Put a new twist on push-ups with the Pushup Pro. Pushup Pro is portable and works on any floor surface, great for home, office and travel. As a result, your arms will get the full workout that only Pushup Pro can provide. Pushup Pro's rotating grips allow arms and shoulders to move naturally. More muscles are targeted more effectively while reducing strain on wrists and joints. Pushup Pro Strengthens and tones your chest, shoulders, arms, back and abs. Whether you're 8 or 80, beginner, advanced, or an expert at doing pushups, the Pushup Pro is for you. Each handle on the Pushup Pro features a rotating handgrip that allows your arms to twist naturally while you exercise. The Pushup Pro is designed to give you a comfortable, safe, and effective workout every time. The simple push-up is one of the easiest and most effective exercises that you can do. It doesn't require an expensive home gym, and the benefits to you and your body can be tremendous. Perform a better push-up each and every time and experience this classic exercise like never before with the Pushup Pro.

Sculpt, tone, shape, and define your upper body quickly and efficiently with Jack Zatorski's Push-Up Pro. Unlike with regular pushups--which put a lot of strain on the wrist--the Push-Up Pro encourages a more natural movement of the arms and shoulders, thus putting less stress on the wrist. Even better, the rotation movement engages more muscles than traditional pushups, creating a challenging upper body workout that delivers results within 10 days. The Push-Up Pro consists of a pair of grip handles that sit comfortably on the floor or against the wall. You simply grab the handles, place them shoulder-width apart, and start your workout. The handles will help you strengthen and tone your chest, arms, back, shoulders, abs, and more. And should you need a little structure to your workout, the Push-Up Pro comes with The Ultimate Upper Body Workout and Nutrition Guide.

  • Ingenious

    By A24QAZ8J58BNV8 on 2007-10-07
I bought this product three weeks ago, and have used it about 15 total days. After a few uses, I realized the genius of these Push-Up Pros.
First, I tried them on the floor. As a middle-aged female, who can do no more than 15 men's push-ups at a time, these tools did not make it any easier for me to do more. I was kind of disappointed, although I realized my wrists did not feel as much strain. So, I kept them in direct view of my couch, hoping to be inspired while watching television. Seeing them in front of me, I used them a few more times, on the floor with the same results.
THEN, one night I decided to try them on the wall. I placed them on the wall and proceeded to do an entire workout. It felt incredible. I put them at different levels, stretching my back, my legs, holding my weight against the wall, and doing push-ups at my leisure. The next day, I noticed improvement in the core of my body and my posture: I felt almost like an olympic swimmer. After a few weeks, I noticed the flab on my arms diminishing. My super-toned muscles of younger days are now making a comeback.
The principle of this item is simple: there are no attachments necessary, and no markings are left on your wall or flooring. It is simply a way for one to exercise against the weight of his or her own body. Ideally, this is what we all should strive for, to be able to lift and control our own body weight (call it isotonics, kinetics, or whatever you want). I recommend a day of rest between extensive workouts, to give your shoulders recovery time.
The handles could be a little more comfortable, and I believe the makers of this product will soon realize so. These are, however, completely portable, inexpensive, and not a dangerous contraption, therefore I give them a top-rating.

  • The Essentials

    By A1WCO6WMRB0CTK on 2007-11-06
There is another version of this same invention currently available. It's twice as expensive and looks bigger. Well, if you need added cushion, padding, etc., then you might want to buy that one. I got THIS one, however, and think it was well worth it. Some people might complain that the handles are not "comfortable" enough. The first session I did I thought the same thing. However you get used to that very quickly. It's like anything, it takes some getting used to. The good thing about this device is it is so simple. It takes up no space at all, and basically the work is up to you. It's definitely worth the money.

  • It works, but feels flimsy and cuts into your hands

    By AB1Q0GEDU5C0R on 2007-10-06
I was just trying this product and it felt sort of flimsy. The motion wasn't very smooth and the handles have ridges that cut into your hands. After about 4 pushups I needed to stop because my hands were so uncomfortable.

  • Buy the Perfect Push Up

    By A1PIAN7MBXCEAW on 2007-11-05
Buy the Perfect Push up. The Push Up Pro is cheap and does not provide enough support.

  • Only o.k.

    By AWPUJ27JE8ACQ on 2008-02-05
I bought these trying to save a few bucks but, in the end, I ended up buying the Perfect Pushup anyway. The push up pro hurt my hands and didn't seem to rotate smoothly. The Perfect Pushup is superior in both of these aspects and they are a bit taller which allows you to do a deeper pushup. Do yourself a favor and just fork over the extra dough for the Perfect Pushup.

  • Perfect Pushups are better
    By A1W827N302DNQC on 2008-04-30
I bought these "Push Up Pros" because they were inexpensive and conceptually, they seemed very cool, and inexpensive. I had seen the Perfect Pushups first, but as they were twice the money I decided I would do myself a favor and buy the Push up Pros instead.

I tried them out once I brought them home, they were okay. There was an obvious drag on them due to the weight (I only weigh 150) and it was making the turning of the components choppy and rough. They are also made a cheap plastic and they really lack durability. They weren't too bad, but they definitely weren't anything to be too excited over.

I returned them and bought the Perfect Pushups. I have never made a better decision. These ones always have a perfect, smooth, controlled movement, are very durable, have steel ball bearings inside, and they are just a sturdier, better product overall.

I was actually excited about showing these off (everyone loves them) and I have been using them for about 3 months (included in a normal chest routine) and I have seen massive results.

Overall I don't recommend this product, and I would bite the bullet and spend the extra $20 for the Perfect Pushups.

  • They work. They pump. Comfort can be corrected...
    By A3PD2BF69RDW8J on 2008-01-21
They do the job well. I bought locally at Wal greens for the same cost. They don't spin as freely as the competition which I personally like. Solid as hell despite being plastic. Non-slip pads on the bottom keep it from sliding around. The included pamphlet has a basic workout and short, yet helpful eating tips. These will be easier to travel with than the competition. As for comfort...Weight gloves solve any issues with padding. Or use household sponges. Or buy bicycle grips and slice them in half. All of these ideas should save you the extra $20 you'd spend on the competition.

If you use them, they'll work. But so do normal pushups. These just feel more "natural" if such a thing exists.

  • Outstanding procuct, even better value!
    By A2CTIKYB30IM0T on 2007-10-23
This product is well engineered, high quality and an outstanding value. I travel a lot, and this product is lightweight, fits great in my suitcase. I not only get a great workout on the road, but I use it at home when I don't have time to go to the gym. It beats out a similar product on the market that is almost twice the price. I highly recommend this item.

  • Helps Build Muscle more than lose weight
    By A364C8DRRVNHUM on 2007-11-19
It does not help you to lose weight what it actually helps you with is to tone up muscle on your arms and chest.

  • Excellent product !" NOW PUSHUM OUT!!"
    By A1ALG03PFR6605 on 2007-12-24
GREAT BUY! LOT'S OF DIFFERENT EXERCISES. WAS SURPRISED THEY ACTUALLY TAKE PRESSURE OFF THE WRISTS AND JOINTS.

  • Good Value for Money
    By A110FDRQ8YIR86 on 2008-01-02
I was considering this and the Perfect Pushup (twice the price). I am glad I went with the Push Up Pro because I saved $20 over the competition and it works just fine. I have nothing to complain about with quality etc. It is harder to do pushups with these than just the floor.

  • Solid product at a decent price.
    By A3TDKLXKXWETVU on 2008-01-28
Compared to another, similar product the Push Up Pro is a great deal. They both have the same design concept, but you can get your hands on this product for about half the price. Despite the big price difference, for your money you will receive a product that is sturdy, rotates smoothly, and is comfortable on the palms of your hands. I have done standard military push ups for years, and while it took me a minute to get used the rotation this device introduces into the movement, I have found that it feels more natural and puts less strain on my joints. Its probably too early to tell (I just bought the Push Up Pro two weeks ago), but it seems to be helping me take my strength and physique to the next level. Just get it. You'll be glad you did.

  • Push up pro-bad design, hurts hand.
    By A2XKMUXPLOLMXQ on 2008-05-06
The Jack Zatorski Push Up Pro looks good on paper, but I don't believe that the designer or engineer that created this devise ever used it. Ok in theory, but the diameter of the handle is so small and the "padding", so minimal that trying to do pushups causes serious hand pain. It is very painful after just a few pushups. Junk.

  • Push Up Pro
    By A3GFAPQH1PHOLZ on 2007-10-25
The twist makes the push-up that much harder that you're only able do do half as much as your regular push-ups..Excellent...more gain, less time!!!

  • Goo job
    By A1W4T3Q4M3TULY on 2007-11-09
The push up pro makes pushups more difficult, which is the whole idea, but it's fun and really good exercise.

  • Good product, worth the money
    By A20S892C1GQV4Q on 2008-02-25
I have used the Push Up Pro for about a week now and have no complaints so far. I had read in some of the other reviews that the handles hurt your hands while using it, I have had no problems with that at all. I would definitely recommend this product. It is a steal at $19 compared to the more expensive model which does the same thing.

  • Push Up Pro
    By A4MYJWXCGQ4V1 on 2008-01-14
Bought this as a gift. I believe they make one that seems studier, but this one works just fine. Does the same thing as the more expensive ones you may see. The price is comparable to what I have seen in the stores. Fine if you pay the current price, but shop around to see if you can get it on sale.

  • Good for in-shape people looking for a quick workout
    By AICO6V7GKMAHM on 2008-02-14
This product works great for me. My overweight friend had trouble with it though. I weigh 165lbs, he weighs 320lbs. I recommend using something out if you are looking to get in shape, but this works great for toning an already healthy body.

  • Jack Zatorski's Push Up Pro
    By A1VICAY8M5LQM1 on 2008-03-31
I have to admit I was a little skeptical of this product in buying it, but it lives up to the hype. I was quite amazed at all the muscle groups this little invention worked in a short time. If you can't make it to the gym or want a nice supplemental workout on off days from the gym then this item is for you.

  • intense
    By AJZ4YMWJZV0V5 on 2008-01-18
These take the pushup to a much higher level of difficulty. Of course if it is too much of a change for you, you could even do knee push-ups (let your knees touch the ground instead of only your feet like a regular push-up. I think these things are sweet.

  • Push Up Pro
    By A3TJY418ON3UX1 on 2008-01-21
The person I purchased these for loves them. He had pain in his shoulders but started with the easy program and has already seen significant results within a weeks time.

  • Push ups anyone can do and even more effective then regular

Item arrived exactly as described. Very fast shipping. Very satisfied . Great deal.

  • Great.
    By A3JN7AAZSV5ECA on 2008-03-25
As someone who is trying to get back into shape I thought that this would be a great idea. It makes sense, the rotating action does utilize more muscles than push-ups alone. I don't use it enough, but the times that I have used it were intense.

    By ANJB6LD2JZLWI on 2008-03-25
Exactly what was adveritised. I needed something to enhance my push up and this does a good job

  • Does what it says
    By A28CA9HO4HHJD on 2008-06-21
Good item for a great price. I have used this and the other twisty push up bars, perfect push up. These were cheaper so I got them. The action during the push up is smooth and there is very little difference between the 2 products. If anything these seem lower to the ground and the grips feel different. That's about it. Glad I got it!

Arrived in time for Xmas. Good quality. I was tickled to see it in the window of GNC for twice what I paid. Thanks.

  • Useful exercise flexibility
    By A2SD4BANHKIMY8 on 2008-04-13
I stopped going to the gym, membership used to cost me $25 and I was budgetting my finances. For the cost of one month's worth of membership, I'll be able to develop my pectorals and triceps without having to drive anywhere or looking weenie at the gym lifting small weights. I doubt these will get you huge muscles; they're probably not a good idea for strength training or muscle bulking. I use them because I wanna be cut, and quick. I personally prefer items like these because I like the idea of weight training using my own weight, such as pushups, situps, pullups, etc.

  • Very Cool
    By AJA6U7U7MNSJ on 2008-04-19
I bought this item for my 18 year old son who is an MMA fighter. He wants to build more muscle, but doesn't have a lot of money to spend. This was the perfect item for him. He really likes it. He rates it an 8 out of 10. He only wishes the rotation would be a little bit smoother. It doesn't rotate as fluidly as he'd like. But for the price, it's not bad. I'd recommend it to those who want to tone and develope their triceps. Good product!

  • not easy; a workout
    By AEVHM9T2YWQJO on 2008-04-20
I bought these to compliment push-ups and plus a friend of mine recommended them. Well, I usually do 15-20 pushups a day. On this thing, I can't do more than a few. It really works different muscles! The weight on the grips is a different load , so the wrist work more, and I could see how someone not used to gripping stuff might suffer soreness, but that would abate with use.

The main thing is, just like first starting pushups, start slowly, and in time your body adjusts and then you can add repetitions/sets to build and tone muscle.

I really like them. They little things have given me a challenge. Let's see where I'm at in 6 months! Atlas !!
