  Love, love, love these bags! The construction is impecable - extra sturdy stitching at handles, rigid bottoms in cloth bags, and the insulated totes REALLY keep things cold - especially if the grocery is not the last trip on your list - the velcro closings insure that cold stays in and heat stays out (or vice versa). An added plus is how much these babies hold - at least twice the amount of the grocery plastic bags.

  These bags are perfect. The woven bags are the perfect size, with a nice, wide bottom to keep them upright in the car. The insulated bags come in a nice variety of sizes. I'm very happy with them.

  Back in Germany, I always did all my shopping carrying my own bags and nets. But I didn't bring them along when coming to America, so I had no choice but "americanize" my shopping, which meant first the ripping paper bags and later plastic ones which have grown thinner in recent years. I've recycled them as pooper scoopers and returned mounds and mounds to the stores, and, growing tired of the mess, had been looking around for decent shopping bags.
  
  I like the size of the insulated totes because I don't have to load up a large insulated BJ's tote which then gets so heavy that I can't lug it into the house. And while I haven't had a chance to try out the bags, because I just got them today (a record two-day turnaround from ordering to delivery!), they look and feel perfect and will get quite a workout.
  
  Suggestion for all you "Greenies" (a term of endearment, please!): don't stick produce in those plastic bags that supermarkets provide in large rolls. These bags won't mind if they get a little grungy, that's why they're washable. At home I use Tupperware's refrigerator keepers which truly keep produce fresh for as long as it's there, allowing me to do even produce shopping just once a week. And the green bags that keep produce fresh work nicely as well in the refrigerator's produce bins. They're washable and thus reuseable, so one set will last a long time.
  
  Now if we can just convince people to bypass bottled water and bring their own coffee mugs to Dunkin'Donuts, imagine how much further we could reduce our mind boggling weekly trash?

  I've used the bags several times now. I can fit a lot of groceries in just 5 bags, and they each can carry a heavy load. I haven't really ops tested the hot/cold bags--haven't had anything in them longer than from the store to my house, but I plan to use them as "coolers" for outings.

  These bags are great. The Hot/Cold ones are exceptional, especially the largest one as it's bottom expands and allows for large items to be placed in it. They truly keep items cool from the grocery store to home. In addition, the other 5 colorful bags are of much better quality compared to those available for purchase at the grocery store. These have plastic inserts on the bottom which help with stability. I can fit all of my groceries in these bags as compared to 10 flimsy plastic ones. The extra hot/cold bag given as a gift is also nice. For the price, you end up with 9 bags, which is pretty good.

  I started out with 5 and purchased 5 more, since I like to pack them lighter so they're not as heavy. The bottom insert gives them added strength and makes them easier to load. Our local Albertson's which gives their customers a .05 discount for every cloth bag they use. Kudos to them for encouraging their customer to go green!!

  I have had these bags for several months and just love them! I can carry my groceries so much easier because the bags hold much more than regular bags and they stay upright...no more stuff rolling around in the back of the car! I haven't used the insulated totes, but if you're looking for reusable bags, you can't go wrong with these from CYMA!

  I love these bags! I bought a ton of groceries (probably would have taken 20 plastic bags) and everything fit with one bag left over. It was amazing and the cashiers have been really polite about my substitution. The only thing I didn't consider is that heavier bags would cause more trips to the car. Oh well, burning a few more calories doesn't hurt anyone!

  These bags have been durable for me. Size is great for groceries and hold so much. One problem I have is the funky plastic-y smell - fades away, but is pretty strong when they are new (the bagger even commented on it!). I also had a problem with the stitching coming loose on the handle for one of the insulated bags. :(

  These are the best reusable cloth bags I've come across. I bought some other ones from walmart, and after one wash they were all pill-y and gross. These ones didn't do that! They're really great, I recommend them to all of my friends!

  I am trying to do my part for the environment, and I had started about reusable grocery bags for a long time. However, I had figured what's the point. I always have to buy so many groceries it just wouldn't work for me. However, these bags really do seem like they will hold a lot. I just got them today and am honestly impressed by them. They are cute, subtle, and just the right size. They seem sturdy and I love the cooler bags. I will love putting all my cold or frozen goods in them.
  
  Another idea I thought of is using them to put my extra shoes, book, etc. that I take with me to work or on trips. They are great bags to have. I am planning on going to the farmer's market tomorrow to try some local produce, and will love using these instead of plastic bags.

• Nice, but need help

  I really like these bags. It made keeping up with my groceries easy and fun. However, upon first use, the handle on one of the hot/cold bags came completely off. I'm sure it's just a fluke, since the others were fine. But I'm not sure how to get it repaired.Overall, I'm still very happy with my purchase. The bags are cute and make me smile.
