  Yes, like many reviews have pointed out, the armband will not fit around a large arm, so if you're planning on weightlifting, look into a belt-clip-on. One thing I've notice though that worried me a little: it soaks up sweat from your arm, through the neoprene. I've noticed a little condensation through the plastic seethrough screen, near the top slit. Nothing excessive though, and when I removed the iPod, I didn't see any sweat streaks on the metal backing. However, sweat and the salts it contains are VERY bad for any kind of electrical device.
  
  Simple solution though...I also bought the Griffin hard-shell case

  Get this also, and use it WITH the Belkin armband
  
  When you decide to work out with the armband case, place the iPod Touch in the BACK part of the clear shell case, and insert the whole thing into the armband case,minus the front part of the shell casing (it fits quite comfortably, without ripping or tearing). This will protect it from any sweat the neoprene soaks up when you're running or working out.
  
  In addition, the clear-shell half-casing also fills out the armband pouch, making it easier to access the touch screen of the ipod!
  
  Then when you're done, simply remove the ipod and plastic casing from the armband, snap the front of the casing back on, and you're ready to roll!

  It looks like a good quality stuff.
  But maybe it's just me unfortunately got the only single below-average-quality one:
  After my first 40minutes jogging, left lower corner broke open. Just in case my iPod will not fall out next time I jog, I superglued it.
  I hope this will work as overall this stuff looks nice.
  My only suggestion might be, take caution and have a superglue at hand.

  This is a very helpful item, when you want to go and run, or do some exercises, but, its belt is very short, so if you have a big arm you will fill it like very tight. The company should do this item in different sizes.

  This is a great product. My touch stays firmly in the case. I usually wear it upside down only because I rather have the headphone jack facing upward rather than downward. The case hold the ipod touch firmly in the holder. If there was an issue it would be taking it out of the case. It's so securely sitting in the case that it may make it hard at times to remove the ipod. If I had to make another choice I would probably spend a little more to get the same ipod holder but the one with the case for the headphones.

  Just one complaint is that it barely fits around my bicep. I'm not the biggest guy in the world, but I do have larger biceps (sorry, i'm not the kind of guy who measures his biceps) - and this barely fits me. Otherwise, it's ok.

  Bought for 16G ipod touch. Use for jogging and biking 5-6 days per week for 2 months now. Has held up great, no rips or wear noticed yet. Holds in place on arm great. Holds ipod great too. Key holder is nice touch. I have average arm size. Arm band is long enough to go around bulky sweatshirt sleeve if kept closer to elbow. Thought I would have issues with hole for earphones prying audio jack out of receptacle but has not been a problem. Touch screen and menu button work fine through plastic window.
  
  Negatives: I stick my license in behind ipod just in case. One time license kept "climbing" out for some reason. Never happened again. Also, plastic window tends to peel any screen protectors off.

  It really is all around great. Looks cool, works great, you can still change songs easily through the clear film in front. But it is tight on me. So if you're a beefy guy with big biceps it will be very very tight.
  
  
• Not put together well

  I purchased this item with my ipod touch and the edges of it started to come apart as soon as I put the ipod into it. The edges are glued together and the quality isn't so great. Maybe it was just this one that I purchased or maybe it because of the size of my arms. This item would be great if it was of better quality.

  A little tough to get the iPod out of the case, but it does work well. Ditto on the arm band being a little tight, but I guess it would have to be not to fall off/move during a run or other exercise.
  
  
• Very nice, just not big enough

  I got this armband for my husband for Christmas. It is very well constructed and very secure. I would highly recommend it for anyone with small to medium sized biceps. My husband happens to have arms that are a little bigger than most and he has to put the armband really low, close to his elbow, to get it to fit around his arm. This makes it awkward when working out, especially when he's lifting weights. As long as you don't have big arms I would recommend it, but if you are muscular at all, it may not work for you.

  The item shown in the picture is a bit different from the once I received but I love the armband I got.
  
  I love that my iPod Touch fits into it securely and there's no danger of it coming out. It also stays put on my arm even when I am running.

  This product is a good purchase. The only complaint I have is that the Velcro could be more secure around the stiching because it catches when you place the product on your arm.

  I really liked this product at first. The only problem is the velcro will get caught when you try to tighten it. If you continue to pull it, you will damage the velcro. If you are careful and don't mind the extra work to tighten it, this is for you.

  I am very satisfied with my purchase, haven't had any problems with this product. Ipod easily slides in and stays in during my workouts. Keeps my ipod secure and I'm still able to use it without any interference from the arm band. It is also very comfortable and easy to remove.

  Cons:
  1.The band is not overly large as some others have stated. It barely makes my arm. If you are overweight or a big powerlifter look elsewhere.
  2.I find the screen plastic too think to very easily change songs or, especially, change the volume.
  3. Although the picture looks like it would be a plastic like material it is a synthetic cloth that does absorb sweat. So after a while I expect this to begin to smell a bit rank without washing. I know it states it is neoprene in the description but I didn't know what that was.

  I read all the other reviews, with most being negative, but regardless i decided to order one and see for myself. (Guess i'm stubborn) The armband is still in great shape and i have zero complaints against it. It's been at least four weeks since i ordered it and the laminated screen hasn't fell apart, the band fits perfectly around my arm and im an average guy. (5' 11", 170lbs)
  Overall, an EXCELLENT armband for the iphone!

  The only issue I had is a key pocket, it's way too small, approx 1/2 X 1/2 in. Couldn't fit any key. Apart from that the product is ok and the price is reasonable.

  This armband is not bad. Works well. Kept my iPhone mostly dry when getting caught on a 15 mile run in the rain. No problems with the seams coming unglued. Overall it was worth the $14 I paid for it.
  
  
• NOT very water resistant

  I bought the itouch to use for exercise. I am a runner and I sweat... so... I thought this would be a good armband as it supposed to be water resistant. I like the form and function of the armband but as for the water repellant properties, Well, they are lacking to say the least. After even a 30minute run the arm band and ipod are pretty well soaked when I get done. I have actually started putting a small sandwich baggie over the ipod before I put it in the case so that it doesn't get wet. I have to say that I am a little dissappointed in this product.
  Caution to anyone who plans to run with their ipod they may want to think twice before buying this case.

  my touch didnt fit it all that perfect but it does fit, the plastic screen can be a problem wen 'touching' but it fits well and stays where strapped even thru skipping or running, its sleek and looks good strapped there, it turns a few heads. have had no use for the key holder tho, i mean hu has one key

  I recently purchased this armband and was very happy with it over the existing one I had. It is a much tighter fit while I am working out and not as bulky. I liked it so much I bought a second one to hold on to as a spare.

  see the thing is that the plastic that covers it is kinda thick, so the touch part is a little difficult. then tgo strap it up is also kinda difficult, its a little too small, then even if it's tight its starts to fall later. this is inconvinient for me because i ride bike and run a lot. Just a little info for those active users.

  The price was not bad. I used it when it was cold and it would always get fogged up and the moisture would build up a lot. It is a little hard to get it on your arm. I would buy another one because of the price. You had better have small arms to use this as it is not fat person friendly.

  Within 3 days of use, the side of the arm band peeled out, i contacted the seller but because i used Iphone instead of Ipod Touch they didnt do anything about it. (Iphone and Ipod touch size is similar).

  I don't know what other users are complaining about... the armband is fine. Used it several times now.
  
  Of course, its not like using an iPod without the case, changing the song while its on is a bit difficult but not impossible. No other negative comments.
