HDMI is about digital info. These cables do it at least as well as those $100 cables.

needed a couple of short hdmi cables to make my setup look a little cleaner. ordered these and couldnt be happier. they are very thick and well built cable. hooked both up to my ps3 and passed a 1080p blueray signal to my tv, looked absolutely stunning. dont let the price fool you, these cables are the real deal.

Having purchased both expensive HDMI cables (e.g., $50+ for 3M) and this product (about $10 including shipping for 1M), I can assure you that there is absolutely no difference between the quality of the video output on a 42" Hitachi 1080i. Also, you can rest assured that this product is a fairly heavy duty cable; it's not some flimsy, light weight cable that you might expect at this price point. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this cable, and 1M is ideal for connecting a cable box or DVD player that are typically fairly close to your A/V receiver.

This order totaled $8.40 but the shipping was $24.90 for standard USPS (U.S. Mail) shipping. You may save money on the cable but they will get you on the shipping.
It is a good thing that I did not request overnight or express shipping.
Save your money and go to a local store!
Forget about expensive cables..

I started my HD experience with brand new 26" 720P TV and HD DVD player. In order to have the best performance I could afford, I didn't doubt to buy the "best" cable available..... everything went fine until a friend bend it too much and damaged it. As you can imagine, I replaced it with the same model. For my surprise, I found at Amazon that similar HDMI cables were sold at 5 times lower price. Inmediatly, I bought two of them (1 and 3 FT), with identical results. At least to my and my buddies eyes, there's no significant difference between the expensive and less expensive cables. In my case, I won't go for expensive cables again.

paid less than $5 for this cable and get an awesome picture. I just can not justify the money for a monster cable. I can not imagine a better picture than I am getting now. Save the money and go with something like this and put that extra money into DVD's...up-convert DVD player..anything.. This is my second cable from thie co and both work great.

Product was not as pictured--looks way different. And was definitely not "gold plated". I nother words a rip-off. It does work/make the connection and was inexpensive....enough so that I won't bother to return it, but will be buying another brand and suppose I'll keep this as a spare for emergancies.

I bought this cable to replace an $80.00 cable I had to buy at the local electronics store since my new HDMI receiver did not come with one. I replaced the expensive cable as soon as this one arrived and I saw ZERO difference in picture or sound quality. Just make sure 3ft is enough length for your setup. Quality product at a cheap price!

I'm so glad I didn't go out and spend the 50 bucks on one at the store. My husband ragged on me about it until we got and it was just as good as the pricey ones and it works just as good.
