  This is a nice, inexpensive and necessary set for your new iPod (mine is the video, 30gb model). The set contains clear sticky pieces to place on the front, back and dial of your iPod, a silicon skin and a wrap for your arm if you like to wear it while exercising. The sticky sheets must be put on slowly and on a very clean surface. Wipe your iPod off and try not to leave any lint or dust (which will cause air pockets), taking the front sticky piece (which has the center cut-out) peel off the backing and start at the top corner of the iPod and smooth it across the front, trying to push out any bubbles that may appear. If you need to lift the sheet off, any bending of the corner will cause the plastic to stay bent so try to do it right the first time. After smoothing out the bubbles, it will continue to settle and look pretty transparent. I didn't use the dial covering piece since the silicon will cover that area. After you do one piece, you've got the knack for the other piece/s. The silicon stretches nicely and snugly, but doesn't look that great when humidity causes it to stick to areas of the iPod. I found that adding a VERY light dusting of talc to the interior of the silicon skin before stretching it on, keeps the silicon from sticking to the iPod and the color of the silicon skin appears pretty even looking. The skin still stays on the iPod, protecting it from scratches. The armband is nice and slips through a slot in the back of the silicon skin but it isn't a very tight or secure fit because of the weight of the iPod and the lightness of the skin and, if you're running, I would imagine that the iPod could still slip out of the silicon skin, especially the top which has less of the silicon cover because of the screen area. I'm still able to charge it with the skin on, using my USB cable. For a first-time iPod user (like myself), this is an adequate and inexpensive accessory which will show you to what you would look for in the future, when you want to pay more for iPod protection.

  The strap is long enough but not comfortable. I took it to work and ended up with three bruises on my arm because of it! There isn't any support or comfort. The case works well.
  The screen protectors were old and/or cheap. The placement stickers didn't come off all the way so I have gunk on my screen and iPOD's backside.

  This case is very simple. It is not as rugged as an iSkin. It does not have a belt clip. It fits very well on my 30G Video iPod. With the skin on, the "hold" button is a bit hard to activate.
  
  The screen protector is a bit odd. It fits over the entire front of the iPod, not just the screen. It's in three pieces with diecuts for the click wheel. The directions are very scant, and I didn't realize that you DON'T take the pieces apart: you attach then as if there is only one piece.
  
  With the protector on, the iPod behaves as it should. No problem using the click wheel.
  
  However, this particular screen protector is obviously not intended to be used with this case, since the case has it's own click wheel cover!
  
  It's still an overall good value.

  Don't bother wasting your money on this, it's flimsy and does not form fit the iPod Classic 80. Also the clear plastic lcd cover does not fit well.
  
  I should have used this money and bought a harder case from another company like Belkin.

  Although the product descripstion is exactly what you get. I did not like the way it fit the Ipod. Also The silicone that goes over the track wheel makes it very hard for the track wheel to recognize that it is supposed to be doing something. In the end I decided to chuck the case and leave the Ipod caseless.

  This is an extremely flimsy -- cheap -- rubber construct- not worth even 1 USD. I saw these things sold by Beijing street vendors. And I cannot believe that the same cheap , ugly , ill fitting, looks like made out of cycle tube, is being sold here in the US on the internet masked as an Amazon vendor.
  
  I have bought this and suffered the loss that I deserve too. Next time I will go to the Apple Store or to the Radio Shack and get Belkin SIlicone cover or a Hard case. I understand their value now.
  
  Believe me you will not want any one including yourself to see you with your 80GB Ipod in this cheap stuff. And you will break your Ipod too for it will fall out. That arm band too is a sham -- the whole thing would break or fall out if you put it that way.

  The product came as described, with the armband included. It does indeed fit the new 80 gig iPod classic, but the fit is off. It is a little loose, and the case is too thick over the scroll wheel, so you can't scroll very well while the case is on.

  I don't think I would get this again. The silicon over the navigation wheel made it so I could not, or only erratically, scroll thru my iPod. I just cut that part out of the case [caveman solution], and now I can navigate. I also occasionally put my iPod in a docking unit to play stuff at my girlfriend's house, and I have to pull up the cover to dock -- kind of a nuisance. If this item was $2 it would be OK, but not the $10 or so I ended up paying [including the shipping to Alaska].

  Item had to be altered inorder to work. The film cover over the control wheel is too thick and would not allow the wheel to be used.Adhesives used were awefull , the arm band is too large and the elastic is weak. I have been so disappointed by products out of China that are supposedly compatible for iPod products. I will buy direct from Apple in the future and then be satisfied with the product.

  I purchased the black silicone case package for my 80g iPod Classic and it looks sick on the iPod but the flexibility of the material makes it extremely difficult to operate the clickwheel, sometimes I have to reach under the casing to just select my music, adjust volume, and scroll through my music lists. Over time it seems the silicone material has stretched out making it even more frustrating to use the clickwheel.
  The screen protector is great except that it came with an annoying sticker on it and removing it left behind an unattractive sticky film that was impossible to remove.
  The armband itself was big, bulky, unattractive, and didn't seem to work very well without cutting off the circulation to my arm - that was thrown out within the first week.
  I wouldn't reccommend this product, for the price you could find something much more iPod user friendly.

  I recently purchased the case that was supposedly designed for the new 6th generation 80gb ipod classic. What I got was a case for the 5th gen 30gb ipod. They are about the same size, but not exactly, so the case is a bit loose fitting. I guess it could have been a shipping error, but its more likely that they haven't actually come out with a case for the 6th gens yet.

  Case is nice, fits my 80GB Classic, however, the back of the silicon case does say 30GB. The only thing I DON'T like about it is that the touch wheel on my iPod does not work with the case on. For a quick fix, I cut the middle circle out (where the click wheel is), works fine for now. For the price, can't beat it. Still looking for a case that's a little more durable though.

  The price of this item is very attractive, however, it will keep giving you a hard time! The sensetivity of the scroll falls dramatically. You need to keep scrolling & scrolling to thing you want. The strap is a joke, I wouldn't trust to put my 300$ iPod on it. The screen opening is not tight enough. I would not go for this item unless I don't have money to get a better one.

  I purchased this case as just a protective skin for my IPod when I am not using my leather or aluminum case. It works great, and it comes with an arm band that allows you to use your IPod when excerising or doing yard work.   On the positive side:The case fits my 80gb Ipod video like a glove. The strap is comfortable and holds it in place on my arm even while running.
  
  On the negative side: The rubber part that covers the controls is a bit to thick so and I could only use the push button functions. I took a sharp blade to the offending bit so I don't have the problems with the control anymore.

  I like this product a lot. I have a 5.5 Generation 30GB iPod, and the case fits perfectly! I haven't used the armband and I think I never will. The click wheel keeps working perfectly, no distortions here. The Hold switch is a little complicated, but minimum... not really a problem.
  
  The screen protector is quite cool actually. The protector is covered by two layers of plastic. You remove the first layer and then apply the protector (make sure you get it right the first time) and then you remove the second layer. Very clever way of applying a protector. The protector covers all the front of the iPod, not just the screen, which is cool yet unnecessary since the rest of the front is covered by the silicon case. There's also a protector for the back, but I didn't used it because the silicon case protects the back.
  And once the protector is applied you can't even tell it's there. Sweet!!! :D
  
  The only reason this case gets 4 stars instead of 5, is the additional triangle on one side. I don't think this is really necessary, and it looks a little weird also.
  
  Don't think you will regret getting this case. It has worked perfect for me!!!! Go for it!

  This cover fits my 6th generation 80gb classic iPod perfectly. Buy this for the best protection available and snug fit. Don't bother with the screen protector it will scratch your click wheel unless you cut it far away from the click wheel.
  
  The case itself covers the click wheel but the plastic screen cover comes down around it which isn't necessary anyway. If you want to use it just cut it so only your iPod screen is covered. I don't bother with it as I start my iPod and insert it in this case in reverse, screen facing inward. It's easy enough to place in and take out.
  
  Overall: Buy this, it offers great protection against scratches and falls, comfortable feel, snug fit and pretty good looks.

  I really like this product. I bought one like it before but dirt got underneath the case and scratched my iPod. With the three pieces of plastic to cover the body and the screen, the iPod stays cleaner and the surfaces are better protected. I have not used the armband but I like the unit. The only negative is that there is no hand strap with this unit even though the little tab that sticks out has a hole for one. I used another hand strap that I had and find it very helpful to make sure you don't drop the iPod while working with it.

  I bought this a week ago for my new ipod classic 80gb. The case I recieved says 30gb on the back. Even so, the silicon case itself is good, it fits the 80gb well and seems to be durable. All the ports are easily accesible with the skin on, and I haven't had a problem with it collecting dust or anything. The touch wheel is a bit harder to use with it on, it's less responsive. The plastic screen and back protectors I received are virtually useless. There are little stickers on them that do not come off easily. While it would be great to have protectors on the ipod, which is one of the reasons I bought this product, there is no way I am going to use them if they have spots of sticky gooey stuff and pieces of paper on them that won't come off!! Overall the case is pretty good for the price, just don't count on the screen protectors being of any use. I read some of the other reviews and not everyone had this problem with them, so I guess it's just a game of chance. Maybe I got some that had been sitting in a warehouse drying out for a long time.

  The reason for buying this item was the silicon case for 80 GB iPod Classic.
  The case is cool and fits very well enabling me to access every connectors in device. Sometimes there's a problem beacause it seems that the ipod jog button looses sensitivity in the circular movement.
  
  I didn't use the screen protectors because they had a sticker with lots of glue and I couldn't clean the protector.
