  The good: I received my case a few days ago and placed my Ipod Classic in it. I got the black case for my black Ipod. The case appears to be well made, has clean features, is sturdy, and holds the Ipod perfectly. The Ipod is unlikely to get scratched by this case since it cannot move around inside. Plus, the case is lined with a thin, soft foam layer on the front and back. Unlike the ISkin (which I had on my last Ipod), you can remove and replace the case in a second by flipping open the hinged door and accessing the Ipod. The not so good: The three-piece clear screen protectors were very thin, with a short strip of tape attached to them. Removing the tape left behind a thin layer of paper and adhesive (like you pulled a label off a jar). I trashed the not-so-transparent protectors at that point. With the transparencies gone, the case on, what you have is a nice case with the Ipod's screen, click wheel, hold button, headphones port, and dock connector exposed. If you're careful and lucky with your Ipod, this is a good deal though.

  I bought a new iPod classic 80gig and wanted to protect it's sleek exterior. I saw this case listed at a pretty amazing price and I'm a fan of anodized aluminum, so I ordered it. It arrived very quickly, as in a couple of days on standard shipping.
  
  
  The package consists of 4 things. The metal case that holds the iPod, a couple pieces of clear static-adhesive plastic to protect the areas that are open in the front of the case, and a belt clip thing.
  
  It seemed almost too simple. You put the clear sheet of plastic over the front of the iPod and then you pop the iPod into the case. Done.
  
  I was bummed because as I was doing this simple task, I scratched the bejeezus out of the clear plastic sheet with the clasp of the case. It was a bonehead move to be sure, but dang. Good thing I had that clear plastic sheet on there, or I would have gouged the screen on my brand new iPod.
  
  I do not like the large protruding button on the back of the case where the belt clip (that I will never use) clips on, and I'm going to try and remove it. Given my performance mentioned above, I'll probably end up putting out my eye.
  
  My only other issue would be this: the iPod is sleek, small, classy looking when not in the case. When in the case, it appears to be made by the Hummer corporation. but I guess that's what it's for. It really does protect your investment.
  
  Do it up. It's cheap and does exactly what you want it to, protect.

  For the money, this is a superb product. It's worked out very well for me and my iPod Classic 160G. The only drawback I can think of, is that you have to take the iPod out of the case to dock it, but a USB or Firewire adapter fits in w/o removing it. It even came with two adhesive screen protectors that I have seen sell for more than the whole package is offered here for.

  Overall, it'a a sturdy case that offers good protection. The negatives are the plastic button on the back does not unscrew like it does on some higer end cases.
  I ended up breaking it off with some pliers since I had no need for it. Also, you cannot place the ipod in a cradle while in the case.

  You get what you pay for. The box the case came in was already opened, it did not come with the screen protectors and overall very cheaply made. They even sent me the wrong size! Do not buy this product. It isn't worth it.

  This was supposed to come with a screen protector, but it didn't!! It doesn't even close properly! It's a nice looking case, but that's about it. What I want is a case that at least protects my ipod and closes properly! I asked for a refund. If you ordered it and aren't happy with it, do the same.

  The case is extremely easy to use. I can't say the same for the plastic screen protector it came with. It left bubbles underneath it, so we just threw it out. It didn't leave any sticky residue behind, though. We were happy with the protection the case gives, and my daughter likes the metallic color.

  IThis is my second one of these, for another iPod I own, the belt clip is useless on these, as the first one broke off the metal case, also the screen protector is a film and not a hard plastic protector.

  The case is sturdy and is good quality. The only thing I don't like about it is that it does not have a hard clear cover for the iPod screen.

  Well, the product came intact, with all of the things promised to be given in the order description, but one thing that got me angry was that I ordered an electric blue case. And guess what, I got a lavender colored case. It works fine, but i suggest you look at the color before shipping it to the destination.

  First of all, I had trouble fitting my 80gig Ipod inside. I had to remove some padding inside in order to close it. I'm also afraid my Ipod might pop out since the latch isn't very securely shut.
  
  The clip on the back doesn't grip very well either. I am a runner and I don't trust it not to work loose. In fact, I had it clipped to my pocket once and out it came and my Ipod crashed to the floor. I wouldn't recommend this product.

  this is a good cover protector for my ipod.i got 2 one for a 160g and one for a 80g and they do the job real good.just a little advice bend the clip in just a little so when you snap the box is nice and close tight
