Have to see it to believe it! By AMLXY5B95T869 on 2007-10-23
I had burned a stainless steel sauce pan beyond all hope, or so I had thought. The inside bottom was literally a solid charcoal grey, the outside had a nice brownish-yellowish tinge. I used it this way for 10 years. No dishwasher or handwashing ever improved it, but other than looks, it was functional. I honestly thought the metal had been structurally damaged from the heat and that nothing could be done. I recently read about and tried BKF. 10 minutes later, the pot looked nearly like new. Even the blackened electric coil mark on the bottom is all but entirely gone. It is a stupid little product to get all excited over, but I am still in shock at what it accomplished.
Totally Amazing! By A84NQWVEBIZQW on 2007-03-07
This stuff cleans amazingly well. Cleans those scrapes from the porcelain sink in the kitchen. Cleans the bathtub. Cleans the stainless steel pots...makes 'em shiny and pretty. No reason to live without it.

This product keeps my stainless cookware looking like it just came out of the box.
Highly recommended.
Old School clean... By A1RTBFM0SP27K4 on 2008-01-22
BKF - a friend to more than just Barkeeps! I have used this on my stainless cookware, my glass cooktop, stainless sink, porcelain bathroom sinks and tubs, windows (YES - it will actually "polish" glass), sneakers, fabric stains (last resort!), laminate countertops, vinyl floors (they are old, I just want CLEAN), and too many other things to name. It is cheap, and it works brilliantly. I also recommend the wearing of gloves, as it will really dry out your hands. LOVE IT.

I can't say enough good about this product. I've used it for years and get frustrated when I can't find it in a store. I use this product for many uses, from cleaning my Calpalhon cookware to cleaning the soap scum from my tub and shower. In all applications this product works wonderfully. I do recommend wearing gloves when using this product.
- Bar Keeper's Friend is Your True Cleaning Friend
     By A19Y5TWRCQ6K1X on 2007-11-24
Bar Keeper's Friend is one of the best products I have ever used. My wife's friend had called to tell her about this product. Her friend had tried several products to get a stain out of her bathtub and said nothing seemed to work. She said when she used Bar Keeper's Friend the stain came right out. We purchased Bar Keeper's Friend and have used it on tile, stainless steel, and countertops. It seems to clean everything we have tried. My wife just ordered more as she gave our cleanser to our son and daughter-in-law to use. Bar Keeper's Friend is not only a good daily cleanser, but will get rid of old stains that you thought you could never remove. It does work!
- You gotta try this stuff!!!!! It REALLY does work!!!!!!

There are a few things I love in this world...my children, husband, pets and cooking (loathe grocery shopping though)and.....Bar Keepers Friend. I have 3 grown children, 2 of them boys, 18 months apart. Anyway, 2 Christmases ago all 3 were out on their own. Boys will bring you wilted flowers (in reality "weeds") but, in your eyes, they are beautiful. However, boys won't think twice about letting the 3 BIG family dogs eat out of the skillet on the concrete back porch (they don't have to rinse that way) or banging knife edges together because they're bored (it's their turn to do dishes). This being said, my sweet husband must have been bitten by the "empty nest" bug....bless his sweet heart. So, he invests over $500 in a set of Calphalon cookware and knives. Well, I was overjoyed!! Calphalon recommends BKF...easy enough...until you try to find it. We live in a city of 1 million....couldn't find it! On a whim I was shopping on Amazon and found it. I wanted to keep this "investment" looking as good as the day I opened the box. This product isn't "whistling Dixie" as my great-grandma used to say. Try it....it's been 2 years and I use it all the time!!! (BTW...it has many other uses too) L. Wright
- BEYOND AMAZING!!!
     By AY1EF0GOH80EK on 2008-05-09
Seriously, just get a can of it and start cleaning with it and your jaw will drop. Old tile, SS cookware, copper pots, cloudy faucets, speckled mirrors and windows, teapots, dutch ovens, stained sinks/tubs/basins, etc. I have yet to find a thing this miracle powder cannot help.
- Calphalon pots look brand new!
     By A3QQQ8WRMSR0YO on 2007-09-10
This stuff is amazing! I had discolored brown and blue spots on my stainless steel pots that I had scrubbed on for weeks, 5 minutes of scubbing for the whole set and they look brand new! Even my copper pot that was discolored and black now looks shiny and new.
- Cleaning my rusty old apartment
     By A1T04UJM27EMLA on 2007-12-21
This product took very old rust stains out of the porcelain sinks in my newly-rented old apartment. Each of the sinks and the tub came with rust stains, which are now mostly gone! I am puzzeled, however, because one set of rust stains does not seem to be phased by my cleaning efforts. I guess I'll have to live with a few stains after all. Overall, a great product, at a great price!
- Great Product Line
     By A1739RDYJNA6HT on 2008-05-02
I use the powdered version to clean my sink and white tile and it works wonders! It worked OK on shower doors, but the BKF Rust & Lime liquid works well! I used it full strength on my grimy doors and scrubbed and rinsed ..and I had shiny doors!!! So now I always stock both the powder and the Lime Liquid...LOVE IT. It is hard to find in stores though=(
- Something that actually works
     By A2UT6NG42MVWWS on 2008-05-20
Used BKF on a stainless frypan I've had over 20 years. Stains came off with minimal effort. While nothing will ever make it look like new, the pan shines. Amazing.
- The only one
     By ATFRFBC9IAELJ on 2008-06-24
I have a stainless refrigerator and microwave, both less than one year old. Mysteriously, they both developed a pattern on the surface that appeared to be rust left from using a damp cloth or sponge to clean them. As advised, I never used anything but a damp cloth with mild dish detergent. Neither manufacturer would stand behind the warranty because, they said, it did not cover cosmetics.
I tried everything to clean them, being careful not to use anything too abrasive. The only product that worked was Barkeepers Friend. It removed the rusty looking spots and restored the finish to it's original appearance. It may have even saved a marriage.
- Outstanding!
     By A2QI2NTDTMK2FV on 2008-07-21
I recently switched from non-stick cookware to stainless steel. I am not a professional chef, so when white residue stains formed in my stainless steel pans after one use, I did not know what to do. My new "stainless" pans were stained! Some searching on the web revealed that the particlar combination of chemicals/minerals in my drinking water caused the stains. I also found that distilled white vinegar mostly removed the stains. For the really stubborn discolored stains, I tried this product and was absolutley amazed. I will have to keep this product on hand for life. It is that good and is worth every dollar. My beautiful pans look brand new again.
- Outstanding cleaner
     By A3KPMOJ0BRVQI5 on 2008-07-05
My wife was skeptical of this product but now raves about it. We use it mainly on our stainless steel pots and pans as well as our plastic stove top. Highly recommended.
