  I purchased this product at a local sports show, and paid $15 more for it than it is here. Price aside, it is a decent gun, much better than my first AEG. If you use .2 gram BBs, it is reasonably accurate, even with wind. It seems really sturdy, but I'll really find that out on my first op with my friends in the spring. There are problems, though: The mag capacity is small, especially on full auto. I would advise purchasing extra clips, which go from 3 to 10 bucks apiece and can be connected for easy reloading. Be careful when loading: there is a little switch by the feed for the ammo that will send your just-loaded bbs, all over the place. Also, the scope that came with mine is poor: the adjustments for the light do not affect the position of the light. Overall a great buy for those just getting into airsofting. Heck, at this price, why not buy two and go Rambo on your friends? :)

  I, a 16 year old (son of the user), have had this gun for a good 4 months. I have played with it in about 10 skirmishes. i'd really like to give you a good idea of the gun.
  
  the look of the gun when u first get it is amazing. all the accessories are pretty easily put on. the body is solid, but the handgrip is a bit loose. the mag well is very good with little movement, but it has never fallen out on me. u hav to give it a good hit to try and tear it out. the mag comes out swiftly with the release. expect to do mag exchanges with ur secondary hand. i kno some people like to use the trigger hand for that.
  
  The RIS is solid but the accessories are a bit loose. the sights r great and the rear sight can be vertically adjusted.
  
  the battery holder is a bit loose but does the job. putting in the battery is easy, u can do it under 7 seconds.
  
  the stock is solid when extended, but comes out too easily when folded.
  
  the build of the gun is pretty awful. this is not a gun u will want to take apart, too many screws, and it took hours trying to figure out what went where again when putting it back together.
  
  accuracy is decent with the fps of the gun. (i measured it to be about 230fps with .12g) i do not recommend using .2g bbs, the gear box is plastic and if u use full auto a lot ur running a slight risk of cracking the gear box. dont expect to do any upgrades on this gun.
  
  now for the accessories. the flash light is great, the laser was good while it lasted, the button broke and stays on so the batteries just die. the scope is bad. with the accuracy of the gun, wind adjustments cant be made to come close to where they should be. at night u wont be able to see anything even if there is some light out from the moon, ur flashlight, or dusk sunlight. the foregrip is pretty good, a bit loose.
  
  dont wear heavy clothes!!! u wont feel or hear the bbs hit unless ur within 15 feet.
  
  overall, if ur thinking about joining the world of airsoft its damn good for the price. dont expect to use it more than a year. a lot of airsoft fields wont let u use it bc the fps is so low. once ur into the game i recommend getting a better gun, dont go straight for a tokyo marui. JG have a good record as do H&K and Echo 1. If your willing to spend more money, get a Classic Army gun, i hear they are very durable and highly upgradable.

  I just got this gun a couple days and am already loving it. It has pretty good accuracy for its range and givin the fact its an AEG, and its power is phonominal,although I havent hade a chance to skirmish with my friends I will bet it to do some serious damsge. there are some minor flaws but not with the gun its self just with the accessories; the first one is the sight dosent really aline true to the center (could just be a broblem with my gun) and the fact that my flashlight stoped working almost immediatly (also probobly just a problem with my gun) but in the longshot the gun is definately worth the money. And im not mary im her son.

  I bought this gun when I was first getting into Airsoft and, granted, it's no where near top of the line. But I'm a casual player, and this gun is just perfect. It shoots fast, it shoots hard and it's surprisingly durable for the price. Three months later, and I'm still toting this thing to matches with friends.
  
  If you're looking for mag capacity, this gun isn't your best bet. The maximum capacity in both mags is around 40 BBs, and there's no larger mags available for this weapon, unfortunately. The mags are also non-well, meaning you have to feed the BBs in via a speed loader (don't let the "speed" fool you there -- it takes a good long while, especially during a match, to reload the mags). The gun depletes fast, and it's a pain to reload.
  
  Slow loading and low capacity aside, this gun was definitely a smart purchase for a first-time gun. It's held up better than a few of my other, more expensive AEGs. And yeah, there's bound to be some wear and tear (the safety just broke on mine), but if you're a casual player looking to get into the game, I'd definitely recommend it.

  Allright, thuis gun is so much more than i was hoping for. its accurate, and its an incredible price. its pretty hard hitting. i was putting holes in a cardboad box from 50 feet away.
  im not new to airsoft, and i really wish that my first gun was as nice as this one
  if you take it out to have a little fight with your friends, i reccommend extra clips.
  the mag capacity is about 45, and the load time is annoyingly long

  i've had this gun a little over a mounth now and it still works great. don't bother useing the scope though it's a peace of junk the guns not acurit enough for it anyway. this gun is great for mid range rapid fire don't get this gun if u want a sharpshooter. the folding stock was broken when i got it but a little bit of vel crow fixed that easy. the strap also broke but a zip tie fixed it. don't get me wrong this it a tugh gun it's been drop, banged up and runs like new. so yea get it!!!!!
  
  
• Great Gun, but be aware of what you are buying

  I have had this gun and the G36 conterpart (also from Double Eagle) for almost 6 months now and I am extremely satisfied with both. I am just a backyard player so the Fps of the gun is just right for the size area I play in. As stated in other reiews, the atachments are overall useless, the scope is pointless because the gun isn't al that accurate and the red sight is hard to adjust. The laser aim has the same accuracy problem and stopped working after a few months. I investigated the problem and discovered that the wires had broken off the button. This could be repaired with sodering but I haven't gotten around to that. The silencer looks cool but with the ectended barrel it will increase the chances of breaking off the barrel. I have tested the accuravy with and without the silencer and ironically found it at short ranges (10 feet) to make the shots less accurate. The flashlight is actually very bright and is probably the most useful of the attachments. So as far as the attachments go, they are just for show and don't lend or detract from the overall effectiveness of the gun itself.
  
  The actual gun itself is very sturdy and though I havn't droped it it feels like it could survive some heavy hits. The gun has a nice heavy feel to it and the strap that comes with it is durable and works well. The Fps on the gun is pretty good with the .12 gram BB's they go far but lose accuracy at around 100 feet. Getting this gun you should realise that you arn't going to be able to aim at anything smaller than a person and actually expect to hit it. After 100 ft you'll have to rely on luck that your BB's will hit your target but it is still good for pinning at that range. The .2 gram BB's make the gun more accurate but less range and using the .2 gram in the plstic gear case is risky so I would stick with the .12 gram. The stock folds nicely and I haven't had any troubles with it popping out of place when folded in. The clips are rather shallow so you'll have to conserve ammo or have more clips. The clips load very easily into the gun and make for a fast reload. You can also link them together and they hold together very well.
  
  The only troubles with the gun I've had is that the single shot stopped working, when you pull the trigger it fires but then it doesn't reset and becomes loose. This isn't a major problem because you can tap the trigger on the auto setting and it is essetially a semi auto.
  
  So overall a great gun for the price (though shipping gets a little expensive) as a buyer of this gun you just need to be aware that it won't be as accurate as a video game or a real gun. But it will last and as a backyard gun is probably the best you can get for this price.

  The thing about this gun is, it is made for a few guys to get together and go airsofting. For that purpose this gun is awesome, dont think twice. On the other hand if your goig into a tournament of some type, for one thing, try looking at guns a little pricier (if u dont wanna get totally owned) and this isnt the gun for you, nedless to say, the customer service on this was tremendous, and im thinking of even buying another one myself lol so peace

  I purchased this gun for my son who is into having airsoft wars with the kids in the neighborhood. It was listed at about $100.00 on sale for $24.00. It turned out to be a good buy. There was an issue with the battery operated scope which has an intermittent on/off problem, but other than that everything is still operational several wars later. The pretend screw-on silencer couldn't handle the rigors of neighborhood war mongers
  and.........was broken off! Plastic seems to do that! At any rate, a little glue corrected the problem and they're back in action.
  The gun overall seems to be well constructed of mostly hard plastic and
  some metal. For 24 bucks, you can't beat it!

  Bought for my son and when it came in it looked really good. However within 3 days the clasp that was on the stock broke and with in a week and a half it would not shoot any more. I would suggest paying more and getting somthing that is better quality.

  well, when you get the gun, its beautiful, it shoots well and is fairly accurate. But about a week later, the folding stocks' clip broke and now it has been glue in place, then the laser literaly fell apart, starting with the wire connection and then the actual touch pad. Other than that its fairly nice, dont get it for the folding stock or laser though, this will be your down-fall.

  First of all, i am not just a little kid on his dad's computer, i think this was a great gun if your just playing for fun. I really suggest you get some extra clips because it can run out fast if you use it in the fully automatic feature. I thing you should be cautious getting the extra mag. because there are magazines that are for a gun named just like this one and i got the wrong one. It sucked! This is a great gun though.

  Its an O.K gun. cheap as it gets, but not that high quality. It comes with alot of neat stuff, like a lazer, flashlight, and folding stock, but all of 'em junked out on me in like, the first month. But the gun is still goin good. The tip of the barrel broke, and the clip gets stuck some times, and i expect its not gona last me much longer. It shoots lightly, and u can barly feal it from over like 10yards. But for the price, its a good buy.

  I bought this gun as a beginner and its terriable fps horific and the bullets curve after shooting 10ft. It's also takes forever to load you need at least 4 extra clips if you intend to stay in the game. The only thing its good for is on full auto on some one in close quarter combat. It's also good on full auto as far as 20 ft it will work.this is also a high begginer gun. For the the money a jip I highly recomend a co2 gun there sometimes cheaper and shoot 400fps this thing shoots 45 fps.

  This gun is great. It works perfect and even though the magazine capacity is low it is still really fun. Me and my friends like to have airsoft wars(although i've never been in one) and this gun seems like it can kick some butt. Although i would suggest getting a speed loader do to the low mag. capacity. But besides that i would definitly recommend this gun. And i'm not Kim, i'm her son.

  A good Airsoft gun, it held up pretty well, considering it got sat on. Unfortunately, it doesn't shoot very straight now, I had to glue the barrel back on. Also, the clip that held the extendable stock in place broke, although it was probably from wear and tear. I liked that it came with everything (flashlight, laser sight, scope, silencer, hand grip) all for a reasonable price.
