• Pretty good for a short workout!

  I am big fan of the Firm and own many of their products. I was skeptical about this workout at first because it is only 20 minutes long. However, I decided to buy it because Allie is the lead instructor and she is one of my favorites from the Firm. I did this workout for the first time yesterday and by the end of the 20 minutes, I had worked up a sweat! Today, my muscles are sore, especially in my backside! This would be a good workout for days when you don't have a lot of time or when you want to add it on to another short workout. The main reason that I gave it 4 stars is because it is only 20 minutes long. Otherwise, it's a good workout.

  I am a FIRM believer from way back, but I never owned the FIRM sculpting stick. This one is different than the original stick, but it can easily be modified to accommodate older FIRM workouts utilizing the original sculpting stick. I ordered this mainly to have a workout that could easily travel with me and it does.
  
  The workout is very brief, but I gotta tell you - I was sore the day after I used it the first time. It's a no excuses workout. Even when I think I can't fit in a workout, I can ALWAYS find time for this one, so there is no excuse for going off my fitness regimen! I highly recommend this product if it's used along with other(longer) cardio and weight training workouts.

  I, too, like some other reviewers was a little concerned about the length of the workout and whether it would be beneficial. Trust me, this workout is worth doing. Allie is one of my favorite Firm instructors and as she says "4 limb" routines is tough. You can use this routine when you are really taxed for time. Thank you Allie and The Firm for another great workout routine.

• Good workout for legs

  I bought this tape to have an alternate exercise plan for the sculpting stick. This is a great exercise tape if you need work on your legs. Since my legs are one of the few things that are nice, I don't really feel this cd is for me. It's a very thorough workout. If you need work on your legs and like the sculpting stick, you'd probably like this workout.

  I am a fan of Firm Workouts. I enjoy the workouts and am thrilled with the quick results I get from them. I ordered the sculpting stick because I needed one to use with some of the previous workouts The Firm put out a few years back. This sculpting stick is quality made. I love the foam around the bar and the way you twist the 3 parts together to lock them in. I have not used the first sculpting stick The Firm put out, but based on reviews I've read this new one seems to be much better. I gave the product 4 stars only because the workout included with the stick was very easy. I would have liked something a little more challenging.
  
  
• Firm 3in1 Sculpting Stick Pro, Just What I Was Looking For!

  The Firm 3 in 1 Sculpting Stick Pro was just what I was looking for. I needed something to use to help me stretch and tone and with the Included Workout DVD gave me More then I Asked for.
  The "Stick" is actually 3-3lb weight sticks that connect together to form 1 9lb stick that is the perfect length to work with. Used seperately as dumbells or together as a weihted bar that is Excellent for Stretching
  DVD has an aerobics routine that Beginners or advanced will find effective. I just used the DVD to get Ideas to incorporate into My Own Workout that I was already doing with Excellent Results.
  The Only thing I would do to improve this product is to offer a version in a Higher Weight Range. At 9 lbs. I found it a little too Light for ME but I Still Enjoy Using It.

  I am a very avid Firm Believer. I own over 70 workouts, and this one is perfect when I am too tired or short on time. I can still get a workout in in 20 minutes. I was a little skeptical at first, but due to my really busy schedule I a was very happy!
  
  
• Getting buffer by the day!

  The sculpting stick is an amazing tool to get results VERY quickly. I have dropped almost 10 pounds in just over a month and I can definitely tell a difference in how I look. I would suggest getting other Firm videos that utilize the sculpting stick - the 20-minute video included w/ the stick is great, but there are other videos with longer and more intense work-outs.
  
  
• Short but Intense Workout and Great Sculpting Stick

  I love the FIRM's 3-1 Sculpting Stick and the workout that comes with it!! The stick is a high quality piece of equipment and can be used to perform some older Firm workouts, like BSS 2, that require the use of a stick... this one weights 9 pounds total whereas the older one (the one they used in BSS 2 videos) weighted 8 pounds total. Anyway, the workout is a lot of fun. Allie Del Rio as always does an excellent job. It is only 20 minutes, but I am sweating at the end!! Every major group of muscles, upper and lower, are worked. I usually pick this video for "active" rest days and pair it with Jiggle Free Abs or another abs workout. It is a nice change for my usual cardios and weight trainnings during the week. Some day I will try to do this video twice for a more intense sculpting session. For now, it works very good as I am using it. I highly recommend this product!

  i LOVE to do this workout in the morning before i get in the shower, only thing is, i'm going to get bored quick! can anyone suggest which of the other stick videos are the best to incorporate the sculpting stick into?

  I bought the 3-in-1 for mobility and it gets an A+. It is versatile and easy to use. You can get a good workout. I still haven't watched the dvd workout.
  
  
• Nice workout!

  This is a great way to get a good workout done in a short amount of time. You really feel all the moves you do. It is easy to follow and the stick you get with it makes it fun. Do it twice without the stick your first two workouts and you will be sure to get the moves down and done properly. I think it adds to my collection of workouts that I will keep doing!!!

  This is a great workout for a short video. I use it as a warm up before my normal workout, or when I just want a quick boost. It has a great design to it, it is comfortable in the hand, and is not too heavy for a beginer, 9 pounds.

  As a personal trainer, I love this product to add to my clients workouts to add balance and resistance. The convenience of breaking down the bar to a shorter weight is an added bonus as well.
  
  
• Nice and short

  I enjoyed this workout, the sculpting stick keeps it interesting, especially if you are used to weights. I would have loved a longer workout, or at least a second workout on the dvd, since there are not really any more dvds out there, that I could purchase and use with the sculpting stick. The instructor is really good and not annoying, very motivating.
