Wrong product advertised

I ordered a 12-inch-by-12-inch scrapbook. I received a 9 by 9 scrapbook. I was told by Joanne's that they do not carry a 12 inch scrapbook in the style that I ordered and that the wrong product was advertised. I'm still waiting for my money back.
