  • Terrific product

    By ARUGBNQHLU7NV on 2007-05-10
I sleep on this bed about 3 nights a week and love it. I ordered a twin size, but would order a larger size if I had it to do all over again. It inflated very quickly and I haven't had any problems with it whatsoever. I also wanted a bed that was raised several iches off the floor and this one is perfect for that. I bought an inexpensive set of twin sheets, put them on, and have been happily using the bed for the past month. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for an airbed.

  • Pump works great

    By A3FXFRMB7R13TL on 2007-08-18
I ordered 2 twin-size airbeds. The built-in pump worked great and inflated the beds quickly. Only 1 of the 2 beds lost enough air to be noticeable. My visitors told me the beds were uncomfortable, too small and noisy. I guess whenever they'd move around during the night the beds would make enough noise to actually wake each other up. They said they'd rather sleep on the floor next time. So, 2 of the stars are for not having weekend visitors for a while.

  • Value greater than its price!

I used this bed myself for 2 weeks while my mother was visiting. It inflates quickly and stays inflated during use. I felt like I was sleeping on my own bed. It uses standard sheets, including fitted bottom sheet and, when fully made up passes for a real mattress & boxsprings bed. I highly recommend it.

  • holes in the seams

    By A322Q7E1Y8EVVR on 2007-11-03
I have purchased 2 of these beds over 2. Intex makes great pools, so I thought it would be a great bed. the first one had holes ini it after being used for about a week. the second one had holes in 2 or 3 seams after my 60lb son slept on it for about a month. The holes can be fixed with cray glue, but once they start coming, they keep on coming. I am dissappointed that intex makes the seams so weak. Otherwise, it inflates quickly and is comfortable.

  • The Fatal Flaw

    By A29PO60L7GYPWZ on 2008-01-24
I've had an Intex bed like this for less than a month. I was impressed by how well the pump worked, its general ergonomics, and its comfort. But now it leaks, and I can't find the leak. So I can't use it, and judging from other reviews as well as what policies the various sellers and the manufacturer have, I'm screwed. So why would I buy another one? This isn't going to be a real business until somebody has a 100% lifetime guarantee. Then they'll sell tons of these, and it will more than make up for the costs of replacing the duds.

  • Great portable bed
    By A3LO1LKEDLM422 on 2007-12-30
After reading the reviews we bought 2 beds - they were wonderful - no leakage, comfortable and having 2 layers meant no crawling around on the floor! The only problem was the plastic smell that took quite a while to air out, but once it did we had no problems. As as bed it fantastic - convenient, storable and portable. What else can you ask for?

  • Great extra bed for guests!
    By A37KE5KT9I1173 on 2007-09-24
I purchased two Intex Comfort Beds in the twin size because we were going to have guests over for three weeks. The guests got our big bedroom upstairs and the twin beds were reserved for my parents. They've been wonderful! They are fast and easy to set up and very easy to take down. We have even left the mattress pad, fitted sheet, and flat sheet on the deflated bed and rolled it all up together. It works just fine and makes it much more convenient.
Only one small drawback is that they do lose just a little air during the night. It isn't a problem for my dad, who enjoys a softer mattress, but my mom needs hers to be firm.
For the price, though, and the extra bolster underneath that lifts you off the floor more than the average air bed, the Intext Comfort Bed has been perfect for our needs.

  • Pure comfort

The blow up bed was wonderful. It was comfortable and it stayed up and did not lose air.

  • Easy, comfortable. Would recommend.
    By AMKIXZEO0935Z on 2008-04-07
I slept on this airbed for over a week and found it perfectly comfortable. It did not lose much air - I did reinflate twice but only because I like the matress firm and it had softened slightly. It was VERY quick to inflate and easy to deflate too. I did find it cold to sleep on (cold air rising up through the matress) but use a double duvet - sleep on one half and wrap the other half over you - or add a blanket etc under you and it's perfectly warm, cosy and comfortable. Would totally recommend it.

  • great value item
    By A3KTVE7WJN2HWT on 2008-05-12
I bought this bed for a 4 yr old guest and it has been very satisfactory. The mattress inflates quickly with the built-in pump and the firmness can be adjusted. The flock top stops any sliding around and sheets are easily fitted.
All-in-all a great bed - excellent value for money.

Kept losing air so I am stuck with it because I threw the box away.

  • Only good for 2 weeks
    By A2IVRLEVN6DMGC on 2008-05-24
The pump is not very good, I actally got better results by using the pump that comes with Coleman's air matresses. I's good as a temporary solution but not longer that 2 weeks of continous use. The seams on the upper section start to open and air leaks out rapidly

  • it put an end to my back pain
    By A2MJN8ET57JUYD on 2008-05-31
i bought this item in hopes of helping my morning back pain no more pain

  • Nice bed
    By A1WIJ8M99J7I9G on 2008-06-18
The bed is pretty comfy, easy to set and blow up. Shipped in a timely manner, only have needed to add a little air about once a week.

  • will wait and see
    By AOQCK641KDTZ on 2008-06-24
I just recieved my airbed today so I can not say how it will sleep. But it is not the size it is advertised to be. It is 36 inches wide and 65 inches long. Regular sized sheets fit? Not hardly!!!!!!!!!! Like I say, will wait and see.
