  I just want to share my opinion about this product, even at the first time I was sureprised that it's made in China but fourtunately it works so fine with my Macbook 13.3". My laptop is faster now with even opening and working multiple applications in the same time.

  I bought this RAM and installed it with no problem. However, after three months the computer crashed all of a sudden with no warning. The screen went blank and it appeared the hard drive or video card had gone bad. The people at Apple were no help and just said bring it in for repairs. However, the repair department guy at Best Buy said it sounded like the RAM may be bad. After I put the old RAM back in, the computer works normal again. I am probably out the money I paid for it since it took 3 months to be defective. I hope others will learn from this.

  This is my first foray into purchasing memory, online or otherwise. Because of Kingston's outstanding compatibility information, I found the perfect match for my machine immediately, and everything works as expected. Thanks to amazon.com's search function as well. "Exact" results are much more useful than "similar" when dealing with chips, memory cards, etc.!

  Bought a new I-Mac recently with the standard 1 gib of memory. others had suggested it is much cheaper and just as easy to by your own extra memory and put it in yourself. I did so and it works fine while saving me about 80 bucks. I have used the Kingston memory before and have never had a problem with it. I recommend it for those wanting to upgrade memory in their computers, PC or Mac.

  Great upgrade to my MacBook! It really preforms at a higher level. Before the upgrade I noticed when I had photoshop and other apps opened my computer lagged a lot. Now if I have photoshop opened with bridge and my email and safari and itunes it preforms great. No lagging. Its a must have if you have many applications open at once.

  Although it took three reboots of my Dell Latitude to accept the new memory. But it works like a charm so far. I just wanted to add that I was really surprise how fast the seller (XP Passport) shipped it and the memory was well packaged. Great Job.
