this is a big improvement over the cheaper basters I have always bought.I store the tips inside the tube when I am not using it.

The baster is OK! Not as good as I expected.To baste my turkey, I had to remove the tip and use the base as is. Doesn't pick up the juices without doing this

I broke an old plastic baster and decided to buy a new one. This one met all of my expectations. I really like the stainless steel tip.
OK but not perfect.
