  Works well, makes your thighs feel the burn. Would have given it 5 stars if it were made more " heavy duty ". Seems a bit flimsy and like it could break at any time, but it hasnt. I have used everyday for about 3 weeks and no problems at all, and I can see a difference in my thighs already. If your inner thighs need help this is a good product to use.

  I like this product. Though I dont use it everyday because I have an awesome treadmill, but when Im tired from work, or just tired and dont want to use the treadmill for the day, I can flop down on the bed, turn on my favorite show, and use it. I saw a lot of reviews that its uncomfortable, so I was hesitant about getting it, but I found that you just have to find the right position that is comfortable. I'll work out, laying on one side for about 10 minutes, then flip to the other side of the bed and work out the other leg. Its actually kept my theighs in shape a lot better than I thought it would.

  It's really easy to use and it comes with an exercise photo guide and directions. I started to notice a difference within the first 10 days and the best part is it only takes 90 seconds to do the recommended reps! I love it!

  This is the first thigh-toner device I have ever purchased to work out with. It works really well for the most part. After a couple of weeks, I am getting used to the resistance and may end up having to purchase a new one. I can feel my thighs becoming more tone and it does do that. The only major problem I've been having is that the center piece often separates, exposing the spring and the "wing" part becomes uneven. You have to put a hand on the center to prevent this from happening, which is a little annoying. Other than that, I am overall, happy with the results it has given me.

  I bought this about a year ago to use while I watched tv or was on the computer. I do like the product and prolonged use does give you results. The only thing that was a con for me is that it is not made for shorter people. I am 5'1" and I cannot put it parralel I have to use it vertical (if that makes sense to you). My thighs are too short compared to the length of it. If they made a smaller size I would prolly use it a lot more.

  I have had a thigh toner before, which I really liked. I expected this one to be just as good. It is too small and flimsy. It needs to be repositioned after each rep. The spring in the middle keeps becoming exposed. It pinches. It is not quite symmetric, which makes it really awkward to use. Boo.

  This little thing is so great. I have only had it a few days and it is great. I was searching for something I can do while watching TV in the little spare time I have and this little wonder is great. I can use it for my arms and my thighs. It is worth it. You can actually feel it working. It was a little scary getting it out of the box, but as long as you are careful and follow the directions on the box and open it up slowly it won't spring up at you.

  I was a little disappointed in the Bally Total Fitness Toner. I purchased it because it was a little better, price wise, but now I wish that I hadn't. There is hardly any resistance at all! Now I feel that I should have paid a little more for the "Thigh Master" which is what I am going to do as soon as I am able. Thank you for allowing me to review this product. Joy

  I don't know what product is better because this is the only purchase I've made of something like this, but this one is hard to use. It is extremely hard to keep in place. The resistance is decent. The plastic covering the spring comes apart.
