• It has what I needed and I'm impressed so far.

  I did a lot of accessory searching for my DS Lite before buying this kit - sight unseen - because it had the kind of accessories I needed and the one and only feedback so far was very favorable. I hadn't been to fond of much of the accessories for DS Lite so far, but I took a leap of faith with this one hoping for the best.
  
  I was not disappointed! The kit came in today and, even though it's not the prettiest case out there, it is very practical and offers the protection I want for my DS Lite, especially for travelling.
  
  It comes with:
  
  1. A two sided travel bag; one side for the NDS Lite the other for accessories. I like this bag because it has exactly what I needed. A safe singular storage area for the NDS game unit and a separate area for the accessories I usually travel with. There's enough pocket space in the accessory side for games, styli, a rumble pack, earbuds, and a cleaning cloth - which is what I usually travel with. This suits me just fine. The bag has a hook-and-loop belt strap on the back to attach to your backpack or belt. I'll likely do neither, but it's nice to know that it's there. The one fault with this bag (maybe it's just mine) is that it does not handle overstuffing very well - the zipper will separate when you try to close it. It happened twice when I was testing the bag, but it easily and securely closed again when I removed the extra bulk that was causing the zipper to separate. Between that and the ugly logo (my opinion), that makes this bag more like 4 stars instead of five. It also has an attachable wide strap/lanyard that one can sling it over there shoulder or wear around neck.
  
  2. Earbuds. Althought I really wanted the original Nintendo headphone as my sis raved about how good they sounded, these earbuds will do nicely and easily fit in my ear. These earbuds are nicely made; certainly not your standard cheap buds I've seen out there. I'm not an audiophile, but so far these earbuds sound nice and clear. No complaints from me.
  
  3. An extra white stylus and the comfort pen grip. The comfort pen grip is definitely a plus. The NDS Lite stylus very neatly and securely slips into the comfort pen grip allowing you to use your OEM stylus and be more comfortable at the same time. Recently I've started using my Palm stylus to be able to play NDS games more comfortably, but that will now be replace with this comfort grip pen. This is a definite plus and made me all the more happy with my purchase.
  
  4. Car charger. I really don't know how often I'll really use this, but it's nice to have anyway. It keeps my options open. The back end of the charger glows blue when plugged in.
  
  5. Screen protector and soft card. I already have a screen protector on my NDS Lite, so these will serve to replace them when the time comes. Soft card is for smoothing out the screen protector during installation.
  
  6. Screen cleaner with bonus cartridge holder and wrist strap. The wrist strap was a disappointment. I was hoping for a decent wriststrap I can secure to the NDS Lite that I can wear during game play to avoid accidental droppage. This wrist strap will not fit my needs. It's not very long and barely fits over my skinny wrists. I don't see how the practicality of it. However the other items will come in handy. I'll likely keep a soft cloth inside the cartridge holder.
  
  7. Game case. No frills here. Nice silicone fitted interior; sturdy plastic exterior. Comes an extra silicone insert for GBA games (or for rumble pack). The game case also has spots for extra styli - one for NDS Lite, one for the smaller original NDS stylus.
  
  Overall, I'm very please with my purchase at this kit will suit my needs very well. I got what I needed and it looks handsome. So far I'm happy with the quality and the great price I got this whole kit for.

  The value offered in this package is phenomenal! The case alone is worth more than the entire price of the kit!
  
  The DS Lite Case: Well-padded (very well-made, quality materials) with two SEPARATE compartments to hold your DS Lite and accessories without crowding or squashing! A little crowded if you want to carry everything--but will accomodate a game, power adaptor (car OR home, not both), the stylus holder, and earphones. The included neck strap is also great--substantial. It cannot slip off the case untintentionally.
  
  The earphones: Work great, but tend to slip out of your ear easily if you're not careful of the cord.
  
  The game case: Solid, hard shell, and well made. Game is securely held along with an extra sylus if you so choose.
  
  The stylus: An exact match for the one that comes with the Nintendo DS Lite.
  
  A VERY BIG BONUS: The stylus holder--great for smaller hands or arthritic fingers! The original stylus fits right inside it--with just the tip extended. Kind of like a ballpoint pen. Easy to get the stylus in and out. Great to prevent hand fatigue!
  
  The Screen Protectors: Go on easily and the touch screen functions well with the protector--a good value.
  
  Car Power Adaptor: Haven't tried it yet, but will soon on my next road trip.
  
  Another extra bonus--One Game Case with screen cleaner: Great little touch and easily fits in the case with other accessories.
  
  Getting these items separately is a HUGE expense, and the case is impossible to match!
  
  All-in-all, THIS IS A TERRIFIC VALUE if you want to protect your DS Lite, the game cartridges, and use them away home, or on the go.
  
  I had originally ordered the pro gamers kit, which included an aluminum case (bulky and smelled of oil--no kidding), and the Airform Leather Case for NDS Lite Nitendo Console + Crystal Clear LCD Protector with Cleaning Cloth sold by Best Price Center. All of those are grossly inadequate and cheaply made. I returned them all and ordered this kit.
  
  I say again, with much emphasis: THE CASE IN THIS KIT IS VERY WELL-MADE, AND THE BEST WAY TO PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT! Don't even bother with another case. Get this one and don't be disappointed!

  The success of the Nintendo DS has brought so many smiles to young faces all over the country. Although the system has really done well in its original version, and the DS Lite, there are some companies who make accessories that aren't even as close to par. This Nintendo DS Lite Travel Kit is sadly not something that hits the nail on the head. There are a lot of accessories here that don't work very well, from the lackluster ability of the stylus, to the battery charger which has malfunctioned after only a few uses. Although the ear buds and the convient traveling case handle well, as well as the game cases, it just doesn't completely do the job.

• Good Buy for DS Lite

  Considering a DS Lite is over $120 spend the money to protect game. Purchased item for my son. Soft case will cushion DS Lite if dropped vice a hardcase which will transmit shock. My son really likes the pen stylus holder and he uses it exclusively now. The soft game case is well constructed and should last if not abused. The hard game case holder can hold 6 DS Lite games or 3 GB games (if provided insert is used) and 3 DS Lite games. I dropped the top screen protector on the carpet during installation so needless to say it has fuzz on it (threw it away so be careful during installation). The bottom screen protector fits perfectly and doesn't impact stylus input. Headphones are okay. Haven't used the car charger but I'm sure it will come in handy. Highly recommended.
  
  

• Many Handy Acessories, Not Bad!

  The acessories in this travel kit that I found useful:
  - 2 sided travel pouch
  - car charger
  - ear phone
  (i'm partial to the HORI DS Lite Inner Earphone, but good to have an extra!)
  - stylus extender
  (for full size pen stylus for extra comfort when playing games such as Elite Beat Agents)
  - extra stylus
  - game case & interchangeable tray (for GBA games)
  
  The acessories I did not find useful:
  - top & bottom screen protectors
  (the bottom one was already scratched when I opened the package! Plus, I prefer the HORI DS Lite Protective Filter for improved feel of the stylus on the touch screen.)
  - wrist strap and extra game case
  (the strap seems to be quite flimsy, and the dangling game case may really scratch the DS)
  
  Overall, pretty good value for what the kit comes with. Aside from the DS Lite, the travel pouch doesn't hold too much on the other side... making it ideal for short trips. For longer trips and extra storage, the case I recommend is the Nintendo DS Lite G-pak Organizer.

  Okay, I have two major problems with this.
  
  1. The way they packaged the screen protecters in this is crappy. When they came out they had tape glue and stuff on them and they were unusable.
  
  2. The 'screen cleaning tool' scratched my sceen. You can't tell it unless you look closely, but unneeded scratching is still bad. So just don't use this part if you order this.
  
  Those are the only reasons this doesn't get at least a four.
  
  However, the carrying case is spectacular, so is the stylus pen, now I'm not using the stylus from this because I'm worried it's not exactly like the others, however since the DS comes with two I don't see why you'd need another one anyways. But I do plan on using the extender thing, because it does really feel better.
  
  Haven't tried the earphones since I'm having ear trouble at the moment.
  
  If you want a good quality carrying case with a few decent accessories, get this.
  If you want a screen protector order something else.
  If you want both, order this and a different screen protector (since Amazon has one instock that's just five dollars).
  
  
• Close, but no cigar

  This is a cool case...and it would be even cooler if it actually HELD everything it claims it does. You can pack some of the game cases, and the wires and chargers, but if you do...there is no room for the game console itself. And there is no way the car charger fits in it unless it is completely empty. Nice construction...but was a disappointment. The gadgets are nice...but now we have to find case to hold it all! Save your money, skip the "kit" and just get the empty case. The console fits nicely, and the games will slip in the other side, no problem.

  After reading the reviews on this site, I was a little apprehensive about ordering this item. All of my fears were needless, however. I received the kit yesterday and was impressed with the quality. The case was exactly what I needed: it's not overly bulky, but it will fit the DS, the charger, 6-7 games, and the headphones. That's all I need.
  
  Though some of the items in the kit were not particularly appealing to me (e.g., I doubt that I'll ever use the padded game case), all of the pieces are relatively high quality. The headphones, the screen protectors, the stylus pen, and the car charger all work well and are really nice to have.
  
  In all, you can't really do better for the price.

  i'm an obsessor with keeping my gadgets clean-- from my laptop to my nintendo. This kit is by far one of the best quality kits that I've seen available for my nintendo. It fits everything perfectly, the case is nice and padded, and the stylus holder is awesome. It is just what I needed... now i can play for even longer without my hands tiring. I would recommend this kit to anybody!

  It's a little bulky but gives lots of storage space. The stylus pen is much more comfortable than using the regular stylus. Used the screen protectors right away...they work great and don't interfere at all. This was a lot of extras at a good price.

  I loved this kit! It has everything you need for your DS. I just recently came back from a vacation and this kit traveled very well on the plane. The head phones and car charger works great and the hard case for the DS games keep me organized. It would have been nice to have a harder case, maybe a bit bigger to carry everything, but this works very well for a new DS owner. I recommend it to anyone with a DS.

  This is not what I expected at all. The case is entirely TOO small. I thought I would be able to put everything I needed in it: game sys., adapter, games, car charger. What a waste of money I could have bought the aluminum safe case for $10 more or even less depending on where I purchased it.

  purchased as a gift for my son. In less than an hour, the zipper was broken. It is off the track and cannot be fixed. The cord which held one of the game cases broke off within the first twenty-four hours (good thing he did not have a game in it). A couple days later the larger lanyard broke as well, making that completely useless. Junk. Don't waste your money!
  
  
• Good buy for a case

  The main reason I bought this set up was for the case, I also saw the extras and thought what the heck.
  For a DS Lite case it's actually pretty nice, fits the DS in one pocket and the in the side there's room for 3-6 DS games (bout 2 in each pocket) a screen cloth and the big pen, maybe the headphones.
  The headphones are pretty cheap, I use my own sony's.
  The rest of the stuff that comes with the kit is mostly icing with the exception of the screen covers, those are another nice addition and if you read the labels before you put them on and are careful with your application they should go on nicely.
  I doubt I'll use the car charger but it's nice to have.
  The pen is actually harder to use in my opinion and I have big hands.
  The rest of the stuff is just fluff, I may use that extra case in the future but the other things like the screen cleaner pad are just silly, the pad is backed with plastic and is just too small to be of any use after a few swipes, you can get a lens cloth cheap just about anywhere.
  
  Again, for the case and the screen covers I felt like this was a good deal, the rest I probably wont get much use out of but it was cool to get.
  
  Oh I also have a hard shell on my DS lite and it still fits in the case. Theres one corner that the zipper doesnt like to go around but with some wiggling and finesse I can seal it up fine, with out the shell the DS Lite fits really nicely.

  I got this travel case at EB Games and it is awesome! It fits perfectly and is very compact for traveling. It comes with awesome stuff but I lost the screen protectors. The design rocks and it does not damage my DS Lite as I dropped it on concrete and it didn't even get a scratch! Get it for your DS Lite now!! :-) IT IS AWESOME!!!

  So I got this kit for my kids. It's a functional kit and has worked well so far. The extra stylus is nice and the pen holder for the stylus' has made it more comfortable to use them. My kids love the ear buds, especially since they can sit next to each other and share one each. They have not used the large rubber game keeper case, but it really wouldn't fit good with the game system inside at the same time. Besides one side of the pouch has little 'pockets' for a few games and so they kids stick them there and then put the ear buds and the wall power cord in as well. The car charger is nice and takes about 2 1/2 hours to fully charge the unit. Over all a great buy!

  I am surprised by all the low scores here. Sure the quality isn't top-of-the-line, but what do you expect for the price?! You get a whole lot for your twenty bucks here. There is no way you could purchase all these things for that little separately. If you want the highest quality earphones, charger, case, etc., be prepared to have shelled out $100 by the time all is said and done. This is the best option for people on a budget who want all the accessories.

  This is a good product. The only thing is you have to be very careful to stick your protective filter for the ds screens. There is a soft card included for you to smooth out bubbles. There aren't any instruction, therefore when I first peel the backing..I thought that was the one o stick it on...but actually that's not....so...I got dust on it already. Beside that, everything is very thoughtful. I like the game case that you can change one side to a holder for gb advance games. The small screen cleaning patch is cute and still useful. Neat kit. The downside is that I order this product from Amazon with my Prime 2 day delivery, I still end up receiving it on the 4th day. Not very nice experience with the prime membership. I'll give it a third try...if next time I still get my item more than 2 days, I'll just cancel my membership...why pay more, right?!

  This kit is a nice value for what you receive. If you have recently purchased a Nintendo DS you will want to get some screen protectors on it asap, and this kit comes with 2 so you can put one on each screen. I was able to get them on without bubbles, so they look very nice.
  
  The pen stylus is excellent, and this kit also comes with an extra stylus. Also, the car charger is a necessity for long road trips. I like the little attachment that attaches to the DS Lite and has a screen cleaner and an extra game case.
  
  The primary complaint that I have is that the case is black and the accessories are white. Since my DS lite is black, I would have prefered for all the accessories to be black rather than white. They should make this kit in more colors such as red, black, white, or pink.

  I think this is a great product, it holds everything nicely, there is room for 6 games. The screen covers are a little tricky to figure out how to use, so go slow and make sure you understand the steps before you affix them to the screen. When my son plugged the vehicle charger in, he pressed on the end instead of holding the sides and the end pushed in. There is no way to fix this

  This travel kit was very complete and a great price, it even had an extra stylus, the stylus holder is kinda useless unless you like a bulky pen. The car charger, headset and cartridge holders are the best part of the deal. the individual holders may be nice for some but for me, I have several games so the case was the most beneficial. Overall, a GREAT buy!

  This travel kit is the best item anywhere and for the price you really get alot of product. It is amazing how much you can fit in the travel bag. The other item that is most helpful is the stylus pen much more convenient to hold and use rather than just the stylus alone. I would recommend this item to anyone who has a Nintendo DS Lite.
  
  
• Great case for Nintendo DS

  I searched online quite a bit before deciding which case to go with my Nintendo DS. I couldn't be more happier with this product. One side the case snuggly holds your DS while the other side has storage for items of your choice. In my case I hold all six games I have, two DS touch pens, and the charger (These items do not fit perfectly as the case is designed to hold different items for everyone, but there are compartants to keep the smaller games from floating around), I also could easily get another six games in there. The durability of the case is great, I have no issues with the zipper or quality of the material. Keep in mind I am an adult owner and I do exercise care when using and handling my DS. For younger children you may want to look at a harder case, as this case wouldn't protect it much from a big fall.

  The group of accessories in this kit is great; however, this case is too small to hold even a basic set of DS "stuff" together. I ordered this and another kit on Amazon at the same time. The other kit looks like a small briefcase and holds everything. When I ordered, both were the same price (including shipping). Go for the other one.

  This is very good product. When it was brand new, the case is very tight. I guess because it's new. It comes with alot of accessories with it, you cannot put all inside in one case, but that's ok. Overall, I keep my DS safely inside this kit and I use it everyday. Great product!

  We got this for my son's DS lite game player, as an additional Christmas present. It has become just as necessary as the player its self seems to be. He uses most of the parts regularly. It's durable and roomy enough to hold what he needs to carry with his player.

  This has all you need to get started with your DS. The case is nice enough, unless you want to carry a lot of games. The screen covers fit well enough.
  
  The only real complaint are the headphones... but, I didn't expect much out of them anyway. I did expect them to be a bit smaller, though. They're kind of huge. They won't fit in my ears, and I'm an adult. I can't imagine that they'd work at all for kids either.
  
  All in all, good kit for the price. If you're looking for top of the line stuff, you'll need to dish out more cash.
