it should be good for everyday post-work massage. small, light, easy handle, many heads for selecting. Works well till now. Don't know if it is durable.

  I bought an item similar to this at Walmart (Conair) and was very disappointed in how little power it had. This Wahl massager has much more power for really getting in the knots on my back. Highly recommend!

  What a great deal for under $25. Unlike other low-wattage massagers, the "high" setting on this two-speed model provides plenty of power. It worked best on my scalp and neck.

  I love plug in vibrators because they are just so darn powerful. Nothing like the experience of a dying battery during a massage to make you a believer in this massager.
  
  It is a bit heavy and definitely not portable. But the power, dependability and variety of attachments make up for anything else its lacking.

  This massager is unnaturally loud and doesn't have enough power to really massage your back, neck or sore muscles. I would recomend a two headed larger model, like I used to have back in Europe.
