The Picture Doesn't Do This 3-Vehicle Set Justice!

The primary picture above makes it look like just one truck. However, the Lego Night Crusher set actually has three vehicles: A monster truck (pictured), a car, and a two-part tractor trailer. OK, so really that's four vehicles because the semi and its trailer each have a lot of complex moving pieces. All told, it's a very interesting build that any kid familiar with Legos (my five-year-old put it together with minimal assistance) will really enjoy. And then the resulting vehicles are a lot of fun to play with as well.
My only gripe is with the included sticker sheet. First off, I'm old-school about my Legos and so I'm rarely a fan of any stickers to begin with. But these are particularly bad because the instructions call for you to place several of them over multiple bricks, i.e. if you use them, then you won't be able to take the completed vehicles apart without tearing the stickers. Boo hiss to that design!
Once assembled, the car and truck are pretty static. The tractor trailer has swiveling parts that allow the truck to turn like the real thing and also to swing part of its load over its side when parked. There's also a movable ramp at the rear for loading the car onto its bed. It's a very nice interactive toy.
This is a great set for any fan of Lego building or trucks. And given the sheer number of bricks as well as their variety and uniqueness, this set is also a great value.
