  This kit works fine with the Original Zune (Zune 30), but it doesn't work with the 2nd gen Zune 80 (and most likely none of the 2nd gen Zunes). The AC and Car changer don't work at all, the sync cable will work with the Zune 80 to sync, but it will not charge your Zune while syncing. A closer look at this sync cable's dock connector shows that only 6 of the 20 or so pins are present on the dock connector, while the MS cables have all the pins. I'm guessing MS changed which pins of the dock connector are used for charging. This is disapointing because all of the MS Zune 30 accessories work fine with my Zune 80 but because the manufacturer of these cables saved a penny by not connecting up all of the pins like the MS cables, they won't work with the 2nd generation Zunes.

  I just received mine yesterday. Mine was shipped from from another place (ClearAV) and it was a cheaper for the same thing at $7.35 even at this listed price it's a good deal. The cables and charger work fine. The brand on each of the items is "inspire" and the quality seems fair. It's handy to have these extra cables so I can leave some at work and home and not have to lug them around.

  None of the three cables that came with my order work. The car charger worked for about 2 minutes and hasn't since then. The sync cable doesn't even seem to be the right size, I practically have to force it on and off of my Zune. Another reviewer said that theirs has a brand name on it, mine are all blank. So I don't know if what is shipped isn't consistent with other orders or what. I can't complain too much with how cheap it was, just wanted to let other people know that it may not work.

  The tolerances for the Zune USB connector must be pretty low. The cables that came in this package only worked some of the time. I found myself having to wiggle the plug and replugging my Zune multiple times before my zune started to charge with these cables.
  
  In frustration, I paid the price for a Microsoft cable. Works every time, and I don't have to worry about damaging the connectors.

  I purchased these for use with my 80GB Zune and was utterly disgusted with the fact that they're cheaply made pieces of garbage that don't work with my (or anyone else's) player. The product page said it would work with my 2nd gen but none of these cables will work. The only reason why I gave one star was because you can't give a zero star or even better a negative star rating. Don't waste your time or money on these.

  BE AWARE - Those reviewers that are stating that everything is working great and giving 5 stars are not telling you that they are using GEN 1 zunes.

  Try looking for a charger of any sort for the Zune in an electronics or big box store, then figure out how much it would cost you for three of them. Continue this process by crying yourself to sleep, or just buy this package. The connections actually feel like better quality than my standard Microsoft issue cable, and I've had no problems whatsoever with any of the 3 included.

  I have a Zune 2nd gen 8 Gig. I bought this at the recommendation of Amazon. I noticed some of the lackluster reviews and the fact that they specifically list Zune 30Gb in the product name; but figured for the price, it was worth the risk. I am very happy to have ordered these items. They work great with my Zune 8 Gig. If they stop working tomorrow, I have gotten my money's worth already. Really great value here!!!

  I had reviewed this previously and rated them a two. I had paid for two day shipping and it took ten days for the item to get here. It did make it in time for Christmas, which was my main concern and given the business of the season I wasn't going to make an issue of it. I stated as much in my earlier review.
  
  Recently, the company contacted me via e-mail saying that if I removed my previous review, they would refund my expedite fees. Having been taken advantage of before, my response was that I would remove my earlier review when I saw that refund. I was then told they would not issue a refund for shipping, but I could ship the itme back to them unopened for a refund! Oh, and please remove my review. By this time I am a bit irritated because they are just wasting my time. Not to mention that their representatives don't seem to know how to use spell check since their correspondence with me contained numerous errors and removing my review will give customers an unfair slant on how they do business.
  
  Bottom line: You can get this item anywhere. Go where you will get good customer service and don't bother with this vendor.

  I was hesitant to buy after reading some of the reviews. But not only do I use it my kids are after me to get another one becuase they are always using my kit. Also, I found it to be very durable, which was a knock in one of the reviews. Don't hesitate - buy now if you need one!

  There is an old saying, you get what you pay for. The only reason I bought this combo set, is because Amazon recommended this product to buy along with the Zune and the rating was at least average. I didn't expect top of the line equipment, but I also didn't expect to have the car charger break within literally 5 days. I have bought off market cell phone chargers before and never had a problem. The wires came straight out of the plug that goes into the Zune in 5 days. There was not any unusual wear and tear nor did I ever yank on the plug. The wires just came out and made the car charger useless. I haven't even used the home charger yet, but now I am wondering what kind of piece of garbage I have with that. At least I only lost 7 dollars and some change on it. Amazon should not recommend garbage to their customers and of course I have learned once again you get what you pay for. If you go cheap, you'll get cheap junk. Hopefully, the Zune car charger I bought for 40.00 dollars will be better although the reviews on that didn't look too promising either. Also, if I was allowed to, I would have given this product ZERO stars as a rating, but Amazon makes you at least put 1 star in.

  The car and wall chargers work as they should. You plug them in, they fit tightly in the bottom of my 30 gig Zune and it charges.
  
  The USB charger is a bit less impressive. I have a horrible time getting it to plug into the bottom of the Zune correctly. It's definitely not a perfect fit and computers seem to have a bit of trouble recognizing the connection too when compared to the stock USB cable that came with the Zune. But, it does work once you get it connected.
  
  Overall, I'm satisfied with the product.

  First off, none of the chargers worked. They plug in, but no go. Then, the USB cable they send you IS NOT made for the zune. It fits, but does not work. None of the items work in this scam. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!!!

  Bought these cables so I would have an extra sync data cable & chargers. The main data sync cable does not work at all. It is not worth the risk damaging my Zune connector plug to keep jiggling it hoping it will work. Spend the money for Zune cables. These are a rip off.
  The Seller ,ClearAV, contacted me. They stated that they would replace the malfunctioning sync data cable if I removed my poor review. I did but after over a month I still have not received my cable. So, back goes the review plus the story of my experience with ClearAV.
  Think twice, no three or four times, before buying from them.

  As mentioned in other reviews, don't bother buying this for a second gen Zune. If you have a 30GB Zune though, this is a great deal and an easy way to make your Zune more portable and easier to charge from wherever you may be. All three cables attach directly to the Zune, so you don't have to carry the sync cable plus the car charger or wall charger in order to charge on the go.
