Not satisfied

I ordered this ink pack about a week ago, and after awaiting it eagerly, I found that the product was defective. Out of the two cartridges, one of them did not work! Now thanks to this, my printer refuses to print! I don't know if i can return an opened product,so I am so frustrated! Epson ink is not cheap!
Expensive but worth it

I use this ink in my Epson C120 printer. It works well and lasts a reasonable amount of time. For more longevity I print most of my stuff on draft. You can hardly tell the difference. Imitation ink killed my last printer, so I'm willing to suck it up and pay for the Durabrite ink.

This ink definetly lasts longer than the Epson 69 black ink. It prints nicely.
One ink cartridge defective

I purchased the dual capacity ink through amazon.com, and just like another customer in August, and one of the cartridges was defective. I called epson and after a long wait, they are replacing it, but for some reason they said they'll only do it once. I hope that was just a bad batch, so I can continue to buy them off amazon. They're a lot less expensive.
