Not the best quality or Cust service

I ordered the black heat press & noted that I needed it rushed as I had an event date coming up, which I needed the heat press for. After repeated emails and more then a week later, I get an email that they are out of stock of the item I ordered and asked if they could substitute the green model. I accepted and asked that they PLEASE rush the order, so I could have the press by my event date. I got the press 2 weeks AFTER my event date. Even though it was only a 4 day ship from their location to mine. When I got the press, the tempurature was in Celcius not Farenheit (normally that would be mentioned in the ad and it wasn't). I then contacted the supplier for 2 reasons - 1) the "free teflon sheet" which was VERY low quality - had a large oil spot on it. It appeared that someone had gotten ink on it and tried to remove the ink with some type of cleaner. This oil spot transfered to my fabric. 2) the machine was making a loud clicking noise every few seconds, which is really quite irritating. I got the following response.

Dear Customer,
Thank you again for your purchase, I would be glad to answer your questions:
This noise is a safety mechanism inside the machine to prevent the machine from drawing too much energy from the circuit. Otherwise it will trip your breaker in the home. These are commercial grade machines. It can not be turned off.
I will certainly try to locate another teflon sheet for you, although the ones we use are primarily for packing to ensure that the plates are not rusted etc. That is why it has some oils on it.

His response made NO SENSE as I use this in a commercial location with plenty of electrical power and because the oil spot was obviously not what he described.
And of course, it's been over 3 weeks since this email and there has been absolutely no follow up on his above email.
I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS MACHINE OR SELLER TO OTHERS!!!
