  The step comes with two end pieces that snap on to raise it up to 6 inches, however they fall out so you have to hold them in place while flipping the step over. I also thought a VHS tape or some kind of detailed instruction was going to come with it. All there is, is a little piece of paper that shows you a couple of exercises and what not to do. Not at all what I was expecting for my money. Other than that, time will tell how it holds up under pressure...

  Bought for spouse who uses it with a trainer. Planning on fixing a weight to the inside to keep it more stable for her. Just a little too "lightweight" to use as it comes out of the box at least on carpet.
