It helps a lot

Although it take some time to get use of it, but it really helps me.
Did Nothing for Me

While soft and almost undectable under clothing, it did not do anything at all for me. It's just an aparatus to wear that becomes cumbersome and irritating. I returned it. Instead I bought the posture pillow by posture pedic. You lay on it 5-20 minutes per day and it puts your spine in the correct position, elongating and shortening the necessary muscles for proper posture. It costs more, but it really works.

This product is easy to use and put on for one person. I bought this product due to my shoulders rolling forward in hopes that it would help me pull them back. It does put pressure on my shoulders, but due to the fit of the harness, my underarms were being rubbed uncomfortably. Alternatively, if I could hold my shoulders back the way I should, I don't thing there would be rubbing. Seems like it's a give and take.
Works exactly as it should

My posture is horrible. However, this particular posture brace comfortably pulls back my shoulders, and allows me to have proper posture. It is almost invisible under an assortment of clothing, including well-fitting shirts. Well worth the small investment to stand up straight, and do so comfortably! Zero criticisms.
Posture corrector?

This is a very uncomfortable item and totally useless in correcting posture. Binding around the arms and impossible to wear with any degree of comfort.
