  Both Eforcity's and Amazon's order acknowledgements confirmed that my order consisted of "2 of Premium Dell OEM Black Ink Cartridge T0529 / N5878 Manufactured by Dell [Compatible with Dell: 720 / A920]"
  
  Instead I received two reused, refilled compatible cartridges not manufactured or refilled by Dell. Obviously those are cheap replacements, and are not what I ordered and paid for.
