Poor Installation Instructions

The product needs to be carefully installed on the GPS screen so that it does not touch any of the edges of the screen. Otherwise, the touch screen function does not work. How nice it would have been for the instructions to have said so! That said, JAVO's customer service pointed this out when I tried to return the item and, thus far, it works.
