Classic Tomica, play-rail addition set

This Thomas the Tank Engine addon set is the last of the Japanese based "Tomica" "Play-rail" sets sold in the US. Now, target et al sell a modified track system that's no longer compatible with the Japanese one. Awesome find if you're into that. We brought home a train station from Japan last year, so this was an golden find. For those not already vested in the tomica gauge track, don't lock yourself in to this obsolete format.

The train track was a great addtion to my grandson's Thomas track that came with his steam train set up. It allows you to make a variety of set ups with loops and curves. Although the bonus car track is a disappointment. We have difficulty keeping the sections together. That is the only reason I scored this a 4 was because of the failure on the track for the cars....Otherwise a good investment to let his train layout grow.
