Sign. The Brigade still has a few members: elegant, intuitive Shino; obnoxiously upbeat newcomer Tabby; and long-suffering Sakisaka. Pitted against them are the sinister members of the TaN guild. The rival guilds pursue Haseo, who possesses a mysterious talent that will affect the fate of The World. Koichi Mashimo directs with his familiar, assured skill, and the special effects are impressive.
